Threatenings of a Lawsuit while sidestepping the “V” liability – the ever present danger in all of this

“But because a, a, a group of people who started coming against Doug and I, that we basically responded as in hyperbole, the thing is that we’ve been forced to fight a 30 month battle against people who have libeled us, who have slandered us, who have defamed us, who have been involved in tortious interference in our businesses, who have done their best to get you know literally thousands of pages on the internet….It doesn’t matter if you live in Taiwan, doesn’t matter whether if you have a dual citizenship, Mexico, the United States, doesn’t matter if you live in Mississippi, doesn’t matter if you live in Canada, doesn’t matter if you live in Alabama or Georgia or anyplace else, we are absolutely putting you on notice.  You will get to write the checks for your defense,…”  Steve Quayle on the 329 2018 Hagmann Report

The first I had heard that Steve Quayle and Doug Hagmann were preparing a retaliation lawsuit against their naysayers was on January 12, 2017 when John Little of Omega Shock had written a follow-up to his previous article on V the Guerrilla Economist. In this screenshot we see a reference to named protagonists, which I assume includes this blog as one of my articles had been linked, and we see in the most recent Quayle “notice” that Mississippi is included, where I live.

On the February 28, 2018 Hagmann Report “Saddle for Battle Censorship Salvos are FlyingDoug Hagmann in an interview with Steve Quayle asked for donations from his wealthy listeners to finance a legal team to sue someone who has engaged in a “coordinated attack” against them.  I do not know of any “coordinated attack”, and what must be remembered is that the defamation lawsuit in which Hagmann and Quayle are defendants, has only one plaintiff; a Canadian investigative journalist who has written a few books, who is representing herself, Pro Se. She filed the defamation lawsuit to protect her professional reputation as a journalist.

Now one of the things I have observed with great amazement is that Steve Quayle  goes into panic mode whenever he discusses the disabled, housebound senior citizen woman in Michigan who bought $51,000 worth of silver coins and long-term storage food from his businesses in mid 2012. I have never met her, but we have exchanged emails and a few phone calls, and I have found her to be intelligent, funny, devoted to prayer, and very candid about the fact that she was at a very low emotional point in her life a few years ago. So how is this Christian woman a threat to a successful businessman who has his own security people, wealthy donors and millions of followers?  As we shall see, I believe  the trigger word is V-the Guerrilla Economist.

I am going to touch on just a couple of points today in regard to a six-minute segment of The Hagmann Report YouTube video published March 30, 2018 called Steve & Tyler Quayle -329 2018-  Prophecy Unfolding.  I have made an unofficial transcription of the audio from the 54.15-1.04 mark.   This small segment of the video begins with Tyler Quayle, the son and employee of Steve Quayle, who is winding up his interview. But note his strange assertions about Christians in America. Considering that his father has stated that he does not attend a local church, and has not for years, I do not know if Tyler has any real experiences with local church congregations.  After this,  Steve Quayle takes center stage to ask for donations from his wealthy listeners to finance a future, highly expensive, retributive lawsuit against apparently anyone who has disagreed with him.

Any bolding in the transcription below is mine, for purposes of commentary.

Tyler Quayle (54.15) …I feel like that the only way the church in America will get it is when there’s nothing on television anymore, or they can’t get their Xanax on time, like something has to interrupt the supply of pharmaceuticals, I think once that happens a lot of people will wake up.

Joe Hagmann: It’s a great point. It’s a great point and it’s probably more accurate than not.

Tyler Quayle: Well, I mean think about it, I mean I was half-joking, but if you had an event that shut down the distribution centers, how many people are on, uh antipsychotic, anti-anxiety, if they, if that supply chain broke down for 30 to 90 days, I mean you’re gonna have a little bit of a walking dead situation with people who are, you know, zombie like.

Doug Hagmann: Yeah, precisely right and I’ll tell you folks so you just heard uh, uh, Tyler and of course Steve Quayle, but, but in his son Tyler together what a, what a dynamic father/son team. I mean it’s tremendous and I’m, I’m so, I’m blessed and I know Joe feels the same way, and we are so blessed to uh just to have met you, have met, even spoken with you, but Steve and Tyler, thank you so very, very much for your time tonight.

Tyler Quayle: Thank you, Doug, thank you Joe, very much.

Doug Hagmann: Good talking to you, thank you! Folks…

Tyler Quayle: Hope to do it again. God bless.

Doug Hagmann: You’re, you’re always welcome. We’re going to be right back after this network break. Steve Quayle remaining to discuss a number of important issues. Stay where you’re at. (55.52)

(Network Break)

Doug Hagmann: (55.56) Steve Quayle, thank you so much for holding over.

Steve Quayle: Hey, Doug. Just give me a second. I have my security people just checking right now; they just knocked on the door, so just continue talking for 30 seconds.

Doug Hagmann: Sure, no worries at all. See this is what happens by the way, and, and you know it’s interesting, I had a conversation, you know that uh you know uh the first hour, John, you and I know what we’re talking about, security or surveillance, there’s over (overtalk by Joe)… and we’ve, we took, we’ve been on both ends of that. We’ve been subjected to and have been, conducted surveillance, and it’s interesting because you, when you’re in the world of surveillance, there will be companies, there will be people, there will be interests, who will attempt to hire you and say, “I just want to make sure that they see you in the morning and they see you at night.” Hopefully Steve, everything’s all right on your end.

Steve Quayle: Yeah, yeah, I mean here’s the thing you know and I have great security people and obviously you know Doug, I think people got to understand, you and I have lived under a cloud of lies, allegations and I want to give some legal terms to some people. We have had affidavits filed against us, and lawsuit we’re filing, which is spurious, it has no legal merit, but we’re in the six figures, ladies and gentlemen, and we’re willing to fight for you– not just ourselves- because I want people to put, before I even begin going a hundred miles an hour, I want people to understand some, I want you, everyone who has ever been blessed by hearing me anyplace, by hearing Doug any place, by being able to turn into Hagmann and Hagmann and hear from Tom Horn, all the amazing guests, hear Pastor Lankford.

I want you to ask yourself where will you go for the continual nourishment that God and His mercy has provided. Now look, I don’t care if people say I’m bat manure crazy. I don’t care what they say and obviously I know everybody’s not going to love me, but when they accuse Doug and I of money laundering, that is libel per se, OK? And libel per se is anything that charges any person with a crime or having been indicted, convicted or punished for a crime. We have not been.

When somebody accuses you in an affidavit in court and another person has an affidavit making her claims that I was taking advantage of a bipolar woman and that I cheated her when she bought silver, and got mad when it went down and claimed that it was because she listens to Viji the Guerrilla Economist talking to Doug and I and listen ladies and gentlemen, Viji didn’t come on until a year after she bought her silver. That woman filed an affidavit with both the state of Michigan and Montana, they said you have no legal merit, there’s nothing to the case.

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentary: There are several fact benders stated here, but let’s just deal with one of those in greater depth.  Steve Quayle states in this video that V the Guerrilla Economist (Viji Varghese) “did not come on until a year after she bought her silver”.  He is referring to V’s appearance as a guest on the Hagmann show.    But what the affidavit states in point 14, is that To substantiate his dire warnings Mr. Quayle read on The Hagmann and Hagmann Report emails he claimed he received from a high-level international banking insider, and a broker, he called, “V”, he published on his website, stevequayle.com.  ‘V” was warning people to follow Mr. Quayle’s advice to get out of “paper” currency, as a fellow Christian”.

I have seen substantiation that at least one of those V emails was read on the Hagmann Report in mid June of 2012, when this buyer contacted Steve Quayle about purchasing silver and food from him. Steve Quayle is attempting to divert attention away from V the Guerrilla Economist’s  2012 influence, to a later time period in 2013.  In reality, V was in fact highly “visible” and influential in 2012 through the printed word on the internet, even though he did not become an interviewed guest on the Hagmann show until  January of 2013.

On that particular Hagmann show, Steve Quayle stated, “Tonight is a special treat because we have got one of the most accurate financial insiders I have ever had the privilege to know.  A lot of people Doug have been listening to him by way of his email and reading his emails but listening to the news that V has so appropriately warned everybody ahead of time;  that just to fill you in on his bona fides without obviously causing too much of a shock, he is probably one of the most well-known commodities traders in strategic metals.  He has worked for major (?) firms, also worked for the largest bank in the world, and if you know anything about the largest banks you don’t get to be the head of trading desks and all this stuff unless you know what you are doing.  His accuracy is prescient…..” .

Viji Varghese aka V the Guerrilla Economist later was revealed to be a fraud. He did not possess the securities industry credentials which require one to be licensed, and his resume was false. He has been reported to the Royal Bank of Scotland regarding his false resume, the IRS and FINRA, and pages of documentation were submitted as evidence.

What the record shows about V the Guerrilla Economist is that he first emailed Steve Quayle on March 12, 2012. The affidavit submitted to the court by the woman purchaser of silver states that she had contacted Steve Quayle at his Renaissance Metals business in Bozeman, Montana in June of 2012, and after several phone calls and emails sent him a check for $51,117.83 dated July 6, 2012.

So let’s go back in time to April 2012 and work our way through June 2012, and beyond,  via our own scrapbooks, to see what might have influenced a person to buy silver and long-term storage food from Steve Quayle.

Here is an April 13, 2012 message from Douglas Hagmann to advertise his special two-hour interview with Steve Quayle on what he expects to happen that summer, including the prospects of martial law.

Here is another screen shot dated 3 weeks later on May 5, 2012 taken from The News Unit website.

On May 10, 2012, The News Unit did an update on Steve Quayle’s warnings as shown in their article linked here.  Take the time to read this screenshot and see the style of advertising which Quayle had presented in order to sell merchandise. So proceeding forward on the 2012 timeline to the month of June when a listener of Steve Quayle became so concerned about warnings of imminent disaster that she contacted Steve Quayle, we read V’s  sixth email of June 7, 2012 in which Quayle directly asks V a question.

All of the V emails had been posted  at stevequayle.com on his QAlert page. Below I have displayed the first two paragraphs of the June 11, 2012  (seventh) email from V, which authoritatively warns that Steve’s listeners ought to get their cash out of banks NOW, and to buy physical silver and gold no matter what “spot price” is.

In light of the false credentials of Viji Varghese as V the Guerrilla Economist, note that there are several problems with his modus operandi, including his alarmist type of  “crying fire in a crowded theater”.  If  multitudes of listeners had acted to remove their cash from banks NOW, a run on our banks would have occurred. This entire panic scenario was fabricated, and another end result of people rushing out en masse to buy silver and gold, would be to drive the price up. And Steve Quayle is a gold and silver merchandiser.  On June 14, 2012 silverdoctors.com posted this on their website linked here. Note that “Steve Quayle had taken the unprecedented step to place his entire website under a red screen/red alert.”  As I understand it, Steve Quayle had advised his readers and listeners that once he knew from his insider sources that everything was going down, he would post a red screen alert on his website, so that others could “bug out” and go into their bunker and hiding places.

On July 2, 2012, four days before the retired, disabled, living alone, frightened woman, had written Quayle a check for $51,117.83,   Andrews.edu posted under “Prophetic Enews from the Desk of Charles Wheeling” an article written by Steve Quayle on June 28, 2012 entitled, “What’s Really Going on in the Multi-billion dollar Bank Hacking World”.

