When the Port of Charleston, South Carolina was shut down on June 14, 2017 by a false conspiracy theory report of a dirty bomb, many Youtubers feared that in the days to come, they would see a restriction of their free speech rights. What are the ways in which this could be accomplished? Examine the following examples and see if you can discern what one method of intimidation is, reverberating off the walls of this internet ECHO, ah, I mean RICO, chamber.
#1: Dave Sweigert AKA Dave Acton AKA George Webb’s Big Brother
On July 17, 2017 on slideshare.net, Dave Sweigert posted a SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY REPORT which had been prepared for the CANADIAN ANTI-FRAUD CENTRE. This undated and unsigned report was written to serve notice to Canadian officials that one of their own citizens “operating within the Brossard Community of Montreal, Quebec”, had allegedly been implicated in a couple of grand thefts occurring in the United States. The proof offered of these grand thefts was 2 ripoff. com reports.
But the real crime occurred when this individual, who has a YouTube channel, was caught in “the act”, when a certain Big Brother was watching! The writer of this Suspicious Activity Report states, “In a recent video posted by this individual, he appears (allegedly) to be raising several dozen doves in his bedroom or guest room. This may pose a community health threat to the Brossard Community.”
That was an excellent SAR, but too succinct for my taste. So let us move onto a longer example of a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) which was addressed to the office of the U. S. Attorney.
A cursory review of this letter reveals that we can learn much about how NOT to write an SAR.
Observation #1: While this letter was published at slideshare.net on July 7, 2017, the letter itself has not been dated. We do not have confirmation that this formal letter was ever actually sent; but if via email, the recipient was sure to note a date stamp with the originating email address of the sender. In business type letters, it is advisable that the document itself show the date, as well as the writer’s legal name, address, and a phone number and/or email address, should it be necessary for the recipient to ascertain what the letter is really about.
Observation #2: Suspicious Activity Reports should never be sent to a Public Information Officer, but to the appropriate legal enforcement department. PIO’s in general are like the White House Press Secretary; they say whatever they are supposed to say without thinking about the content of their press releases.
Observation #3: This letter references “Alleged Wire Fraud Activities Originating in Eastern Tennessee”, yet the first mention of criminal wrongdoing mentions “a criminal investigation commenced by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department (Maryland) for apparent violations of Maryland Annotated Criminal Code Section 3-108”. The writer does not identify specifically what this code says, and who filed the complaint in Maryland. Would not the recipient of this SAR want to know the name of the investigating officer at the sheriff’s department, as well as the number assigned to this complaint?
Observation #4: The target of this Suspicious Activity Report is someone named Jesse Spottswood Moorefield of Knoxville, Tennessee who has a YouTube channel called Jesse Spots. While we notice that this report is headlined with a charge of Wirefraud, the body of the complaint against Moorefield falls under the category of Defamation. Normally, defamation is addressed legally by filing a civil lawsuit; whereas this Suspicious Activity Report as per the writer’s subject heading of wire fraud, is dealing with a Criminal Complaint. The writer should establish his credibility by explaining what actions he is taking on the civil offences he claims were committed against him. Is he authorized to act on behalf of Anita K. Sweigert?
Observation #5: Dave Sweigert says that two videos are the subject of his complaint, yet he does not give the title of these videos, nor the dates on which they were published on Jesse Spot’s Youtube account. By failure to provide facts and evidence to support his complaint, it creates work for the reviewer of this letter in establishing what videos support the quotes which supposedly were taken from this Youtube account. The writer should also identify the exact time stamp of the video from which his quotes are taken, as well as where in the video he believes that he and Anita K. Sweigert of the U. S. National Institute of Standards and Technology were defamed.
Was Anita K. Sweigert actually named in this video, or is the writer including her, because it appears she may be a family relation, who holds a secretarial position at NIST? If Ms. Sweigert was not actually named, perhaps the complainant is attempting to extort money from his target.
