“…I was on a movie one time where we shot in Montana, and myself and the director were the only two Jewish people on this movie, and it was a very small town in Montana…the last night of the movie we had a rap party and somebody put on Rapper’s Delight and I started break dancing; uh, you know, grew up in New York, and when I was a kid I knew how to break dance. And people couldn’t believe it…the owner of this bar said to the director, “Man, I didn’t know Jews could dance like that…” (a story told by Jason Goodman beginning at the 47.15 mark, Lift the Veil You Tube Channel, Jason Goodman calls Lift the Veil, April 6, 2018)
No doubt about it, Jason Goodman has a style all his own, and his choreographed movements all over the dance floor are an astonishment to behold. So how does such a charmer end up aggravating those near and far, from military trained men such as Robert David Steele and Dave Sweigert to a host of other YouTubers named by him in the video above?
Jason Goodman continually displays the cockiness of a juvenile brat that has no real appreciation for the responsibilities of manhood. And while he is presently being counteracted in a lawsuit by that highly educated, former Marine and CIA man, Robert David Steele, it appears to be no small matter to induce Jason Goodman to get off of the dance floor.
Break Dancing Move 1: Rapper Goodman misuses the English language
Much of the legal outplay involving Robert David Steele stems from Goodman’s misapplication of the word fraud as applied to Robert David Steele’s #UNRIG campaign in 2017. At the heart of fraud is deceit and trickery; the dictionary of common usage describes it as an “intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right”.
But last year, Goodman was not the only one to take a look at the 990’s of the nonprofit, Earth Intelligence Network. I did as well, having had a career once as a bank trust department auditor. In addition, I also looked at Steele’s documentation showing how donations were spent. While there are always some questions which arise when one cannot view underlying accounting records; overall, I found nothing that was a red flag suggesting fraud.
Throughout the entire #UNRIG campaign, anyone who was interested in donating could easily locate substantial information on the activity of the nonprofit Earth Intelligence Network. So what deceit was claimed by Goodman? It was merely that he could not find that Steele’s nonprofit corporation had been registered as a charity in New York.
On April 30, 2018, Jason Goodman filed with the Federal court as document 45, Defendants’ Special Motion To Dismiss The Complaint Under the VA Anti-SLAPP Statute Motion to Dismiss. The first sentence of section I. Preliminary Statement says, “This entire action has been brought by Plaintiff as an effort to prevent Defendant Goodman’s journalistic endeavors and internet broadcasts of information (“the Broadcasts”). Goodman, acting alone and with others, has published You Tube and other Broadcasts which reveal prima facie evidence of felony charity fraud by Robert David Steele and the 501(c)3 tax exempt corporation Earth Intelligence Network founded and controlled by him (Plaintiff”).”
The dictionary definition of prima facie evidence is “true, valid or sufficient at first impression; self-evident”. The issue of whether or not EIN should be registered on a state level is a technical issue, and not necessarily a matter of defrauding the public, in this case. Because of the escalation of words between Goodman and Steele, their differences have now been brought into the Federal Civil Court system. In this new arena, the procedures for resolution of conflict and the definitions of words used, have taken on a more precise and rigid orderliness than Jason Goodman is accustomed to.
I predict that Jason Goodman will eventually be undone, due to his reckless application of the English language on the most basic level.
Break Dancing Move 2: In attempting the splits, Goodman’s briefs get caught up in his law defying motions.
Also on April 30, 2018, Jason Goodman filed another document (46) with the Federal court entitled, Defendant Goodman’s Motion To Sever. On the very same day he also demanded a “dismissal with prejudice”, as well as filing another document with regard to an Anti-SLAPP statute motion to dismiss. The attorney for the Plaintiff countered in their May 14, 2018 response that Goodman’s “special motion” is “all over the board”, and requested that it be stricken.
In the Severance document, Goodman charged that “evidence has come to light which shows that one or both of the co-defendants may have been cooperating or conspiring with Plaintiff to deliberately provide Goodman with false information and fraudulent evidence and to persuade Goodman into doing broadcasts in support of this false evidence”. So basically, Jason Goodman is arguing that the other two defendants, both women former guests of his show, are to blame for all of his legal problems.
Instead of exhibiting the attributes of manhood whereby he takes full responsibility for his own words, deeds, and motives, he is now groveling on the floor in abject pity for himself, as the hapless victim of a set-up.
Break Dancing Move 3: Spinning on his head, Goodman DENIES himself.
So what is the opposite of I think; therefore I am? Well, I suppose it is, I cannot think, therefore I am not.
The third break dancing maneuver I want to note is seen in Jason Goodman’s court filing of document (44) dated April 30, 2018. Under I. Parties, statement 6, Goodman’s answer is simply, “DENY”. So what did he deny? He denied the public record of his legal identity.
Statement 6 in the Amended Complaint filed by the Plaintiff states, (I have left out the website link addresses, for ease of reading), “Defendant, Goodman, is an individual who is a citizen of New York. Goodman claims to be a graduate of New York University (BFA Film), an actor, and Hollywood cinematographer. Goodman claims to be the CEO of 21st Century 3D, which Goodman describes as “a full-service stereoscopic 3D motion picture production company with offices in New York City and Los Angeles.” Goodman has substantial experience in the production and upstreaming of live videos. He owns, maintains and operates multiple Internet and social media properties, including a YouTube channel, a Facebook page, a Twitter account, an account at Patreon.com, and an account at GooglePlus. The name of Goodman’s various social media properties is “Crowdsource The Truth” (“CSTT”). Goodman claims that CSTT is the “original open source independent news agency”. According to Goodman, “Crowdsource the Truth is an independent news organization dedicated to truth in media and integrity in government. Our process is driven by a unique, open source fact checking ‘truth engine’ that has been described as a combination of investigative journalism, social media and reality television.””
So what was so hard for Jason Goodman to affirm in that short description? Strangely, in document 44, after he had denied the Plaintiff’s statement of his public identity, he signed his Answer as Jason Goodman, and gave his New York address, telephone numbers and email address.