The screen shot is shown below:

So let’s continue reading what Steve Quayle had to say on The Hagmann Report on March 29, 2018.  He continues to berate his 2012 Michigan customer whose fears had been greatly magnified by the false reports which were published by Steve Quayle and V the Guerrilla Economist.   Note his complete lack of Christian compassion, as well as his misrepresentation of the context in which this 2012 transaction took place, as he considers her psychological status at that point in time to be an exonerating factor of his own words and actions.

Steve Quayle:  She then went on in her own words, I think Doug, what are there, at least 12 to 18 references where she claims after the fact that she basically was crazy that her kids, here’s, here’s a direct quote, “Mom”, I’m not gonna name her you know, it’s a public record, “Mom, I’m very concerned with your mental health, you are not yourself and are exhibiting many of the classic symptoms of a manic episode, I mean this with utter sincerity, please go to the hospital and get help.” That’s a woman that said I was, you know, dishonest and I stole from her. She got everything she wanted. She got everything she agreed to.

She had Buyer’s Remorse and I went from being her favorite person on the planet, ladies and gentlemen, when Doug said we have assembled and continue to assemble a team of legal experts, we have voluminous amounts of documentation and some of you people that hang out on whatever boards, you know the boards that proscribe us or the boards that you know, people aren’t allowed to mention us openly but they do in their bomb shelter and stuff; all of those are memorialized also.

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentary:  The Prudent Man Rule is the primary investment guideline governing fiduciary related transactions.  And it encompasses basic wisdom when it comes to handling our own assets, for one of the things a prudent man does is diversify his assets in order to spread out risk.  In common terms, this is the adage of “don’t put all your eggs into one basket.”

The warnings given by Steve Quayle and V-the Guerrilla Economist during 2012 violated the common sense rule of the Prudent Man when they created a panic situation based on falsehoods that attempted to provoke their Christian listeners to place most of their cash into metals. When their proclaimed “crisis” disappeared like a morning mist, those who had a portfolio largely of metals did not have much liquidity. And those panic transactions could not be reversed without losing value.

Who stood to gain from this panic situation?  Simply it was those who were sellers of gold and silver and long term storage food and other emergency items.

There was no excuse for the Hagmann “premier father and son investigative team” and for Steve Quayle, successful businessman, to not vet V’s credentials.  Thus both of these men are legally responsible for promoting the fraudulent  V the Guerrilla Economist into a position of public trust, in conjunction with their businesses.

And while we are at it, do not forget that Hagmann’s trusted friend,  Wayne Willot aka W the Intelligence Insider,  became a regular guest on V’s shows later!   When both V and W the Intelligence Insider parted ways with Hagmann and Quayle, the public was not advised that V’s credentials were fraudulent. In fact there was Silence on this matter, as if a nondisclosure agreement had been signed.

If Quayle and Hagmann want to sue those who tried to warn others about these facts, you can rest assured that the documentation on V will also show up in the court record, and discovery  may reveal what really went on behind the scenes. It might be interesting for a start to request certified copies of the bank statements of both Quayle and V to find out if they had closed down their own accounts, as they had advised others to do.

So did this woman who filed an affidavit with the court have “Buyer’s Remorse”?  You bet she did, after she recovered from the severe emotional state of fear she had been in. As a Christian, she accepted the fact that she had made a wrong decision, and took responsibility for it.

When she went to the states of Montana and Michigan and attempted to enlist the help of their consumer protection divisions, she was not asking for compensation, but in my opinion. was attempting to get a government agency to understand that the form which the fear propaganda took, had been the foundation for fraudulent activity. This latter explanation is my own, and I am not quoting her words.  One of the things to remember is that all government agencies have limited budgets and have a limited scope of responsibility; thus it is often difficult for the average citizen to know who to go to, to address complex issues involving consumer protection.

As a side note of interest, this week I picked up a new term from Dave Acton’s You Tube channel.  I thought the definition of Cognitive threats provides insight into another aspect of the Alternative Media’s motive for its continual promotion of a crisis mentality.Under the subheading of Maturing of Attack Tools by Threat Actors, Dave Acton’s draft report says that “Cognitive (mind) threats are a type of social engineering attack that demands immediate action based on a perceived crisis (always based on deception).”

Thinking back on 2012- the year of the end of the Mayan calendar, and comparing it to  other crisis scenarios like the Y2K crisis, etc. promoted by Alternative News radio hosts, one has to ask if there is a hidden agenda of “social engineering” that is one of the factors behind these money making schemes.  Certainly one effect of these hoax crisis situations is to influence Christians to replace their faith in God, and their common sense, with a God forsaken sense of fear.

Steve Quayle:  Now, ladies and gentlemen (1.00.00) we’re not just fighting for us, we’re fighting for you. And the legal team, we’ve got is one of the best in the country and they’re going to be expensive. It’s going to cost us high in the six figures but what, what we’ve been able to do is piece this whole thing together and look that’s nothing compared to what the left has, so I want you to understand something that they have tried in their best to trade libel.

Trade libel is defamation against the goods or services of a company or business. They’ve done it Doug, they’ve done it to me. There are people that go on bulletin boards and, and forums etc. and just continue to parrot false claims. Even a guy that was a radio host wanted to get a class action suit against me. Guess what? He ended up in jail; and he’s not off the hook. Another individual who uh, uh, basically made public claims and it’s memorialized that I sold fake bullion. He then retracted it. That’s a crime ladies and gentlemen.

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentary:  Trade Libel?  Here is a teaser article from the kellywarnerlaw.com on Trade libel, with an excerpt:

Kelly/Warner summarizes 3 points of libel law:Here is an example of Trade Libel which I have taken from the second part of the silverdoctors.com  June 14, 2012 article linked earlier, called RED ALERT from International Banker:  Euro has collapsed!  It is from a V email to Steve Quayle.RBS is the Royal Bank of Scotland which V claimed to work for, but in fact did not. Because he has falsified his credentials, he is lying when he says he has insider information.  Note he also names Credit Sussie and is giving out false information on which he tells Steve to tell his listeners to pull out of their bank accounts because the Euro has collapsed.  Take a look at those 3 points of trade libel again, and see how they apply to V’s email which was published by Steve Quayle.

Traverselegal.com in their article on trade libel states, “The standard of defamation elements generally apply to businesses in that the content at issue must be a statement of fact that is provably false that causes financial harm or harm to reputational interests and the author was at least negligent or careless in its research of the true facts prior to posting the material online.”

What Quayle and V were proclaiming against the banking industry was defamation against their reputations involving massive falsehoods.  It also involved the incitement of bank customers into immediately pulling out their cash; a mass panic would  have created a run on banks.  And now Quayle is accusing others of committing trade libel against their businesses?

Oh, and by the way,  when Quayle brings up Pete Santilli, the radio host who was interested to know if there were others willing to come forward for a class action suit; -his time in jail had nothing to do with Quayle, but was the result of his physical presence at the Oregon Standoff situation.

Steve Quayle:  That is not only libel, it’s injurious but it’s also a crime. So what Doug and I are having to do obviously is you know that all talk radio is under attack with the demonetization by YouTube, with the demonetization of advertising, with advertisers pulling away. We have to appeal to those of you who can afford to help us and I’m saying that for the legal challenge we’re going to make, when I say we’ve got some of the brightest legal minds of the world, we’ve got a guy who started a law school, wrote the law book, and is respected in the country, he’s a Constitutional authority. Now this guy you know these guys have, how do I say, the firm has taken stuff to the Supreme Court.

But because a, a, a group of people who started coming against Doug and I, that we basically responded as in hyperbole, the thing is that we’ve been forced to fight a 30 month battle against people who have libeled us, who have slandered us, who have defamed us, who have been involved in tortious interference in our businesses, who have done their best to get you know literally thousands of pages on the internet. One lies, another one swears to it, and everybody says yep we told you these guys are that; we’ve had enough.

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentary A group of people?  Your Joint Response on February 10, 2015 named only two persons.  Only one person is the plaintiff in the defamation lawsuit against Quayle and Hagmann.

Steve Quayle:  We kept silent. Obviously our case is in court but I want to share something. It doesn’t matter if you live in Taiwan, doesn’t matter whether if you have a dual citizenship, Mexico, the United States, doesn’t matter if you live in Mississippi, doesn’t matter if you live in Canada, doesn’t matter if you live in Alabama or Georgia or anyplace else, we are absolutely putting you on notice.

You will get to write the checks for your defense, and you can’t say well na nanny nanna there’s also libel per se, there is a false light claim when you take something as factual that is knowingly not true and you go out and blab it while you’re knitting your uh you know whatever your blanket or your what do they call shawls or whatever and you can just bet on it that you can’t claim “well, I didn’t know any better”.

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentary:  What is with the childish na nanny nanna taunt?  And why is Quayle so obsessed with that one disabled Michigan woman who wrote an affidavit?  Now he is attacking her talent of being an excellent knitter who generously makes gifts for other people.

Contrary to Doug Hagmann’s prior characterization of someone in Mississippi who knits,  I do not knit.  But I do live in Mississippi, and I have written Christian commentaries on various persons in the  Alternative Media, so I guess I have been put on notice for who knows what It is not defamation to speak the truth.

I see that Quayle likes to project his own sins onto others:  how about this one, “when you take something as factual that is knowingly not true and you go out and blab it.” Hahahahahaha!  That fits Quayle to a V!

Steve Quayle and Douglas Hagmann are attempting to set up a legal team to take vengeance against anyone who opposed their false narratives over the past few years, and he wants to ruin them financially. He is not talking about suing deep pocket corporations and wealthy persons, because he has not addressed that group in any detail.    He wants to sue individuals who tried to warn others about their fear propaganda and he does not have the guts to name them, because if he did, it might cause his listeners to read what those persons have written on the internet.

In all of this, the  Christian Alternative Media is noted for expecting that its listeners obey them without question, accept their statements without doing any research and analysis, and to substitute studying the Bible for themselves by following men who claim to be anointed Watchmen of God.

Quayle and Hagmann  hope their wealthy listeners will finance their cause, because they are doing it for you, not just themselves.  They are certainly not doing it for the sake of Jesus Christ, as the effects of all this fear propaganda over the years has been detrimental to the blood bought church of Christ. Here is a sample testimony of someone who claimed to be a missionary to the Philippines who wrote to Steve Quayle about the edification of the church.

Steve Quayle:  So ladies and gentlemen, it’s not just this, they’re trying to shut Alex up. Remember this when the most powerful people in the world want you dead, you’re over target and little by little we’re being picked off, so it’s not just Doug and me fighting a lawsuit, it is absolutely the lawsuit, it is a bigger picture. The bigger picture is again and Doug I don’t know how to say this anymore clearly, the bigger picture is can you ultimately face the fact and it will come just as if Trump was an intermission and I believe he was you know people get more mad at that than they want nuclear war and there’s a Scripture that says, woe unto you who long for the day of the Lord…(1.03.59)

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentary It must be remembered that one of the persons who appears to be targeted by the up and coming Legal Team is the man who exposed the false credentials and false resume of V.  Others have written and made videos to warn Christians about the falsehoods published on the Alternative Media.  None of these persons are the most powerful people in the world.  And as regards the REAL most powerful people in the world, why would they want Steve Quayle or Doug Hagmann dead?

Even when it comes to Alex Jones, much of his YouTube striking problems stem from his battle with his ex wife over the custody of their three children. But, oh wait!  The Sandy Hook families  are now suing Alex Jones and Infowars for declaring that the Sandy Hook incident was a hoax. Perhaps Americans are tiring of being socially engineered by Alternative Media radio hosts and their guests.

Should those persons who are being targeted by Steve Quayle and Doug Hagmann for a lawsuit be concerned?  Or is this “notice”  just a means of intimidation to silence the free speech of ordinary Christians who speak out against wrongdoing?