Observation #6: The author does not describe how Jesse Spottswood Moorefield has defrauded his viewers. Sweigert says, “The subject of this SAR styles himself as a “researcher” while receiving funds and monies from a variety of sources for subscribers to watch his “research videos”. However, Sweigert does not illustrate the methods which Jesse Spots uses to con his viewers into sending him donations.
For a moment, let’s take a brief glance at who Jesse Spottswood Moorefield AKA Jesse Spots is. You can view his linked in account shown here. His imdb link is here. Jesse Spots’ YouTube About page says that he has 14,942 subscribers and 6,546,632 views; he joined May 13, 2006, eleven years ago, he is a “former comedian and performer now living in Knoxville, TN” and has the email address of jessespots @gmail.com.
Observation # 7: Dave Sweigert claims, “The net result of these deceptive videos has been to tarnish the reputations of the victims involved. This has led to the cancellation of important initiatives related to the protection of this nation’s critical infrastructure”.
I have not listened to the two videos which Sweigert claims tarnished his reputation. Besides the fact that he did not tell me which ones were the source of his complaint, at this point, it may be best if I stay out of “lawyer” territory. This SAR does not establish the exact details which prove how he and Anita Sweigert were defamed.
I am skeptical of how two 8-minute videos, which apparently have never gone viral, can impact American security so that the result was the “cancellation of important initiatives related to the protection of this nation’s infrastructure”. Dave Sweigert has not demonstrated how these two videos have had any impact on anyone, let alone our national protection.
Observation #8: Sweigert claims that “The subject of the SAR has acknowledged receipt of (1) an electronic evidence preservation demand and (2) a cease and desist demand within the last few days. The subject of the SAR continues to refuse all reasonable attempts to achieve his cooperation in removing these videos.
As I look over the Jesse Spots’ videos, I see one of interest: “Preservation of Evidence Letter” Received from DG Sweigert, dated July 3, 2017. This video is only about 4 minutes long, so allow me to demonstrate how quotations can be transcribed and linked to the time stamp of the video. At the 00.00 mark, it appears that the camera began a second late, so we hear this commentary by Jesse Moorefield: absolutely fascinating tweet that I received today from Dave Sweigert. Now Dave Sweigert has issued my name and the name of this YouTube channel “Jesse Spots” in a “Preservation of Evidence” letter. Now if you go looking into what that, that is, it’s, it’s something you send to somebody before you issue a personal injury claim against them. So the people who have been included in this Preservation of Evidence letter are Defango and Lift the Veil and myself.
Defango and Lift the Veil had back and forth programming about George Webb and Dave Sweigert days on end, for days on end. I made a couple of 8 minute long videos about Dave Sweigert. So what is it about that angle, what is it about that side of things that he is willing to sue me about?
Now already your mind might be racing and you’re thinking of all these different possibilities of yeah, OK, a Preservation of Evidence Letter, that would be the first step in a lawsuit so that would be kind of like a “shut it down” request-stop talking about me, right? Well, Dave Sweigert could you know-he could send me an email or something or he could reach out to talk privately. He hasn’t done that. Instead he is going through with the formal pageantry of what somebody would do in this situation, when we all know that this is linked to a larger issue…(1.51)
I am not interested in what that larger issue is, so I have stopped the quotation of Jesse Moorefield at the 1.51 mark. What I am interested in is the method Dave Sweigert used to notify Moorefield of his Preservation of Evidence letter. Sweigert used the words “an electronic evidence preservation demand”. Now at the time this demand was transmitted electronically through Twitter, Jesse Spots went on video to give evidence that he had received such. However, Jesse Spots also notifies Dave Sweigert and others that his legal name is Jesse Spottswood Moorefield, which says to me that his legal name had not been on that particular document, despite the fact that the internet does document elsewhere that Jesse Spots is merely his fake name, much as David G. Sweigert uses Dave Acton as his fake name.
