Marcus Conte: Clueless in New Yuck City

As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death, so is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport?  Proverbs 26:18-19

Lately Marcus Conte has been obsessing over LARP theory, and he has suggested  that the involvement of  George Webb and Jason Goodman of Crowdsource the Truth in causing the June 14, 2017 shut down of the Port of Charleston over a dirty bomb hoax, was nothing more than “a comedy”.

When I first heard of Marcus Conte, I thought he was an immature 20-year old.  However, he is actually 55.  I am astonished by the disconnect between his online personality and his actual age.

Marcus Conte was a featured guest on Jason Goodman’s Crowdsource the Truth on two occasions; on September 19, 2017 in DSNY Whistle Blower, and also on March 7, 2018 in Taking Out the Trash- DSNY Whistleblower Marcus Conte Gets His Day in Court.

More recently, one of my readers sent me the link to the YouTube video seen below so I could read the comments from the viewers. Conte likes to make vile remarks, as for example in his introduction to this video, as he appears to have an obsession with Gay Larpers.

On July 1, 2019,  Marcus Conte uploaded this video, saying “Marcus Conte reporting from ass, man my ass hurts from recovering from Gay Pride Day…”

Other videos this week include the distasteful and defamatory image of the President of the United States.

In 2016, Marc Conte, who is highly critical of others who sue for defamation of character, filed two discrimination complaints with the New York Supreme Court, plus an appeal, asking for $250,000 in damages from the New York Department of Sanitation (DSNY) and the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR).

One of several complaints against the DSNY, was classified by Marcus Conte as  Homophobia, stating, “A handful of students, teachers, supervisors and agents in the field started a rumor I am Gay (homosexual) because I lived in the village for many years and worked in the predominately gay-male catering industry; and because I inquired in class about health benefits for my domestic partner.  I never said I was gay.  Many assumed it based on their preconceived notions of what a gay person is, and is not.”

Marcus Conte YouTube

At some point, Jason Goodman and Marcus Conte parted ways, and this was discussed in Conte’s  June 27, 2019, Lost in LARPville-with Steve Outtrim.  Exposing the Inside World of Online Larping,

At the 1.20.45 mark we hear Marcus Conte offering a completely different viewpoint from the homophobia complaint he made against his employer.

Marcus Conte:  “I was able to get George Webb and Jason Goodman off my back very easily, right?  I made 10 videos and Jason, I mean, I, I go, I shop, he doesn’t even know that, but I, I’m, I’m next to his door twice a week.  I shop at the you know, the Whole Foods, right downstairs from his house, right and, and, and Webb is, these people, what I’m trying to say is that the truth can’t really, you, if you stay grounded in the truth, you’re immune to idiots like George Webb and, and Jason Goodman.”

“They can’t, they can’t affect you, I mean, I, I, speculated based on reliable evidence that, that George Webb fucked Jason and his ass on his couch, right?  And I say that, I say that right, on the,  right to his face, I said it to his face right, you know, and it’s, it’s like, is it true?  So if it’s not true, how does that hurt you? You do live in the gayest neighborhood in Manhattan, right?  You live in buff fucking central in, in Chelsea, right?  Is it and you have a, you have a mysterious man sleeping on your couch for four weeks.  Is it…”.

Steve Outtrim:  “Yeah, and he has a spoof obsession..”

Marcus Conte:  “Right, so, so if that isn’t true, you look in the camera, say, ‘How fucking ridiculous is that, I am you know, I, this is who I am and, and, and it’s just not true and what would be the shame and, in being homosexual anyways, it’s not a shame, it’s just funny that, that George may have fucked Jason’s ass, right, you know?  That’s, that’s humor and there’s this truth in humor, now is that, is that, do I become part of the LARP?  Conte, they accused me of being the LARP, ‘Oh, he just an insert, he’s inserting himself in the story.’  No, I’m just curious who killed her, who killed Jen Moore and did Jason fuck, did George fuck Jason’s ass?  Anyway, I digress.” (1.22.42)

Appeals Judgment finds Conte’s Arguments Unavailing

On March 29, 2018, the following court decision was made, in regard to Marcus Conte’s Appeal of his legal complaints against the DSNY:

The 10 ticket quota non-issue

Marcus Conte was held up as a “whistle blower” by the media, because one of his complaints against the DSNY involved a 10 ticket/day quota for Sanitation Enforcement Agents (SEA), which he  claimed was evidence of department corruption.

Marcus Conte, SEA worked for less than a year as a code enforcer for the New York Department of Sanitation, and then he was fired after several  Unsatisfactory Performance Reviews and 9 warnings were given.