The Legal Team that wants its money up front might be in for a surprise, if it decides to sue a number of Pro Se Christian defendants with a little common sense, and God on their side.

Update:  John Little of Omegashock comments on this matter in an article Of Schemes and Stratagems dated April 27, 2018.

Dave Daubenmire and Doug Hagmann: Defending Holier-Than-Thou Liars For Christ against Those Who Tell It Like It Is

Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; but have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 2 Corinthians 4:1-2

The day this “Paying Taxes Is Sin” former high school coach got himself a Non Profit Ministry.

On July 15, 2002, Dave (Coach) Daubenmire registered his Ohio non-profit corporation, Pass The Salt Ministries, Inc., as a church.  Organized for the purpose of furthering  the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Articles of Incorporation allow Pass The Salt Ministries to conduct worship services, prepare and ordain ministers, conduct missionary work in all places and to establish local churches. In 2015, reported income was $158,070, with assets totaling $57,976.

Dave Daubenmire has publicly stated that it is a sin for Christians to pay taxes to the government, and apparently he avoids doing so through his non-profit corporation.  This position is explained in this screenshot of an article published by Right Wing Watch.

So are Christians expected to follow in the footsteps of Dave Daubenmire and get their own tax exempt church ministry?  What about the God ordained aspects of government that are presently being administered properly? Who does Daubenmire think is responsible for funding those  benefits? Somehow, Pass The Salt Ministries, Inc. fails to explain, in commonsense terms, the implications of all those questions which it raises continually in the public sphere, as we shall discover in today’s post.

The Coach Who Never Lost a Game

This Non-Payer of Taxes, “Coach” Dave Daubenmire,  is recognized for his videos where he sports a baseball cap and T-shirt style uniform in front of a photo backdrop of an empty sports coliseum.  He views  ordinary and political life in America as a game which must be won. And if he should lose, he declares a Win, anyway.

Making a mockery of Jesus and the cross as a buffoon. He ignores the fact that his non profit org. is supposed to function as a church which gives glory to Jesus Christ as The Son of God and the Lord and Savior of the world.

An example of this form of walking in craftiness was displayed on December 14, 2017,in an article Coach Dave wrote for News With Views, asking Is It Ever OK For A Christian to Lie? The core issue at hand concerned the various allegations which had been made against Judge Roy Moore, who was seeking the office of United States Senator for Alabama.  Those allegations, involving inappropriate behavior many years ago towards teenage girls, caused many voters to withdraw their support.

Daubenmire, in this December 14th article, said he personally believed Judge Roy Moore,  that the charges against him were bogus. However, we are going to take a look at what happened two days prior, when the words of Daubenmire could have been easily taken to mean that he was convinced that the accusations against Moore were true.

In this December 14th back peddling article, Daubenmire  wrote, “Whether we realize it or not, Christian values WON in Alabama on Tuesday.  The vote was not a rejection of values but an upholding of them. However, the Christian community was divided about whether or not Judge Moore was worthy of their vote.  Cast aside the arguments about his guilt or innocence…his right to the presumption of innocence…the political tactics involved in the accusations, Christian values carried the day.  Those who voted for Judge Moore did it to advance the Kingdom.  Christians who didn’t vote for him believed they were advancing the Kingdom by demanding honesty.”

The problem with Dave Daubenmire and also with Doug Hagmann who promotes the “Coach” and defends him against his critics, is that both men have a record of protecting liars, whether it be Kent Hovind, the tax fraud with his false credentialed PHD, or V-the Guerrilla Economist‘s fraudulent securities and banking credentials.

Kyle Mantyla of Right Wing Watch Was Accused by Hagmann of Stalking Dave Daubenmire, when all Mantyla had done was exercise his Freedom of the  Press journalistic rights.

You might not agree with the philosophy of Right Wing Watch;  however, if their journalism is  accurate, give credit where credit is due. Christians need to be making more of a public stand against those who are merchandising the name of Christ.

So what event, or should we say, WHO was the primary cause which prompted the public waffling by Dave Daubenmire? There are several possibilities, but there seems to be one critic of both Daubenmire and Hagmann that has gained a special place in their world.

In this Hagmann Report of October 16, 2017 on Forgotten Hurricanes, at the 2.30 mark, Doug Hagmann remarks, ” ..what really gets me is you’ve got this, this organization known as  Right-wing Watch and I, that’s the last time I’m gonna say that name of that, of that despicable website and, and some snowflake by the name of Kyle. Let me ask you, Kyle who apparently you, you believe or who you, I don’t know,  is stalking Coach Dave Daubenmire, in my view, anyway.  What in the hell Kyle have you done to help other people?  My bet is zero.  What, have you been on the ground in Texas?  Have you been on the ground in Puerto Rico?  And here you sit behind some, some website and do nothing but be critical of guys like Dave Daubenmire.  And, and that Coach, I gotta tell you, that pisses me off to no end.”

On December 12, 2017, two months after that particular Doug Hagmann rant, Coach Dave TV published a one hour video broadcast called A Man After God’s Own Heart, Judge Moore.  Dave Daubenmire’s opinions prompted  Right Wing Watch’s Kyle Mantyla to issue a short article with the headline,  Dave Daubenmire:  Roy Moore Should Lie About Misconduct Allegations ‘If It Advances The Kingdom of God“.

Kyle Mantyla began by saying,  “On his ‘Pass The Salt Live’ webcast this morning, Religious Right activist Dave Daubenmire said that Roy Moore has no obligation to tell the truth regarding multiple allegations that he pursued sexual relationships with teenage girls when he was in his 30’s and that, in fact, it is better for him to lie about it if doing so will help to advance the kingdom of God. Daubenmire, who has been an ardent Moore supporter for years and even interviewed Moore on his program back in 2013, likened Moore’s efforts to become a U. S.  senator from Alabama to using misdirection in a football game, employing subterfuge during a military battle or hiding Jews from the Nazis, saying that deception and dishonesty in such endeavors is acceptable because doing so furthers a greater good”.

Dave Daubenmire: “In fact it’s best to lie, if it advances the Kingdom of God. Oh there I said it, there I said it!”

The Right Wing Watch article links to the full  Daubenmire broadcast, and also features a 1.20 minute excerpt from this same show, from which author Kyle Mantyla quotes a a shortened version.  I have transcribed the entire excerpt below, as it illustrates more completely the core attitude of Daubenmire.

Dave Daubenmire:  “…I heard somebody say the other day… this, this is Judge Roy Moore Day, I’m kind of heading that way, OK.  I get, I want to scream on Facebook, I just screamed on Facebook, I want to scream more on Facebook when I hear people say, ‘Well, Judge Moore is not worthy of the office, if he’s lying about what he did’.  I want to grab him and I want to slap him upside the stinking head.  Because Judge Moore is trying to infiltrate an ungodly system and Judge Moore, the stakes in this uh campaign are so great for the cause of Christ, and Judge Moore is being lambasted by the holier-than-thou Christians who think it says we can never lie.  And that is not what that says!  In fact, it’s best to lie if it advances the kingdom of God.  Oh, there I said it, there I said it.”

Much of the full broadcast features an unpolished “discussion” of scriptures such as Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor, and claims that the man after God’s own heart, King David, was a liar, etc. As Dave Daubenmire had restated in his December 14th article, he focuses on his assertion that “The Ten Commandments never mention the act of lying..” and then he offers the strange view, “It is my belief that ALL of the Commandments are in place as a means of protection of the innocent…Is it ever wrong to tell a falsehood in order to PROTECT an innocent person?”

Somehow, I had thought that Dave Daubenmire was promoting lying on the part of Judge Moore to cover his past sins, so he could “infiltrate an ungodly system” for the cause of Christ.  But now,  the ground of Daubenmire’s argument has shifted where Judge Moore is innocent of the allegations made against him, and it was Coach Dave’s intention that Moore’s supporters were the ones being encouraged to “tell a falsehood”. The source of all this confusion is rooted in Daubenmire’s inability to study the Scriptures in any depth, where he can compare “spiritual with spiritual”, for the purposes of teaching, preaching or exhortation.

The Bible says the Christian is to bear witness to the truth

Jesus Christ said to Pilate in John 18:37, “…to this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth.  Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”  Do you not hear his voice, Mr. Daubenmire?  In contrast, Jesus Christ said in John 8:44 regarding the devil, that he “abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.  When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own:  for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

When the Devil tempted Jesus in Luke 4:5-8, “taking him up into a high mountain” to show him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time, he stated, “If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.”  But Jesus Christ who came into this world to bear witness to the truth, reproved the offer of Satan and  quoted the scriptures declaring, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Doug Hagmann comes to the rescue of Dave (Coach) Daubenmire from holier-than-thou Christians

Afraid to name Jacquelyn Weaver, author of the Tracking the Leopard Meroz blog, Doug Hagmann credits  me  with having wonder woman powers of transcription. So why does he think I  knit sweaters down here in the Deep South,  in Mississippi?  Maybe because he is buried under 5 feet of snow and unable to shovel out of his basement prison.

That evening on the December 12, 2017 Hagmann Report, entitled, Thank You For Your Service, Dave Daubenmire was invited to explain his morning broadcast, and the response made by Right Wing Watch’s Kyle Mantyla.

Just prior to Daubenmire being brought on the show as a guest, Doug and Joe Hagmann surprisingly included in their introduction, oblique remarks about the author of this blog, Tracking the Leopard Meroz.  In my transcription of these remarks, I link to the articles which I had written in times past which correspond to Doug Hagmann’s complaint.

Doug Hagmann:  (17.21) …look, we need, we need to clean out the rot, the infestation in, inside the beltway and we’re not gonna do it by playing by their rules.

Joe Hagmann:  No, no…we’re not, which brings us to our segment two guest, Coach Dave Daubenmire.

Doug Hagmann: Yes.

Joe Hagmann:…who made some waves today and I’m not gonna get into it now, we’re gonna, we’re gonna save it for the next 15 minutes when he comes on, but he was quoted by, called out by,  Right Wing Watch.

Doug Hagmann:  Kyle…I hate Kyle.

Joe Hagmann: And we’re going to get into why that is…

Doug Hagmann:  How ya doing?

Joe Hagmann: And they’re trying to, it’s like a “AHH, see?  We got Coach, you see what he said, we got him, he’s a bad, this isn’t Christian like!”

Doug Hagmann:  Yeah, and I guarantee you people who are so Christian, I guarantee you some little old lady who’s knitting a sweater in Mississippi, and typing everything that we say ( see Haranguing It All Out To Dry, March 7, 2016 by Jacquelyn Weaver) is gonna be saying, “he’s a bad Christian, the same is the same person, the same people who say you know, Center for Medical Progress, they were really, they were unchristian like for infiltrating Planned Parenthood and exposing the infanticide.  That’s not very Christian like to lie, to lie to, under pretext. ( referring to the April 10, 2016 article by Jacquelyn Weaver, The Professional Liar as Hero) well let him explain that, but you know something though see that’s why, that’s why, when I was in court one day I tossed the TV toward a Judge because he said, pretext in, in the legal sense, you can go in and under a pretext undercover, undercover operations require you know, legally you got to kind of change your identity, you got to go in as someone else, otherwise, what do you do, go and say, Hi, I’m Doug Hagmann, I’m an investigator, I’m here to investigate? NO!  NO!  NO! anyway…(19.07)

Joe Hagmann: (34.07)..we have with us Coach Dave Daubenmire, Pass The Salt Ministries, and he has created a small firestorm on the internet on places like Right Wing Watch and Democratic Underground.