Jesse Spots gives the internet link to the Dave Sweigert Twitter account where we can view this demand letter. So let us look at that link.
we see that a file had been attached to Sweigert’s twitter
When we click on the file, here is what we read:
So, since Dave Sweigert chose to take his document off of his slideshare account, how does this accomplish electronic proof of what Jesse Spots actually read on the day when he made his video? I fail to see how this would hold up in court as proof of notice. And Jesse Spots claims that he was not notified by email, although he publically displays his email address on his YouTube account. In addition, is Dave Sweigert suggesting that two documents had been sent to Jesse Spots, the other one being a Cease and Desist? If so, how was this sent, and what proof is there of proper receipt by Jesse Spots?
Observation #9: Under Point #2 in the SAR, Sweigert makes several complaints which we already had noted. He then adds a new dimension claiming that Jesse Spots has violated the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) laws. Sweigert further muddies the waters with his quotation from a Department of Justice resource manual on their article tagged with the words, “scheme and artifice and defraud”. Sweigert has misapplied RICO laws to this situation, which suggests that he is ignorant of the practical application of this law.
Observation #10: This morning I noticed another document which had been put up on the Dave Sweigert slideshare.net account, which pertains to Lift The Veil’s Nathan Stolpman. It would appear that Nathan Stolpman is countering Dave Sweigert’s accusations.
# 2: Patricia Negron AKA Trish the Dish of Crowdsource The Truth
Let us consider an interesting hypothesis given by Trish the Dish on the Jason Goodman’s July 13, 2017 YouTube video called Dilyana Versus White Mischief. At the 28.54 mark, George Webb says “Go ahead Trish..”, knowing she wanted to contribute something, anything, to the discussion.
Trish Negron: I was going to say, ah it sort of put a pin in the whole Defango thing- the one thing I’ll say is that if we can show is that he is Guccifer 2.0 that completely kills the Russian hacking thing and it explains a great deal of what is going on behind the scenes, that if they had set him up as this fictional character to um fake a hack, that they were using to hide all of this and illicit weapons and drugs and human and organ trafficking that they’ve been doing. So I’m, that’s where that’s important regardless of what he says and the fact that he is saying a lie indicates to me at least that he’s scrambling to try and throw us off the trail, so um, and other people as well. (29.47)
In this scenario of Trish Negron’s as to whether Defango is Guccifer 2.0, it hypothetically associates him with a criminal syndicate without any proof. At some point, Defango shows proof that he is not the infamous Guccifer 2.0; yet when Jason Goodman makes his “apology” to Defango, Trish Negron does not also apologize for her misleading Suspicious Activity Report, which was documented by her video presentation.
#3: George Webb AKA George Sweigert AKA the brother of Dave Sweigert (aka Dave Acton)
In the July 13, 2017 Jason Goodman-Crowdsource the Truth video Dilyana Versus White Mischief, we pick up where Trish Negron left off above, to hear what George Webb says next.
George Webb: So I’m forced now to cover the Dave thing, my brother…
Jason Goodman: that’s what they want.
George Webb: ..but I’ll just, I’m forced now; so Dave was the freedom fighter uh uh you know, righteous crusader long before I ever was. I got forced into this by McCabe by accident. Trish wrote the series “Accidental Journalist” about me, if you want to know the story. I, I, this is the last thing in the world I wanted to be doing today. But now that we’re here we may as well complete the mission.
But Dave’s the one who 25 years ago, he, he put it a guy at the CIA away in jail for I think it was a 20 year sentence. The highest ranking officer ever to be put in jail, through contract fraud. Uh, now I don’t know if they’ve asked his son because of that or not, but it was a very tragic situation that happened with Dave. So that’s why I always say, you know, before you really need to understand the whole breadth of his life, you know. He’s, he sued the Army for Army intelligence, for rat lines, ah he’s the guy went out and did it.
I talked this morning about there’s 2 choices: one is to expose the rat lines through the court of public opinion; the other one is to do it the legal way. Dave always tried to do it the legal way. Dave was on those helicopters, you know being the radio guy, in Iran Contra with drugs going one way and the other end and he didn’t, obviously, you know he was just the radio guy- he didn’t know what they were picking up. He’s the one who got shot down; he’s the one who put his life on the line- I never did.