It is regrettable that the means of measuring the productivity of DSNY enforcement agents was a ticket quota that also brought in revenue.  This dual purpose of a quota made it an easy target for a disgruntled employee to cast aspersions, rather than to suggest another cost efficient means of measuring  productivity.

The problem for DSNY supervisors is, that once their agents leave the office, no one really knows if they are doing their job or sitting in a cafe drinking coffee for 5 hours. The taxpayer has a right to expect that public servants put in an honest day’s work.

The downside of quotas is that some employees might write tickets where no offense has occurred, to meet the baseline minimum requirement.  Those ticket revenues help to offset the public cost of having to employ code enforcement agents, so it is not wrong for supervisors to be aware of that reality.  But this issue is more complex than Marcus Conte would have you believe.  It appears his solution is that Department of Sanitation agents should not be monitored for performance at all; however, implementation of that idea encourages those employees who are slackers, to do nothing productive throughout their work day.

The Documented Legal Complaints of Marc Conte

[The New York Supreme Court Appellate Division documents for Marc Conte vs. City of New York Department of Sanitation [DSNY] and New York State Division of Human Rights [NYSDHR] (136 pages) can be read here:  marc conte vs dsny]

In petitioning the Appellate Court, Marc Conte summarized the nature of his case as  “Employment discrimination and retaliation for wrongful termination from employment; filed on 12/3/16.  This is an Article 78 to Reverse NYSDHR “No Probable Cause” decision on June 2, 2016, and find Respondent DSNY Guilty of unlawful discrimination and retaliation; Award me damages in the sum of $250,000.”

In a Statement of Claim dated July 22, 2015 (page 128), Marc Conte begins, “I am a 51-year old WHITE male with a criminal arrest and conviction record, drug & alcohol history (disability), and I am a practicing vegan-Buddhist.  I was hired by the City of New York on December 08, 2014 as a Sanitation Enforcement Agent (SEA).  I do not fit-in in any way with the majority of 95% younger black & Hispanic Christian supervisors and co-workers.”

“Despite my above average work ethic and the fact I satisfy the department’s 10-ticket per day quota I have been persistently harassed, antagonized and issued false and misleading [negative] performance evaluations in an attempt to get me fired and or get me to quit.  There are no other employees other than myself I can see who does his work but is so openly and obviously discriminated for the above-mentioned differences….”.

Conte’s police record with the City of New York which he references, stems from his  1981, 1984, 1993, 1994, and 1996 convictions involving drugs, aggravated harassment, theft of services, and assault with intention to cause serious injury with/weapon.  And when we combine this with other biographical information, it is dismaying that Jason Goodman of Crowdsource the Truth and others in Alt Media have promoted Marcus Conte as a whistle blower, when the record of his legal complaints tells another story.

Forced Out of a Career He Loved?

On page 127, Conte relates, “People who hate me for who they think I am forced me out of a career I loved.  As a result, I am experiencing anxiety, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, humiliation and a pending sense of financial doom.  I waited 2-1/2 years to be called for this job, only to have this last year be a living nightmare.  I was attending therapy for my troubles but now I can’t afford it (no health insurance).  As well, I was cheated out of $800 in uniform disbursement.  I am seeking compensatory damages in the sum of $250,000, and any additional damages the Division see fit.  I have no interest whatsoever in returning to work for the Respondent.”

The thing I noticed right away, is that although Marc Conte claims he loved his job, his actions say something else.  Less than two months on the job, he had requested time off to attend a job interview for another agency!  He was allowed time off, but because he deemed the travel time allowed to be insufficient, he went AWOL to attend his interview.  Coinciding with that event, that day just happened to be a snow day, and so he was required to be at work for Snow Duty, and to forgo the interview. A complaint was written up by his supervisor when he was absent without leave.

From my own personal experience in the corporate world, no new employee would ever be so brazen as to request time off to go to a job interview for another agency.  Why did he take the job in the first place, and waste everyone’s time and training expenses, if he did not sincerely intend to stay?

Also of interest is that one of Conte’s instructors commented that she found him “argumentative”, “he always disagreed with something and wanted to put things his way” and “everything you asked or told him, he always had to second-guess it”.

No kidding!  After watching just 3 videos of Marcus Conte speaking in his incoherent style was enough to convince me of the credibility of the instructor’s comments.

What did Marc Conte aka Marcus Conte aka Marcus Goodwin do before he sued DSNY?

Marcus Conte has written two books.  The first was published on December 1, 2000, under the pen name Marcus Goodwin, and titled, The Psychic Investor:  Use Your Intuition Plus Investing Fundamentals to Profit in the Stock Market.