Doug Hagmann:  Kyle’s upset with Dave Daubenmire.

Joe Hagmann:  Please bring the Coach on and have him talk about what it is that he said today that has so many people upset on the left side of the aisle.  Coach, it’s great to have you back on the show.

Dave Daubenmire:  Joe, Doug!  Thanks.  You know, they say if you pick a rock and you throw a rock into a bunch of pigs, the one that squeals is the one you hit, so anytime those other guys are a little bit upset at me, I, I think it’s a pretty good situation to be in.

Doug Hagmann:  I like that analogy.

DD: You know, well if the truth isn’t introduced..

DH:  Yes, it is…

DD:  I’m not, I’m not trying to make them friends, with them, Doug, you know I, I, you know for people to take stuff out of context-you guys get a lot of that stuff as well.  Those who aren’t watching my show every day and don’t understand what, what came before just this morning’s program are not, not going to understand what it is that we’re talking about.

But the whole lot, the whole premise that we were making was, was this whole debate about what’s going on with Judge Roy Moore and the fact that, that we are being forced, Doug, Joe, to live by, to play by two sets of, different sets of rules; in other words, we have the set of rules for the Christians and then we have a set of rules for everybody else.  And it’s in an ungodly, see the political process, government used to be righteous.

Government’s no longer righteous and those of us who studied this at all as I have, now know that Saul Alinsky and his Rules for Radicals, one of the number one rules, I think it was number four, I don’t have it right in front of me right now, was to make the opponent live up to his own set of values.  And Alinsky said that’s impossible to do, you can never, none of us Doug can ever live up to all of the Christian values that are put out before and so what I’m trying to have, what I was alluding to today in this whole Judge Roy Moore, see this Doug, this thing’s so deep, let me try to unpack it a little bit if I can.

DH:  Sure.

DD:  First of all, Doug, I got, I got as much grief from Christians as I have them from the left.

DH:  Hey, welcome to the club and it’s a big club.

DD:  As if we live in a perfect world, brother, we do not live in a perfect world and like it or not, we are constantly faced with what I call situational ethics, now right is always right and wrong is always wrong, and faith teaches us that we are to do right, but there are some things I think that we need to discuss, we need to think about especially as it applies to the whole Judge Roy Moore thing.  I hear from Christians who said, “well, I can’t vote for him because ah, he, he has not come clean.  Judge Moore hasn’t come clean.”

Well, I try to take them back to the Bible,  which by the way, if the Bible were the basis, we wouldn’t be in the mess, this mess that we’re in right now.  The Bible requires that if you have aught against your brother, in other words, if Judge Moore did something to somebody , they have an obligation to go one-on-one first of all, and get it cards on the table.  If that doesn’t work for you, take another brother with you and if that doesn’t go work, then you then you announce it to the whole church, announce it to everybody.  In other words, you as we,  as we all know,  you are innocent until proven guilty.

Well, Judge Moore has been faced with something that was clearly, from a Biblical standpoint now, I’m always talking from a Biblical standpoint, these accusations that have come 40 years after the supposed event took place; it’s clearly beyond what is a Biblical response forty years later.  It’s an accusation Judge Roy Moore has no obligation, in my opinion, to have to answer to the public in a public venue something that happened forty years ago…” (38.11)

The interview of Dave Daubenmire continues, but I have stopped the transcription for the sake of discussing the main points presented in the above dialogue. The reader is welcome to review the entire broadcasts linked to in this post, in order to get the complete context of these videos.

Tracking The Leopard Meroz commentary on the above dialogue

Judge Roy Moore allegations which concerned acts which took place many years ago.  When those allegations came out just prior to election day, I ignored them because of the possibility it was a set-up–after all the statute of limitations had expired on the so-called acts which I had heard about.  But it was the responsibility of Alabama voters to decide whether or not these accusations, true or false, affected their decision to elect Moore as their Senator.

Daubenmire tries to apply to this situation,  the  Matthew 18 method of dealing with personal sins against another church member. But were those young girls members of Roy Moore’s church? If so, given their ages, they would need to have had an adult represent them so as to protect them from the abuse of power and authority of an older man who was a District Attorney at the time.  The stories which came out about these types of incidents sound as if they were taking place at a mall, and high school games, and most likely did not involve Christian girls attending his church. Flip Benham’s defense of Moore, in which he asserted that when Moore had gotten out of the military, eligible women had already married, and therefore he had to seek out pure young girls, seems far fetched in light of the secular locations he was noted for attending.

Daubenmire’s assertion that because America is not ruled by the Bible, this nation is in a mess.

Again, Daubenmire appears to be ignorant of the Bible, and the history of Israel as a theocracy in the Old Testament. Israel had the Scriptures, and a God ordained form of government, yet the sins and unbelief of the individual citizens caused repeated judgments from the LORD, after repeated pleas for repentance from his prophets. Much of American law is Biblically based, and what we call case-law has been developed from the Scriptural model of using actual historical cases to exemplify a legal principle. While many of these laws and government institutions in America have been built on just principles, there has never been a point in our history where it can be said, Government is righteous.  Daubenmire uses the excuse that our government is now wicked to justify his refusal to pay taxes. Much of American government at various levels still functions as it should, and the credit for that belongs to the individuals who are employed in government jobs, attempting to do their jobs properly.

Are the reports from Kyle Mantyla of Right Wing Watch on Dave Daubenmire fair and accurate?

I have read a few articles in this respect, and overall, I found that Mantyla writes in a very precise style.  He has a good ability to summarize a main point and support it with facts and quotes.

The main problem with Dave Daubenmire is that his style of speaking is sloppy and he enjoys making statements which attract attention, but are not edifying to his listeners.  He is a poor expositor of the Bible, and he has no one to blame but himself,  if he cannot be understood. There is no reason why the context of his arguments should be outside of each individual video which he produces, for he is not giving a series of in-depth Biblical studies, where precept is built upon precept.

Journalists are not stalking others, if they continue to report on an ongoing topic of interest obtained from open sourced material.

Daubenmire brings up Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals as if this seventies book carries any real weight in present day leftist politics.

I read this book when I attended the University of Washington, during those long ago times when student demonstrations were taking place in the late sixties and early seventies in Seattle. It affected very few, and was not a mainstream book. So what if rule four, as Daubenmire says, advises that a radical leftist force his adversaries to live up to their own values?  Who cares?  When it comes to Christians, there should be a sincere concern for trying to live up to the high expectations of the Bible. If an adversary comprehends that the Christian is privileged to have wisdom and insight into the higher principles of life, is that not a good thing? Why do we find that the Christian Alternative Media ministries are always lowering the bar, and encouraging Christians to live as liars and law breakers in this world?

As Rebekah Roth Continues To Insult Our Intelligence, Is The Pentagon Gaming Her For Their Personal Amusement?

“I am considered by many to be a foremost expert on the events of September 11, 2001.”  Rebekah Roth, author of 3 novels:  Methodical Illusion, Methodical Deception, and Methodical Conclusion.

Methodical Illusion was published on November 3, 2014, and was inititally heavily promoted by various Alternative Media radio hosts.  By the end of  2015, some of these same radio hosts had decided to investigate the credentials of the woman using the pen name  Rebekah Roth. Finally, a document by the author was brought forth as shown in this screenshot. Here is the link to this thread on lunaticoutpost.com.The link given to the supporting video now says that this video is unavailable. However, the fact that the image of this purser’s certificate from Northwest Airlines dated April 7, 2001, has been preserved on other websites creates a question. Rebekah Roth AKA Koreann Ashlie Nourani says on her About/Author Page “…This book is the result of extensive research. It is based on real life events.  It is written as a novel to protect me and my family from the repercussions that inevitably occur when you get too close to the truth.”  Ironically, just below this, the author has inserted this quote from Pearl Bailey, You never find yourself until you face the truth.

So, if Rebekah Roth claims that she was hiding her true identity behind a pen name and a fictional form of writing because she had gotten too close to the truth, but she later discloses one of her legal names to prove that she had been an airline stewardess with Northwest Airlines, would not this act nullify any complaints she makes against those who had revealed her real identity?

In January of 2016, sgtreport.com posted an article, asking Who is Rebekah Roth? Andrew brings up some thoughts on her background in the comment section of this post.  See screenshot below:

The article which Andrew links to at jamesperloff.com is a well considered opinion piece written January 1, 2016 and entitled, Some in Truth Movement are asking questions about Rebekah Roth.

The April, 2017 Hagmann Report Interview of Rebekah Roth

With this past controversy shadowing Rebekah Roth, we are going to take a look at what this author says about herself, her novels and her 9/11 theories during an interview on The Hagmann Report several weeks ago on April 4, 2017.  The link to this show on the Hagmann YouTube site can be found here: False Flags, False Faith:  Rebekah Roth & Pastor Lankford. The interview begins around the 36.25 mark and finishes at the second hour. Douglas Hagmann first asks Rebekah Roth to introduce herself.

Rebekah Roth (37.02)…I refer to myself as like an accidental author.  I set out actually to write a novel, a fun, fluffy, summer novel for women to read about being a flight attendant, because I had a really great life as a flight attendant and I really enjoyed it and I met lots of really interesting people.  So I thought, well, this will be a kind of a fun read and I got actually you’ll see this in Methodical Illusion because I really wanted the reader to know what a flight attendant did and what it was like and because before I started flying I had no idea.  They could have handed me a sleeping bag with a logo on it and said take the last row and I’ll wake you up an hour before (UI)… I had no idea what I was getting into.

So after about 32 years of flying and I retired in 2004- I stopped flying.  So I have been flying for a long time. And ah, I thought around 2008 to 9, somewhere in there, I’ll just write this fun novel.  About 3 chapters into it I wanted to introduce this character Grace who is kind of all about gold and jewelry to a Middle Eastern man who was going to shower her with gifts.  And I Google-searched the 9/11 hijackers and found that ten of them were still alive.  And it just shocked me.  I was like “What?”.

I was like I believe the story,  as impossible as it is for an aluminum airplane to go through a sky scraper like I saw that morning on TV, and then the Shanksville and Pentagon-no airplane parts, and there is always a large tail section and landing gear and the titanium engine parts- there’s always parts that are there. And none of that was there; especially in Shanksville.  And it was just like a ditch with nothing and I remember hearing the coroner say, “Well, there was no blood, there was no bodies, there was no sign of a plane crash there”.

But yet I kept working, because, I mean, what are you going to say?  I mean I couldn’t go out and tell people that didn’t happen, – because I watched it on TV-  it did happen, right?  So I was so shocked,  I  literally just dropped my fun novel, and I started researching every thing I could.  Now granted, this was like 7 or 8 years after, and so the Zacarias Moussaoui trial had happened.

Ah, and what I found was what really intrigued me was the FBI’s transcripts from that morning, from about noon, and there are typed up transcripts from recordings they took from people that were involved, like the reservations agent that took the phone call from Betty Ong at American Airlines, and stuff and this.  And then as I was gathering all of these FBI documents I noticed that they’d left some statements out.  And when Betty Ong said, “We’re the first.”,  they later on took that out and I said, “How could she know they were the first of four airplanes because that was flight 11, it was the first one to be supposedly hijacked.

And then Betty Ong said this, she said, ah, he, as in one of the hijackers, and we were told there were several, “He sprayed pepper spray or mace and for Business class and we can’t breathe up in Business class”.  And my brain just went to all these Honolulu flights, flights where babies poo-pooed or people got sick and vomited or rum from Duty Free was dropped and broke and that smell in a pressurized cabin goes through the whole airplane.  I don’t care if it’s the 727 or a 747, it’s all circulated air.