So he’s a hero in that sense. You, you know, he didn’t have to, he, he had a deferment for his ear- he was deaf in this ear, he could have stayed completely out of the military service- he lied to get into the Air Force. He lied to get into that helicopter.
Jason Goodman: He’s threatening you right now.
George Webb: I know, I know.
Jason Goodman: Be careful.
George Webb: I know, I know Dave. I know, I’m just telling…
Jason Goodman: I’ll just block him.
George Webb: No, no, don’t block him.
Jason Goodman: Alright.
George Webb: Don’t block him.
Trish Negron: Just leave it.
George Webb: Don’t block him. No, I’m not going to say anything that isn’t true. I’m just going to say things that are true. And he, he’s the one who helped a pro se, ah, nurse who was trying to expose organ harvesting, and in the Kaiser health system, so I’m saying all these things are true, right?
Jason Goodman: Right, he sounds so good. Why doesn’t Dave come back.(overtalking, garbled)
George Webb: It’s all—–The only thing I can think of is this experience is kind of like the Lion King thing where you are so scarred from all these battles with the Deep State that you eventually you just get scarred. I mean you just get scarred.
Jason Goodman: Seems like he’s working for them now.
George Webb: Well, in a way I can understand it and just because you know it’s hard to know what the truth is and so forth and maybe you know. I’m probably saying something about this NATO Generals that he doesn’t feel happened in Luxembourg when he was CEO of this company. Ah, but Dave worked for the NSA. I really got everything I learned about the intelligence business, I learned from my brother. I mean and my roommate in college before that. But he worked for the NSA- he worked for the CIA- he worked for all these CIA contractors.
He was always the guy who was saying, “Hey, that’s f’d up-you can’t do that!” and, and writing these guys up on contract fraud. So you know I got a lot of good things to say about Dave and I know the whole history and that’s why I’m never going to sit here and do any Dave bashing because I know his background. And I know when we get to Europe, Dave, and we get there with Dilyana, we’ll be able to undo this thing. And you’re the guy we need with these freaking Generals…
# 4 TRAPPED IN A RICO CHAMBER: Dave Acton aka Dave Sweigert, Trish the Dish aka Patricia Negron, George Webb aka George Sweigert, Jason Goodman, & Defango aka Manuel Chavez III
On July 13, 2017 Defango published a Youtube video called Crowdsource the Backlash/ Defango is a Dangerous Criminal/RICO. This video makes reference to previous videos made by Defango and Crowdsource The Truth in which accusations were going back and forth between them. I have excerpted some parts of this Defango video in order to provoke some thoughts from my readership about what is the mere theatrical use of legal threats and intimidation tactics versus the tipping point for the loss of free speech in America for the common man.
(2.02) Defango:….we got some interesting things happening here so let’s just uh, so let’s just take a look, let’s take a little look see, first off.. (he plays an audio interaction between Dave Acton AKA Dave Sweigert and his brother George Webb AKA George Sweigert of Crowdsource The Truth).
(2.11) Dave Acton: Hi guys, this is Dave Acton…
Defango: Dave Acton checking in, uh, actually has a little bit to say…
Dave Acton:..they’ve obviously-these people never give up. 10,000 people-10,000 people have heard this. I’m sorry, this is going to take 30 seconds, and now I’ll break it down. But let’s get through this..
(we hear part of George Webb’s voice on Crowdsource the Truth video talking to Jason Goodman, discussing “…about Syria and the weapons…he brings my brother into it! hahaha…”)
Dave Acton: There’s Trish Negron in the middle. Trish, I’m glad you’re laughing because I want to ask you about the 10 years you spent on an audit committee of a Wall Street trading company, you know a lot about insider trading, don’t you? You’ve been warned time and time again. I know all those audit committee members have to sign statements about their knowledge. Their knowledge of the corporation and prohibitions against insider trading so you’ve been warned and warned and warned. If this is an insider trading stunt that you guys are planning to create a market crash- to create a Wall Street panic…
Jason Goodman: Wall Street? Crash?