On March 31, 2000, George Manner wrote an article for thestreet.com  about Conte aka Goodwin called, Wall Street’s Return to Paranormalcy:  This is no April Fool’s joke:  a Wall Street trade group’s lunch with a psychic investor.”

One of the anecdotes we learn from The Street.com article is that “Goodwin, born Marc Conte, learned about his own psychic powers in a rather dramatic fashion, as he explains in the book.  When he was 7 years old, his family moved from the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn to Las Vegas.  It was there that, one day in the desert, a strange man walked up to Marc, addressed him by name without benefit of introduction, and told the boy that the two of them were ‘sensitives’ who would inherit the earth.  The child later realized that the man in the desert was none other than billionaire Howard Hughes.”

The other book written by Marcus Conte in 2012, is Wake Yourself Up:  Spiritual Enlightenment Right Here, Right Now.  That book can be read in this pdf:marcus conte wake yourself up book

The About section of this book gives the following biographical details.

Marcus Conte: The Hypocrite who baits others with nonsensical arguments

I recently viewed Marcus Conte’s June 29, 2019, YouTube video Trump Takes Down Jimmy Carter, Religious Police in Alabama, LARP Feuds Continue.  It seems that Marcus Conte had asked Dave Sweigert aka Dave Acton of Prepper Kitty Intel YouTube to come on his show to address the subject of LARPS and lawsuits. Dave Sweigert declined, so Marcus Conte played portions of a PKI video and offered his comments.

At the 22.35 mark of Conte’s video he plays the PKI video, and Dave Sweigert is heard remarking, “…since your last interview was with Fandango.  So Marcus says, Well, don’t you think it’s a sign of weakness to sue people you disagree with?

To which Marcus Conte interjects with his answer, exclaiming,  “Yes!

[Marc Conte, how do you characterize your weakness when you filed your legal complaint against the DSNY, for $250,000 in damages?]

The clip continues with Sweigert saying, “I said, Oh you mean Port of Charleston and the response was, ‘Oh, that was a comedy show.’  The Port of Charleston was a comedy show?  When did that happen?  When was the Port of Charleston a comedy show?”

Marcus Conte then comments with sarcasm on Dave Sweigert’s remarks at the 23.23 mark, saying  “he takes the high ground.  He’s the expert.  I know more than you about this stuff.  I’m the brother of the, of the accused, I, … you know.  It’s great.”

The clip of PKI continues playing, with Dave Sweigert saying, “The last I heard the Port of Charleston incident cost the Maersk shipping line like 4 million dollars.”  To which Marcus Conte replies, “He starts to make a case that the Maersk Memphis is the reason why that happened was because of, of his stupid brother who is a guy who is in ….”.

Back to Lost in LARPVILLE…

In the June 27, 2019, Marcus Conte interview with Steve Outtrim called Lost in LARPville-with Steve Outtrim. Exposing the Inside World of Online Larping, at the 28.30 mark we hear something that almost borders on coherence.

Marcus Conte:  “…what comes first, the LARP or the, the information influx, that’s what I still, I still, you know beg to differ that I think that the money, the, the LARP, the natural talent is there and then the LARP is approached because I’ve never, every situation that in my, my brief experience, my little fame that I have, right, is that the LARP that I’m approached that, that someone approaches me with this idea, right, like initially the – my whistleblowing was -I, I, I had presented that to the public, Goodman picked it up right away and, and they crowdsourced the truth, ran with it, right and but, but, but every situation after that well it seemed to have been some friendly guy coming over you know, we’ll take care of you by the way, we got this, you know this, this story you know and I can prove all that with the, you know, through the emails and then and then and then you’re watching all this, and then and then Webb’s girlfriend and partner dies!”

[Whoa, whoa!  What friendly guy promised “We’ll take care of you….?”

“…that’s where, that’s what I’m trying to say and then and then, the lawsuits.  There’s a dead, a dead, dead player, there’s , there’s lawsuits I don’t care about their feelings.  I don’t care about that, that George’s brother Dave Acton says Jason hurt his feelings because he smeared them online.  That’s all bullshit.  You sign up for it, you sign up to be alarmed, you interject your Jason’s, Jason is not is, is not a, a credible, you know, outstanding character and honest player, whatsoever.  However, people that, that, the larps that surround him and Webb sign up for it, right.  They inject themselves like Defango, like Quinn Michaels, like I mean, then the list goes on and on, Thomas Paine, right, Dave Acton…” (30.47)