And with pepper spray or mace, something that’s really hard to deal with, I went, oh my goodness, that means they’re not pressurized.  Because you wouldn’t be able to breathe any where in that airplane if you were pressurized.    And that’s really when I, I got that sinking feeling, and I thought, oh no, this is something really strange.  They aren’t in the air because another thing happened, was their phone calls were 27 minutes from the 2 flight attendants who called out on that flight which is impossible for a cell phone and an air phone…so I just..

Doug Hagmann:  Wait a second, why for an air phone?  I can understand the cell phone…(41.27) (they discuss the history of the installation and workings of these phones)

(46.54) (continuing the discussion about flight attendant Betty Ong on flight 11)

Rebekah Roth: (46.54) …she also said, “We’re the first”. And I thought, well, somebody had to tell her that because she wouldn’t have known about the hijackings that came later on and uh then she said something else that really triggered me because I spent a lot of time in large aircraft hangers.  Because that is where flight attendant offices often are- on the Mezzanine level, which is up above.  So they all have from the large hanger space, they have stairs.  Usually they’re in at least two, sometimes three corners of the large hanger and so she said, “he stood upstairs”. There are no stairs in a 767.  Only in a 747.

And I thought, what an odd thing for her to say, and when I realized that they weren’t pressurized, and she said, “He stood upstairs”.  I knew they were in a large hanger, and so I immediately and this was within 20 minutes of Boston Logan Airport, and I flew out of Boston, so I immediately went on Google Earth and I drew a line to see how far an airplane could go and I have a pretty good idea because I flew for 32 years and I looked out the window. (47.56)

Tracking the Leopard Meroz comments:  Official documentation found on the internet proves that Rebekah Roth choose the corrupted transcription of the tape recording of Betty Ong, over a true transcription which matched the audio word for word.  And even though she was reproved for this in a 22 minute January 24, 2016 YouTube Video put out by Conspiracy Theorista, called RothFraud Truthday Part I-NO ONE STOOD UPSTAIRS, Rebekah Roth continues to promote her story which is based on false information.

Rebekah Roth: (50.56)  And I’m here to tell you this.  I really wanted to be wrong.  I wanted to be wrong more than anybody else. I, I, I really when I found out that the cell phones for all four calls worked with the flight time to get to that Air Force Base that had been evacuated, was completely empty except for those four planes coming in.  I wanted to be so wrong when every one of those flights that came out of Dulles, Washington D.C., Newark, New Jersey, the New York area and then Boston and when the phone calls started with exactly when they had landed and probably had taxied into one of those large C-5 transport hangers.  And literally my stomach flipped when that happened.  I thought, oh my God, don’t let this be true.  I tried for months to debunk myself. I like, don’t let this be true!  Because that told me that everything we had been told and shown on 9/11 was an illusion. And that’s how I got the title.

Doug Hagmann:  Hence the title.  Right.

Rebekah Roth:  The word methodical..

Doug Hagmann:  But I’m sorry I didn’t mean..you you had referenced an air hanger, and so you’re you’re ah you’re postulating- your theory is that the aircraft-I don’t want to put words in your mouth.  Uh, what you said there about the airfield-airstrip-air uh hanger-the ultimate destination of the aircraft, the four aircraft on 9/11 is kind of where I’m pushing towards..

Rebekah Roth:  What they needed..

Doug Hagmann:  Go ahead.

Rebekah Roth: What they needed because the aircraft are jumbos, so the 767 are double aisle aircraft.  It’s similar to the size of a DC-10.

Doug Hagmann:  Right.

Rebekah Roth: They need about a 10,000 foot runway to land full of fuel.  And so what I started to do was to look within a 20 minute circle of Boston, because that was the first two flights out of Boston, for a runway.  That’s how I found the Air Force Base….(53.04)

Tracking the Leopard Meroz comments: The author  speculates, but does not detail precisely how her thesis translates into a factually based, mathematical style timeline which matches reality.

Pentagon Top Military Intelligence Contacts Rebekah Roth

Rebekah Roth:  (1.02.46) And the reason I’m going to tell you why I say that with total authority is that after Methodical Conclusion I’ve been contacted by people that were working inside the Pentagon in top level military intelligence on 9/11.  And that is the word they used.  Missile.

Doug Hagmann:  Interesting.

Rebekah Roth: ..I’ve been told that it is uh the series which is being read all through Washington D.C.  Donald Trump has all of them, um, I don’t know that he’s read them yet but uh I know he has all 3 books uhhh- the Pentagon people are reading them and it’s going like wild fire through the Pentagon and I’ve been told by 3 different sources that I, should I, should be ready to go to a Congressional Hearing- and I’m ready.  I’m on it.

Doug Hagmann: (1.03.37) Really!

Rebekah Roth: (1.03.42)  So, yeah it’s very interesting because they contacted me, he contacted me- he’s now retired- and said I want you to have my story.  And I,  he even sent me Google maps-screenshots of where exactly he was standing outside the Pentagon near the guard railing that you see in a lot of photographs between the lawn, the guard railing, the lawn and then the building.  When the explosion hit- he was standing outside and I am here to tell you that if a Boeing 757 were 100 feet over your head you would know it.(1.04.17)

…(1.07.11)  Rebekah Roth relates that the retired Pentagon employee  wanted to have his story told with someone he could trust as he was there.

Tracking the Leopard Meroz comments: You have one guess as to who sent the fictional series of Rebekah Roth to the President of the United States. In the fantasy world of the author’s mind,  the main character Vera is the fictional match of Rebekah Roth AKA Koreann Ashlie Nourani. Vera’s husband, Jeff represents Michael Harris AKA Ramjet, the author’s husband.  In her plot, her beloved husband has been murdered, leaving the President of the United States to romantically pursue Vera.

Is it any wonder that these books are a hot number at the Pentagon?  I would be very leery of any man who said he was from the Pentagon whose proof of his claims was a Google Earth shot, who said he wanted to tell his exclusive story to Rebekah Roth, a woman’s romance novelist, because he trusted her.

Hawking Her Books and Hidden Research Results

Doug Hagmann: (1.08.14) ( holds up his autographed book Methodical Conclusion and gives a sales spiel-“fantastic book”, tells his listeners where to order a copy and recommends to “get it autographed”, which is an extra cost option.  At (1.12.25) Doug Hagmann mentions that Rebekah Roth is coming out with a fourth book.

Rebekah Roth: (1.09) Methodical was the code word I would use as a flight attendant to let the captain know there was a protocol for hijacking, that there’s a hijacker on board…(1.10.24)…and every hijack protocol that was not followed by any of the flight attendants, and there was like 26 or 28 flight attendants involved on those four jets. (1.10:26)

(Later on, Rebekah Roth claims that many airline attendants believe her, since she knew what the code word was.)

At this point in the interview, flight termination systems and remote control of airplanes is discussed.

Rebekah Roth: (1.14.00) When that system took over a few things happened.  One, the airplane fell off of the radar.  The Air Traffic control could no longer see a blip and the pilot and the flight attendants lost communication with each other.  Now we’re their eyes and ears so if there is a hijacker in the cabin they would only know if we told them.

But one of the things that Betty Ong said was we can’t communicate with the pilots-they aren’t answering their phone and I realized right then and there that they’ve been taken over remotely, more than likely the pilots were uh thinking that the plane was crashing because it started a landing without their commands. They were descend.. uh ascending out of Boston still, they were about probably 15-16,000 feet, climbing up to 32,000 was  I think was their original initial cruising altitude and I think they were going to go up to 35.  But I have their flight plans now so after my first book came out and I got a terabyte Freedom of Information Act data and then people started coming forward and helping me read it and that’s kind of how the third book came out ah with a lot of help from some real big American heroes and I would love to be able to name them all for you, but to keep them safe, I can’t you know. (1.15.18)

Tracking the Leopard Meroz comments:  Previously, at the 1.01.32 mark, Rebekah Roth discussed that for a period of time all 757’s and 767’s came off the assembly line with a remote control access.  She says that Boeing was trying to sell a flight termination system, and the pilots she knew at that time expressed concern over this possibility.  Also at the time of 9/11 the Comptroller of the Pentagon, who was being examined for missing funds, was also the owner of a company that sold flight termination devices. For background on these comments, read the January 31, 2015 Veterans Today article Airline Whistleblower Solves 9/11 written by Kevin Barrett.

Also, earlier at the 47.57 mark, Rebekah Roth says, “Don’t forget now that we don’t get out of our jump seats until the aircraft levels off.  So things aren’t happening 5 minutes after a departure.  No hijackers are going to stand, no pilots are coming out of the cockpit, no flight attendants are going to be out of their jump seat until that airplane reaches somewhat of a cruising altitude….48.53 so I realized that everything that happened on flight 11 started happening at 18 minutes after takeoff.”

HistoryCommons.org has compiled documentation from various sources and on this page displays the Complete 911 Timeline of American Flight 11. The scheduled departure time for Flight 11 was 7:45 and its takeoff time is recorded as 7:59, 14 minutes later. Sometime between 8:13 and 8:21 the flight transponder was turned off.  But it was concluded that the plane was hijacked at 8:14, probably over Gardner, MA which is 45 minutes NW of Boston.  At 8:18 am flight attendant Betty Ong calls the Reservation Office to report her observations. While this call is reported to last 25 minutes, it is only recorded for 4 minutes, as the recording device has a default time limit.

Note that the theory of Rebekeh Roth relies on a corrupted transcript of the four minute recording of Betty Ong as foundational to her thesis that Betty Ong at 8.18 am, 19 minutes after takeoff of flight 11, was actually sitting in a hanger at the Westover Air Force Base, reading a script.

Kevin Barrett in an article dated January 13,2015 for Veterans Today, where he supports Rebekah Roth as being the Airlines Whistleblower (who) Solves 9/11, stated “According to the author’s hypothesis, the FTS-captured-and-silenced planes landed at a nearby Air Force base with gigantic hangars, which Roth identifies and a colleague who was there confirms happened, less than 20 minutes after takeoff.  Once on the ground, selected flight attendants and passengers were guided (or forced) to place cell phone calls, during which they read scripts prepared by the perpetuators.”

My question is whether or not it can be reasonably assumed that a commercial jet can take off from the Boston Logan Airport,  land on the runway at the Westover Air Reserve Base in Chicopee, MA, taxi to a hanger, get the passengers off of the airplane, and then set down a flight attendant, give her instructions on reading her script….and have all of these actions transpire within an 18-19 minute timeframe? I am incredulous, and since Rebekah Roth seems to think it is my job, and not her job, to test and prove her hypothesis…I grit my teeth…arghhh! Try persuading your high school teacher that you have decided to delegate to her the responsibility for proving your assumptions which undergird your research. And Rebekah Roth claims she studied the hard sciences in college.

So in this peculiar state of hanging by the noose of total ignorance from the gallows of the illusive mind of that foremost 9/11 expert, Rebekah Roth, I decide to cut the rope.  First I shall imitate the author’s method of handling perplexities by studying Google Maps. I type in the directions box, the starting and ending points of Boston’s Logan Airport and the Westover Air Reserve Base, and I click on the airplane icon.  It says there are no flights between those two points!  Ah, ha!  Is this indisputable  proof that Rebekah Roth is a liar?