Dave Acton: There’s evidence out there that’s what this is about..(overtalking by Jason)
Jason Goodman:..especially with the Maersk?
Dave Acton: Alright, let’s go on…(3.14) (George Webb talks about Silk Airways)…(3.29)You know he said yesterday that Seth Rich was a little league baseball game- it was a nothing-I thought that was what he built his career on. George! Now all of a sudden Seth Rich is nothing, and now it’s the Syrian weapons and now it’s my brother Dave. OK?
Jason Goodman: say one thing about..Dave? I want to invite him to join us on a broadcast, to report on it. Yes, calm down, chill out, stop threatening us and just join us!
George Webb: Wait till you see how much he can help you with the NATO Generals.
Jason Goodman: I’m sure he could.
Dave Acton: I want to know exactly what I’m supposed to know about NATO generals, since I’ve never met a NATO General. I want to know what my knowledge is supposed to be about NATO generals. Again, 10,000 people have heard this phantom of George’s that I’m involved with NATO generals. How? Tell me, George! Explain to me how I’m involved with NATO generals and Syrian weapons transfers and human trafficking.
(Defango stops the Dave Acton audio to insert his explanation of a Twitter example of market manipulation)
(6.03) Dave Acton: ..your ilk, but you want me to come on this show? Because I really don’t want to be accessory to what you guys are planning. As much as you run around collecting evidence with your conclusions, I could collect evidence right now saying, “I think this is a planned market manipulation. I think this is a planned panic. I think they’re going to say there’s a dirty bomb in Manhattan. I think they’re going to do it just the right way and the market’s going to close for about 4-5 minutes which is enough time to make billions of dollars. All you internet researchers, all you people claiming that you love the internet-you don’t want to see it shut down…why don’t you look up the Associated Press Twitter Hack in 2013? Do some research, get off your…
(Defango interrupts to discuss this twitter story and adds his comments on Trish Negron trading her shares out, moving money around…)
(7.24) Dave Acton…your ass. Go look it up right now, Associated Press Twitter Attack-White House-Obama’s been injured-bomb attack. How many billions of dollars were lost in a minute and a half with a little rumor like that? What do you think a big rumor like there’s a dirty bomb at Wallstreet? What do you think that would do? These are the people that do it. They would make millions of dollars- millions. But unfortunately there’s a Racketeering notice out there, isn’t there? You guys are potential defendants in a racketeering case. So if you make even one dime in a scenario like that you’ll just have to give it back-you’ll just have to give it back.
That’s why we have to do racketeering public notices. So Jason, they’re not threats. They’re prevention. They’re protections for our country from the ilks of you. I don’t see what you guys are accomplishing. I don’t see what you’re contributing to public policy. I don’t see what you’re doing–all I see is that your slandering me again and you’re bringing this whole scenario in that somehow there’s NATO generals that Dave can help us with. I don’t want to be an accessory to market manipulation, that’s why I’m not going to be on your show. I don’t want to be a co-conspirator- that’s why I’m not going to be on your show. I suggest you guys lawyer up. (8.40)
(12:46) Jason Goodman: (speaking of a previous Defango video) What I’d like to know is if there is anyone in the Crowdsource community.. I’m not going to sue him. I’m not threatening him with a lawsuit. (Defango overtalks Jason) I’d like to know if there are any law enforcement professionals who can assist us with bringing charges of cyber bullying, cyber harassment, fraud. Defango is repurposing our videos, he’s monetizing them, your(i.e George Webb) brother Dave Acton gave him(i.e Defango) $5.00 on air last night–THAT’S RICO, bro! Dave Acton’s accused us of RICO…
Some thoughts from someone who goes under the Commenter name, Paulczar, after he had viewed a few of these videos
The screen shot of the comment below was found under the Crowdsource the Truth “Unimpeachable Accuracy” video of July 12, 2017.