Well, OK, humor aside,  let’s continue on with my initial inquiry.  Suppose there was a Remote chance that there was a direct flight between those two airports on 9/11.  Let’s see, by car the distance between the two airports is 92 miles. But an airplane would have to ascend, and then descend, thus increasing the number of miles of flight by whatever triangle or trapezoid shape the airplane described in the air. And Rebekah Roth surmises that the aircraft reached the 15-16,000 foot level. I am not a pilot, so I have no real life experience of determining what the air speed of ascent and descent would be in the case of a jet covering a ground distance of 92 miles. So I look at the information given on Flight 11 to see if there is anything there I can use to make a rough, but reasonable estimate.

According to the HistoryCommons.org timeline, at about 8:14, or 15 minutes into the flight, it was believed that Flight 11 was over Gardner, MA which the record estimated was about 45 miles NW of Boston.  Google Maps shows a driving distance of 59 miles between Logan and Gardner, and so I will give Rebekah Roth the benefit of the doubt and employ the greater distance.

Using the ratio comparison of 59 miles/92 miles, we arrive at the equivalent ratio of 15 minutes/23 minutes.  So a very rough guess could be argued that  it would take this flight approximately 23 minutes to cover a ground distance of 92 miles.  This exceeds our 18/19 window by about  5 minutes. Note that we had not even factored in descent speed, the time it would take to taxi to a hanger, and the time necessary to get the airline attendant prepared to read her script.

What such a rudimentary examination suggests is that Rebekah Roth’s thesis that Flight 11 had landed at Westover, is unsupportable on the most basic,  practical level.  When we note also that she had been dishonest in misrepresenting the transcription evidence of Betty Ong’s phone conversation, I consider Rebekah Roth’s “revelations” to be grossly misleading.

Rebekah Roth is offended when people ask her, Are you for real?

Rebekah Roth:  (1.15.18)  And you know people say well, you know, you’re not real, or that’s not real, how do you know?  I do know because I sat with them and the best way that you can really experience what we experienced is in the last five chapters of Methodical Conclusion.  And when I think about it, the hair on my back of my neck stands up and my stomach will flip and I still, I still react because the conversation that you get from Tom the air traffic controller and the others when they realize what they are seeing and it can only be the bodies from the plane that were up in Westover being brought into Andrew and it is on radar and when I and an air traffic controller sat on Skype with this- we each had the file going through this.  What we experienced as best as I can give you was that moment in that book and to this moment I can still have my stomach flip and hear him say, “Oh my God”,  and he was a military air traffic controller..

Doug Hagmann:  Yep.

Rebekah Roth:   And he knows what he was looking at and he knew where they came from, and so did I.  And we literally were speechless.  And that when I got to that information and I was writing the book I really, I really totaled.  Should I put that detail in? Because this answers everybody’s question, what did they do with the people?  The bodies.  And here’s another thing that happened and has happened since then.  I was contacted- do we have enough time to tell you this?

Doug Hagmann:  Sure.

Rebekah Roth:  I was contacted by the adult child, kind of like the one sitting next to you, young, in his thirties now, whose father was a flight attendant on board who had taken him out on a drive about a week before 9/11.  He’d been flying for less than a year I believe, 9 to 10 months, something like that,  not enough time to hold a transcontinental flight on a schedule, so which made me kind of look at all the crew members with a hmmm, how were they there, why were they there?

Well, now here’s how I found out. He said to his son, I’ve been offered a job with the CIA.  The only thing is if I take that job I will never ever be able to see you or your brother again.  Now I bet you know CIA guys because I know some intelligence people and they have families and they have children and they don’t unless they’re faking their death, they don’t ever have to never see their kids again.  Now this was in the week before 9/11, the weekend before his mother, who was on the verge of divorce with the father was flown back to Boston where he was based and signed life insurance papers.  Now this by the way was a black belt in several martial arts, he’d been a police officer for some 20 years and I said well, let me just ask you this:  if your Dad was a flight attendant and there were 2 five-foot-six hijackers onboard with a box cutter, what would he have done?  Because he didn’t do anything.  He’s not really even mentioned in the story.

Doug Hagmann:  Right.

Rebekah Roth: And only the two passengers that telephoned out and so ah, you’re wondering,  if two passengers phoned out, why didn’t the crew on this one?  Cuz the first one was only 2 crew members, but 80 passengers didn’t phone out. So then, ah, I got the answer from him later then when a Delta flight attendant finished reading Methodical Conclusion.  She contacted me and we talked on the phone and ah that book really -lots of people woke up.  Oh, wait, especially us airline people, because she  told me I am here to tell you, I was, I think she had 27 years seniority and at the time, she was I think in her late forties, flying for Delta and a CIA recruiter was on their flight and offered them jobs, told them that they loved airline employees because they have a great cover job.  And we had great days off so we could take off and our neighbors wouldn’t think anything of it being gone on vacation or traveling around because we could go anywhere for 10 or 20 dollars.  And so she actually even went to a recruiting meeting and she said “You are right”.

And now I am questioning how many of the pilots and other crew members were indeed also working for the CIA, so I’m here to tell you square in my chair that 9/11 was a Central Intelligence Agency and Mossad Operation with the help of GCHQ or MI6, because the pilots of that big huge Russian cargo were British.  So that Intelligence agents that contacted me, he did that because the pilots were British.  I would only know that if I had actually spoken to the Air Traffic Controller that guided them through restricted airspace to land and offload their gold again at a CIA Base and you know that if you read the book.(1.20:39)

(1.21.50) I am here to tell you that there were not 19 Arab hijackers.  There were crew members and quote-unquote handlers like the guy on Flight 11 that was in 9B who was a Sayeret Mat’kal which is like the Jack Powers of the Israeli Mossad. Special Operations, trained assassins, trained anti-hijacking specialist and how in the world could he get killed by a plastic box cutter by the two guys both behind him according to the official story-they were five foot six and 128 pounds.(1.22.19)

Tracking the Leopard Meroz commentsIs Rebekah Roth for real?  Based on anecdotal conversations, and so called expert witnesses which we are not allowed to cross-examine, she concludes that the CIA actively recruited pilots and airline attendants solely on the basis that they had a great cover job. There are multitude numbers of great cover jobs, where CIA agents would never even have to show up for work, that would fool those meddling neighbors.  And what is her proof that she gives for asserting that three nations, maybe four, were involved in orchestrating the events on 9/11?

Some years ago I was a bank Trust Department Auditor and Officer.  When we audited a department, usually we took over the closest conference room.  However, if the department under audit had an empty desk, I would choose that work area over the conference room, as I liked to overhear the office gossip.  My co-workers used to give me a bad time, telling me that office gossip was hearsay, and what we needed was documented proof.  Exactly. I agreed totally with that; however, I had found that often office gossip and complaints gave vital clues as to what documentation ought to be reviewed in order to see if a procedural correction was needed.

So I have no problem with anyone in the 9/11 Truth Movement discussing hearsay, as long as they are not inventing fake witnesses.  However, I do have a problem with such persons as Rebekah Roth who claims to have real expert witnesses looking at real evidence, yet this real evidence is withheld, and we are directed to read her fictional account so that we can experience her emotional reactions when this supposed evidence was reviewed by these supposed experts.

The events on 9/11 represented a crime scene, and the withholding of real evidence and the testimony of real witnesses is tantamount to perverting the course of justice.

Why should we respect the anecdotal assertions of  Rebekah Roth  who, for example, claims  that some Pentagon guy thinks she should testify before a Congressional Hearing, which may never come to pass in reality?   Whatever documentation she has which backs up her theories should be put out in public view.  It is outrageous when the public is told, “buy my book” and we are expected to distinguish between fiction and reality, based on what?  Hearsay which may represent the stories of a  fictitious witness?

TROLL ATTACKS?   Or as Rebekah Roth quotes in her Methodical Illusion book: “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize”. Voltaire

Doug Hagmann:  (1.33.33)  You’re getting a lot of push back, aren’t you?

Rebekah Roth:  Yes, I was extremely attacked by some trolls, some of which I later on found out, ah, are involved in Scientology. (laughing) (UI) he actually got some kind of web page but I had no idea, I never spent time on the internet really so I didn’t know trolls exist, I didn’t know what that was all about.  And oh you know what’s happened is so many people that were with DARPA in military intelligence, in air traffic control, pilots, flight attendants, pursers, so many of them came forward and helped me get the research done that  couldn’t have done without them. Ah, forward to Methodical Conclusion that there are so many of them that the trolls really mean nothing.  These are people that are jealous maybe because my radio audiences are huge uh and you know my book success was huge.  My first book went to #9 out of 8 and a half million on Amazon…..

(1.36.15)  Social Media is DARPA and CIA…(1.36.55) I thought the NSA was going to get me.  I thought they were going to kill me.

Tracking The Leopard Meroz comments:  Below is a link to Rebekah Roth’s page on who she considers to be the trolls who have attacked her. I do not locate anywhere where she has addressed the genuine concerns of those who have legitimately inquired into her background.  Some of her comments on this page seem hypocritical, since she panders to speculative theories on 9/11, and does so for a personal profit.  RebekahRoth.com/trolls

Rebekah Roth believes the passengers were gassed to death, and she puts this detail in her book after receiving a sign from God at a gas station.

Joe Hagmann: (1.37.44) …..We have over 3 emails asking “What happened to the people?”

Rebekah Roth: (1.37:51)  It’s in actually the last five chapters.  What I was telling you before when I was working with an air traffic controller, we actually found a, a FOIA Freedom of Information Act data that I found on a the internet actually.  It wasn’t one I had in all of my terabytes stuff.  And um we were reading through it together and it’s one of those last five-last three chapters and that’s the part I wasn’t sure I wanted to put in-well here’s the thing.  I was travelling with my husband and I had this and I was ready to end the book.  Do I want to put this detail in because this is what happened to the passengers.  After what happened to them at Westover, how they were uh most likely gassed and now that’s kind of the conclusion most everybody has come to- they used some sort of gas and the pepper spray or mace was a much stronger than that but they had the bodies, and what did they do with the bodies?  That, as well as the getaway plane- I’m giving away a lot of it.

Doug Hagmann:  Yeah.  You don’t have to go too far into that because it’s- the way you put it together it’s–WOW! (1.39:06)

Rebekah Roth:  And also this book is different….( 1.39:23)There’s all kinds of different stuff in there but when I said to my husband I don’t know if I want to put this detail that you’re asking me about in this book,  I’m afraid this is so mind blowing because I was really- I mean I found out about maybe ten days before-it was a detail I just didn’t know if I should put it in and so he was putting gas in the car and he never grabs his receipt but because we were traveling he grabbed the receipt and I kid you not.  The total and he just wanted to put a squirt in because we were going to go to a Costco or someplace and get gas in the morning before we left our location.  Nine dollars and eleven cents and he literally said to me, “that Guy up there wants you to put it in the book!”, so I said that would be it.  God has it.  Because since I started Methodical Illusion the uh it’s hard to explain this, the spiritual aspect of my life and that’s why people ask me, aren’t you afraid?  Well, I had all those proxy servers set up so people think I’m in Langley, Virginia, or they think I’m somewhere else.  I’m always four states away from where ever I’m pinging from.  But I thought it was for the NSA, so all the conspiracy nuts put all these conspiracies together about me, but really, I’m just a grandmother of eight, mother of five……(1.40:48)

The Reason for it all……

Rebekah Roth:  (1.43.53)  I died when I was fifteen.  Now I know why I came back.  Because I see puzzles and put them together….

Operation COFFEE, TEA, OR ME?

After taking a two month reprieve from the world of Christian Alternative Media,  I have decided to explore the world of 9/11 Truth-tellers. It has been many years since I have gone through the internet articles on this subject,  but as I recall,  everyone, no matter what theories they present,  considers themselves to be part of a “Truth” movement.

The September 11, 2001 attack on American economic and military iconic structures represented layer upon layer of criminal acts involving treason, murder, property destruction, guile and the mockery of justice and judgment.  The complexity of events on that day reflect a sort of mad genius as it affected the three levels of our world: the physical, the spiritual realm, and that of the human soul, itself. In the world of the occult sorcerer, this type of mastery is rewarded with a Triple Golden Crown representing the rulership of those three levels.  In truth, however, what was planned and executed was nothing to boast of, but represented the evil machinations of a coordinated group deserving of justice and a severe judgment.

I am going to start my 9/11 journey at the McGhee Tyson Airport, which is a public and military airport in Blount County, Tennessee. Why here?   Well, the first topic I want to consider involves Rebekah Roth and her radio co-host and husband, RamJet. And when I went to the internet to try to decipher what the letters in their self-publishing company, KTYS Media stood for, the only thing which popped up was the ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organization) airport code KTYS for the McGhee Tyson Airport. It is one of those odd coincidences, in that I have done several posts connected to this locality. But let us head on out from here to Las Vegas, Nevada where KTYS Media presumably had its start.

Michael Allen Harris AKA RamJet, radio co-host with Rebekah Roth

Rebekah Roth is the pen name of a woman who claims to have 30 years experience as an airline stewardess and international purser. She refuses to provide any proof, and says she worries about those nefarious three digit government agencies discovering her true identity.  As usual, they already know who she is and where she lives, and it is the rest of us who are left to search the net for clues.

Both husband and wife are fiction writers who have based their books on their personal experiences.  They self publish under the company,  KTYS Media.  I could not locate this business name in the Nevada Secretary of State business entity online records, even though this company claims it was located in Las Vegas. No one seems to know what KTYS stands for.

So since  we are about to take a flight of fancy involving the unprovable bona fides of Rebekah Roth’s airlines career, and her husband has a Facebook page called RamJet, which uses the aircraft photo above, let us see what KTYS Media is all about.

KTYS Media has designed their logo to highlight their name in a black, feminine script with a red heart motif supported by the letter Y. These letters are on a white background with a red border, overlaying a black background. Underneath, KTYSMedia claims to publish “Books that Invoke a Change of Heart or a Change of Mind“. The only book this website links to is  Methodical Illusion, written by Rebekah Roth with a publication date of November 3, 2014.

However, the website for KTYSMedia.com was created on January 22, 2010, almost 5 years earlier. On June 18, 2010 this Boutique Publishing House published a book called Windsweeping by Michael A. Harris.

The description of this novel at Amazon.com says, Windsweeping is driving a high performance vehicle with no particular destination in mind and absolutely no time constraint beckoning a return.  It is accomplished with a rather eclectic selection of music playing in the background as the experience evolves into the arena in which ideas are born, decisions are made and life is allowed to be filtered through an ambiance of solitude.  Following the death of his mentor, David Jarvis goes Windsweeping in an effort to put his life back into perspective.  Only this Windsweeping excursion isn’t like anything he has ever experienced.  Ultimately, he understands that men do not inherently know how to love and he welcomes an invitation to be taught all the dimensions of love by a woman whose gifts transcend time and space. Learning how to love others alters every aspect of David’s life and eventually leads him to recognize the woman of his dreams.  Windsweeping is a love story every woman will embrace, but it is written from a man’s perspective allowing all men everywhere to finally comprehend what the women in their lives have been trying to instill in them long before they were even born.

Michael Allen Harris AKA RAMJET,  the radio co-host of Rebekeh Roth, author of Methodical Illusion

In a video promoting his book, Michael Harris tries to display a casual sophistication which is appealing to women desperate to have a real conversation with a man. He does not appear to fit his image of himself as a macho RamJet;  however, he does manage to get 11 five star ratings from his eleven groupies on his Amazon.com book page.

In an article dated December 24, 2015, TruthRadioFrequency.com posted an expose by someone named Luckee 1 entitled, THIS IS TRUTH FREQUENCY! SCAMMERS WILL BE EXPOSED. The scammers are none other than Rebekah Roth and Michael A. Harris. This article reproduces a partial copy of an About Michael A. Harris page from freado.com/read/7572/windsweeping, which now cannot be found at the original site.

What was stated at freado.com about the author of Windsweeping is this: Michael grew up in the San Francisco bay area in the late sixties and early seventies.  He worked for a miniature golf course company through high school and during the summers in college.  That job allowed him to travel throughout California and Arizona and instilled in him a love for driving alone on long lonely stretches of road.  He holds a bachelors degree in Political Science and received an MBA from Arizona State.  Most of his career centered in the creation and development of software companies in the state of Washington.  He speaks fluent Finnish and would welcome any conversation in that unique language.  He is married to KoreAnn and has five grown children and a cat named CeeCee. His passion is to write and windsweep the rest of his life.

It appears that this is a second marriage for Michael Harris and for his present wife, KoreAnn, who had been previously married to an Iranian man. At some point the Harrises entered into a venture selling essential oils and had a website PhiXYourHealth.com which they created on March 14, 2013. They produced some videos to sell their products, displaying the photo shown above of Michael A. Harris and someone named Monika Gainor, who has the same voice as Rebekah Roth.

This same photo also is displayed elsewhere as representing KoreAnn Ashlie, who held a real estate broker license #79620 in Washington State which was first issued on Nov. 12, 2004 and expired Dec. 25, 2009.

After Rebekah Roth began promoting her 9/11 based novel Methodical Illusion via numerous Alternative Media radio hosts, some began to question her multiple identities and credentials. One of the best of these investigations was done by Kurt Richard Haskell who published this expose on his Facebook page.

In addition to exploring the question of whether Rebekeh Roth ever was an airline stewardess as she claims, Haskell takes the reader through his various findings on her many aliases. Kurt  Haskell makes an interesting observation about Michael Harris, the husband of Rebekah Roth AKA Monika Gainor AKA KoreAnn Ashlie/Harris AKA Sara, etc. etc. Windsweeping, as well as the Methodical Illusion series, are fiction based on the author’s real experiences, and we are left to our own devices trying to discern fiction from fact.

Haskell comments,  “Michael A. Harris talks about how he developed a software program to determine if people are lying by compiling all data related to them.  This sounds like something the CIA/NSA would do and by his own words the book is based on real events”.

Rebekah Roth makes reference in her first novel to her husband’s book Windsweeping and to the essential oils products they sold.   I cannot understand why she claims she is safeguarding the identity of her family by using a pen name, when she herself reveals verifiable links to her family.

There does not seem to be any proof that Rebekah Roth spent 30 years as an airline stewardess and international purser, although several persons have requested such information from her.   So if her bona fides are a figment of an active imagination, and she has a history of using multiple identities, perhaps all such data should be analyzed by her husband’s software program to determine if she fits the profile of a Liar.

In addition to writing 3 novels, Methodical Illusion (November 3, 2014), Methodical Deception (August 28, 2015), and Methodical Conclusion (July 12, 2016), Rebekah Roth offers subscriptions, the highest membership costing $75/year,  so that one can gain the “privilege” of going behind the scenes to her Behind The Galley Curtain where insider information, including daily morning news commentaries by her and RamJet can be heard.  These marketing geniuses have not only offered their 9/11 theories for a price, but they have priced the Kindle copy of her book at $9.11, which is certainly an indicator of the lighthearted approach they take to that infamous day of injustice.

Rebekah Roth was subject to several exposes by Alternative Media radio hosts and stations at the end of 2015, but here we are almost a year and a half later, and certain radio hosts still have her on their shows, without addressing the peculiarities of her personal story.

Who endorsed her first book in the beginning, lending credibility to the Rebekah Roth façade?  Why Douglas J. Hagmann and John B. Wells, of course. These two men are also known for coming to the aid of Mike Kerr AKA Mike Whitestone, who also had a reputational problem.  And then there was that promotion by these two radio hosts of that fraud known to most as V-the Guerrilla Economist.  The written endorsements, can be found at  readroth.com.As seen below in the second endorsement, an anonymous pilot gives is afraid to give his name.  What kind of endorsement is that? But the most interesting endorsement is the first one. This first endorsement is from Barbara Honegger, former White House Policy Analyst and Dept. of Defense Sr. Military Affairs Journalist 2000-2011.  Barbara Honegger has quite a long and distinguished career in the public eye. Here is a photo of Barbara Honegger as she gave a speech in recent years on 9/11 in Seattle.

Barbara Honneger speaking in Seattle on the events of 9/11

Rebekeh Roth on the April 7, 2017 Hagmann Report

When I compared the above two photos, I felt prompted to ask, has Rebekah Roth colored and styled her hair, chosen a similar red lipstick and a similar eye glass frame so that she looks like Barbara Honegger?  What happened to the blond Monika Gainor/ KoreAnn Ashlie look?  This woman is a Mistress of Disguises.  Perhaps she wants you to subconsciously place her on the same level of expertise as Barbara Honegger.  Rebekeh Roth hides her 9/11 theories in a fictional format, to exempt herself from footnotes and other research paper requirements, and refuses to provide evidence of her bona fides; yet she claims that she is a 9/11 expert.

On this flight of fancy, it appears we cannot get a decent cup of coffee or tea, only the “me” of a fictional stewardess story. Go read the “Look Inside” pages of Methodical Illusion at Amazon.com.  What you will find at the very beginning of this novel is a racy portrayal of the life of airline stewardesses and pilots.

In the next post I am going to review the  April 4, 2017 Hagmann Report video interview of Rebekah Roth, and listen to what she says.

The Ambush of Guile: The Rogue Money Wire Fraud of V-the Guerrilla Economist

For among my people are found wicked men:  they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.  Jeremiah 5:26v-guerilla-feet-desk

In considering the motives of Viji Varghese, Steve Quayle and Douglas Hagmann in promoting the false credentials and business ventures of V- the Guerrilla Economist, Proverbs 26:28 has this to say:  A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.  In this post I want to bring to the reader’s attention, the components of the criminal charge of wire fraud.  At justice.gov, the website of the U. S. Department of Justice, commentary can be found on the elements of wire fraud which apply to the internet promotion of the false bona fides of  V-the Guerrilla Economist, the pseudonym of Viji Varghese. The internet has at its foundation an interstate network of  telephone and cable communication systems.

Under the subsection entitled 941.18 U. S. C.1343-Elements of Wire Fraud,  the DOJ article begins, “The elements of wire fraud under Section 1343 directly parallel those of the mail fraud statute, but require the use of an interstate telephone call or electronic communication made in furtherance of the scheme”.  Four essential elements of the crime of wire fraud are outlined:  “(1) that the defendant voluntarily and intentionally devised or participated in a scheme to defraud another out of money; (2) that the defendant did so with the intent to defraud; (3) that it was reasonably foreseeable that interstate wire communications would be used; and (4) that interstate wire communications were used.”

Under 942. The Scheme and Artifice to Defraud, justice.gov comments on the meaning of these words, saying, “…the mail fraud and wire fraud statutes do not define the terms “scheme” or “artifice” and the courts have traditionally been reluctant to offer definitions of either term in the broadest and most general terms. Lemire,720 F.2d at 1335 (“Congress did not define ‘scheme or artifice to defraud’ when it first coined that phrase, nor has it since.  Instead that expression has taken on its present meaning from 111 years of case law,”)”.

Continuing, justice.gov states, “The fraudulent aspect of the scheme to defraud is to be measured by nontechnical standards and is not restricted by any common-law definition of false pretenses.  “[t}he words ‘to defraud’ in the mail fraud statute have the ‘common understanding’ of “wrongdoing one in his property rights by dishonest methods or schemes,” and “usually signify the deprivation of something of value by trick, chincane, or overreaching.”…”

Under 943.  No Loss or Gullible Victims, the U. S. Code on wire fraud is highly interesting, because many persons are stressing that V-the Guerrilla Economist was targeting the elderly, whereas the distinction between victims is in fact irrelevant under this  federal law.  This code de-emphasizes the vulnerability of the victims, saying, “It is the scheme to defraud and not actual fraud that is required.”  United States v. Reid F.2d 1255, 1264 (D.C.Cir. 1976).”No particular type of victim is required…nor need the scheme have succeeded.”

Three other quotations from case law are quoted: “[I}t makes no difference whether the persons the scheme is intended to defraud are gullible or skeptical, dull or bright…”;  “The monumental credulity of the victim is no shield for the accused…”.; and “To hold that actual loss to victim is required “would lead to the illogical result of that the legality of a defendant’s conduct would depend on his fortuitous choice of a gullible victim.”

Finally, under 944. Proof of Scheme and Artifice to Defraud, justice.gov states, “To sustain a conviction the government must prove the existence of a scheme; it is not required, however, to prove all the details or all instances of allegedly illicit conduct.” And in conclusion they state, “All that is required is the [the defendant] knowingly and willingly participated in the scheme; she need not have performed every act herself.” United States v. Maxwell, 920 F.2d 1028, 1036 (D.C. Cir. 1990).  The evidence need only show that defendant was a ‘knowing and active participant’ in scheme to defraud and that scheme involved interstate wire communications.” Id. (quoting United States v Wiehoff, 748 F.2d 1158, 1161 (7th Cir.1984)).”

Now that the identity of the man behind the mask of V-the Guerrilla Economist, who sold his fake insider information based on falsified credentials, has been made known, it must not be overlooked who actively promoted this fraud.  Here is a screenshot of the May 24, 2013 The Hagmann & Hagmann Report which was reprinted on revolutionradio.org.rogue-money-revol-radio-524-2013-article-by-h-h-rpt-on-v-2Evidence has been documented on the false bonafides of V-the Guerrilla Economist at Revelationnow.net and can be noted in letters of complaint of fraud written to the Orange County, New York District Attorney.

When the day has arrived when the guile of self-appointed anointed Watchmen of God requires the bringing in of those who enforce criminal codes against fraud,  every Christian ought to be concerned. Many Christians have remained silent about such fraud, or actively promoted “Christian” radio and TV shysters. It is time for Christians to reflect on their own participation in the sins of  their leaders.  As Isaiah 28:17 begins, Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet…

Where Have All The Drama Queens Gone? The March Dallas Hear The Watchmen Conference Is A Hard Act to Follow For the Knoxville Event Organizers

It would appear that many are contemplating the upcoming September 30-October 2, 2016  Hear The Watchmen Conference in Knoxville, Tennessee, as I see an upsurge in the readership of this blog’s dozen or so articles on the first conference, which took place in Dallas last March 18-20, 2016.

That first Hear The Watchmen Conference had featured 9 key speakers, Paul McGuire, L. A. Marzulli, Pastor David Lankford, Michael Boldea, Russ Dizdar, Jon Robberson, Gregg Jackson, Coach Dave Daubenmire and Pastor Flip Benham.  In addition, the emcees for the Dallas event were Doug and Joe Hagmann, John B. Wells and Sheila Zilinsky.  The names highlighted in bold print are those who are not on the roster for the Knoxville conference.

As they stood by the sullied reputation of event organizers Mike Kerr AKA Mike Whitestone and his wife Jeannie Moore/Kerr, the missing participants from the Knoxville conference displayed a loyalty unmatched in the Shakespearean-style dramas of the Merchants of Christian Alternative Media.  Also missing from the new roster of speakers is Steve Quayle, who for a short time was shown in the photo lineup of the Knoxville conference.

As befitting the short history of the Hear The Watchmen Conference,  the scripture chosen to highlight the Knoxville event is “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few”.  (Matthew 9:37).  Below is the roster of speakers of the September Hear The Watchmen Conference:

The Laborers in the Knoxville field

Last spring the first conference generated much interest due to the controversy which arose when Nathan Leal reproved the New Age heresies of Dr. Ted Broer.   As a result of listening on December 18, 2015, to that particular Hagmann/Broer interview, Nathan Leal made an attempt to deal with the heresy issues with the organizers of the Hear The Watchman Conference, as both men were scheduled to speak on the same platform. When that discussion failed,  Leal issued a letter of resignation from the conference on December 23, 2015, as a matter of conscience.

Subsequently, Dave Hodges on his Commonsense show defended Dr. Ted Broer’s version of events.  In the meantime Donna Leal had mentioned in late December that they had been threatened with a lawsuit regarding “fair use”.  I am guessing this had something to do with the audio created by Nathan Leal explaining precisely why he had disagreed so strongly with Broer’s theology.  Leal had wisely used sound bites from the radio broadcast so that the listener could hear what had been stated. By January 8, 2016, this audio had been removed from Nathan Leal’s website.

John Little of Omega Shock  defended Nathan Leal, and provided key information on the behind the scenes attacks against Leal which had resulted when he publically stated his reasons for separating from the Hear The Watchman Conference. On January 4, 2016 in response to this incident, I posted Kudos to Nathan Leal of the Watchman’s Cry for Standing Up (For a Few Days Anyway) to Dr. Ted Broer, Hagmann and Hagmann and Dave Hodges.  I was quite surprised by the high numbers of readers interested in this particular incident.  And so on January 11, 2016,  I wrote another article involving Steve Quayle and Pastor David Lankford, who were pressured to publically comment on the underlying causes of this controversy.

On January 28, 2016 I posted Cloven Tongues of Strange Fire:  The Continuing Controversy of the Hear The Watchmen Conference, and two days later on January 30th again posted another article called, The Sins of Christian Marketplace Conflicts of Interest:  or when Doug and Joe Hagmann, Did You Intend to  Release The Results of Your Background Investigation of the Founders of the Hear The Watchmen Conference?

Eight more articles ensued discussing  the shady fund-raising history of the fictitious name Mike Whitestone AKA Mike Kerr and his wife Jeannie Moore/Kerr and their GOFUNDME account, as well as Doug Hagmann and John B. Wells’ attempt to defend the duplicity of Mike Whitestone.  Other articles can be found on this blog on the speakers and persons connected with the first conference including Jon Robberson (The Hollywood Insider), Paul McGuire, Flip Benham, Sheila Zilinsky, Pastor David Lankford, Steve Quayle, Dave Hodges, and  Dave Daubenmire, who dresses in a baseball oufit, who I noted was a key defender of tax fraud Dr. Dino.

When the Dallas conference was concluded, a roster of possible participants for the Knoxville conference was shown, including a photo of Steve Quayle. Since he will not be present, I note that one of the speakers added to the current line-up is another drama queen,  Anthony Patch.  On  February 15, 2016, I wrote about his strange antics in a post called The Real Reason The Men in Black Tried to Silence Anthony Patch.

Without Douglas Hagmann, Sheila Zilinsky, and Steve Quayle to bolster the second Hear the Watchmen Conference, it would appear that this upcoming event in Knoxville, Tennessee, will be just one more dreary  conference. Perhaps Russ Dizdar might prove to be interesting, particularly as one attendee in the Spring conference who refused to clap at his speech, was ousted as a possible terrorist suspect.  I may yet examine all of Dizdar’s material in-depth, having only perused through some of his audios.  Of note is that this month someone used my email contact information, without my permission, to subscribe me to Russ Dizdar’s newsletter, notices, book discounts, and upcoming event notices.

A short summary of key events given below will remind my regular readers that the brouhaha associated with the Nathan Leal/Dr. Ted Broer controversy represented a real crisis in the inner circle of Doug Hagmann and Steve Quayle.  Nathan Leal had for some time been a featured repeat guest on the Hagmann show, but his brief stand against the heresy of another Hagmann guest represented a breach of the code of loyalty of the brotherhood of this Alternative Media universe. Into the breach jumped Dave Hodges to defend Broer. And then on January 7, 2016,  Steve Quayle and Pastor David Lankford publically commented on this situation, due to the pressure from their inquiring listener base.

John Little then defends Leal, and brings to light the unsavory actions of the conference organizer Mike Whitestone, who is trying to distance himself from critical newspaper articles written exposing his fundraising tactics under his real name Mike Kerr.  His wife’s toffee business is a sponsor of the Hagmann broadcast.  On February 20, 2016 I wrote an article called The King of Jousters, John B. Wells and his ARK Knight-errant, Sir Douglas Hagmann give a Private Exhibition of Their Prowess.  In this article as well as others, I transcribe the audio of the men defending the shady actions of their friends who partner and promote each other in the Alternative Media. On March 2, 2016 Douglas Hagmann ranted on air against bloggers who transcribe his every word.

Note the New Sensitivity to the complaints against the Event Organizers who are known for their gross commercialism of the needs of Veterans and Christians. In addition to promoting this conference, Singing Lessons are encouraged by emcee John B. Wells

Last year I asked Mike Whitestone for an accounting of his GoFundMe account and was ignored. This year he lowered his monetary goal and added that this account was set up for Jean Moore, as I had questioned the legality of using a ficticious name. I had heard that Jean Moore had married Mike Kerr and I do not know if she retained her prior surname. If not, then this is another Red Flag day for the Event Organizers who like to confuse the paper trail which those nosy IRS auditors like to sniff out.

Publicity of the Leal/Broer/Mike Whitestone/ Dallas Hear the Watchmen conference had gotten so far out of control that a diversion smoke grenade was tossed out on February 25, 2016 by Steve Quayle who had issued a QAlert headlined as Timothy Alberino and His Family Have Come Under A Defined and Very Dangerous Attack Wednesday Night, And, Had Not God Intervened, All Would Have Died.  Again in a post, I transcribed this very strange story, as told by Timothy Alberino and Steve Quayle to Doug Hagmann.

Then during the actual conference in Dallas on March 18-20, 2016, Douglas Hagmann claimed that he had experienced major problems with the TSA at the airport, that terrorist threats had been made against conference participants,  that he was forced to stay in the hotel and advised not to leave, and that the police had erected a 25 foot surveillance tower at the hotel, of which no one had thought to take a photo of.  And then again,  there was that man who was viewed as acting strangely because he did not applaud Russ Dizdar.  That man in the audience was removed from the conference as a possible terrorist.

As is usual with Hagmann, no police reports are provided to support his story with facts. However, after the Dallas conference, the drama continued.  I want to thank the alert reader of this blog who sent me a copy of the Vancouver Canada Provincial Adult Court docket.  We must recall that the Event Organizers and attendees claimed that the Dallas conference was anointed by God and a great success.  But within 3 days of the conclusion of this God anointed event,  one of the emcees, referred to by Mike Whitestone as a Warrior Woman for Jesus, ended up on March 23, 2016 with charges being brought against her for assault, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, causing disturbance, mischief-obstruction/use/enjoyment of property in Vancouver, Canada.

The British Columbia court system, file number 241656 shows as the cause claimed for these actions to be fear of injury/damage by another person.  Screenshots of this event are shown below, taken from the public records of the Vancouver Provincial Adult Court:

As the title of this post suggests, indeed the Dallas Hear The Watchmen Conference will be a hard act to follow by those participating in this month’s Knoxville event.