At the 1.19.30 mark of this video, Marcus Conte and Steve Outtrim are discussing LARPS, and Conte remarks that they “play on the emotion- it’s a valid art form in my view, I just draw the line when people are murdered, (laughing) and, and, and people start throwing lawsuits at each other just to justify their actions.  I just, I think, I think…”

Steve Outtrim: “…before you get to the, the lawsuits, you know what I think.  When it turns to slander, to defamation, trying to mess up somebody’s career, either by spreading lies about them, you know in a public forum or by directly contacting their employers and business associates and spreading lies about them in whisper campaigns that stuff could be very, very destructive and the internet is forever.  It’s hard to get some of that stuff away so they do need to be some legal remedies and resources and you know I think that we differ on how we see what George Webb’s brother is doing.  I see him as a hero of this piece because even though he has worked for the Deep State or organizations in the past, he’s also a legitimate whistle blower.  You know he sued the CIA over a case of reporting misspending of funds and he won that case, and it went on to continue to have a career in the intelligence community…”

And on it goes.  Marcus Conte is LOST in LARPville, and in over his head when it comes to discussing ethics, law, reality…but no matter, Howard Hughes will be returning to inherit the earth with Conte…

The Ouroboros Effect: JASON GOODMAN of Crowdsource the Truth with DAVID HAWKINS of Reverse Engineered CSI Storyboards

The words of a wise man’s mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself.  Ecclesiastes 10:12

In the occult world there is a symbol that correlates with King Solomon’s  pronouncement that the lips of a fool will swallow up himself. As seen in this Wikipedia image of the Ouroboros as a snake or serpent swallowing its tail, we also find a similar image in the infinity loop snake used by the NSA to represent its GHIDRA  reverse engineering hacker tool.

Ouroboros Judaic styled symbol on the door of a Budapest Theosophical Society.

An Ouroboros as an Infinity Loop to represent a reverse engineering NSA hacker tool

GHIDRA is an open source tool released last week at the RSA security conference, representing an advanced hacking tool that is a Reverse-Engineering Platform used to take “compiled”, deployed software and “decompile” it.  In other words this tool can take a program’s binary coding, and turn it back into a “human-readable structure, logic, and set of commands”. According to WIRED, in a March 5, 2019 article, The NSA Makes Ghidra, A Powerful Cybersecurity Tool, Open Source, “Reverse engineering is a crucial process for malware analysts and threat intelligence researchers, because it allows them to work backward from software they discover in the wild–like malware being used to carry out attacks–to understand how it works….”.

Today we are going to consider how Jason Goodman of Crowdsource the Truth is swallowing his tail, or perhaps we should say, the Tale of Reverse Crime Scene Investigator David Hawkins.

The description of their March 6, 2019 video asks, “Why were Lockheed Martin security procedures stood down in both the murder of Jonbenet Ramsey and the explosions at the Pentagon on 9/11?” If you believe the assumptions on which that question is asked, you will like the question posed in the title of their video, “Did a Lockheed Bit Spread Hit Squad Take Out Jonbenet & The Pentagon The Same Way?”  Welcome to the nonsensical questions of two men who find themselves fascinating in their vainglorious attempts to avoid accountability for their words and deeds.

March 6, 2019

Jason Goodman begins this show, saying, “David, our show today promises to be one of the most fascinating, most in-depth that you and I have done yet…”. To which David Hawkins replies, “…I’m fascinated to see where this ends up, we always discover on the fly, right?”

The first four plus minutes consists of advertising their wares, but Jason says at the 2.42 mark, “… so what you and I have attempted to do here David, is to create a new form of investigative journalism and rather than finance that through the traditional means of advertiser driven sponsorship by gigantic corporate owned new entities which are beholden to wealthy individuals and wealthy corporations in a way that you and I are not, this is an entirely new approach to investigation and dissemination of news where we invite people to participate and we certainly want them to do that by joining us on Patreon.com/Reverse CSI Storyboards and Patreon.com/Crowdsource the Truth.”

Pay to participate? Is this Karaoke Night? Nah…this is more exciting, like a Safari Club. If you want to join these two vigilantes who are hunting down  dangerous criminals, there are membership dues.

The Making of a Hunter’s Blind

This photographic collage, or as Goodman calls it, his “political cartoon”, is a HUNTER’S BLIND by which Goodman and Hawkins pretend to crowdsource an investigation as their cover for sighting Dave Sweigert “in the crosshairs”.  Notice the exploitation of a murdered child,  Jonbenet Ramsey for this purpose, as Hawkins and Goodman compare an unrelated serial murderer’s MO with the shocking manner of death of this child.

“All is One” Alchemy

At the 4.35 mark, Jason Goodman adds, “…there’s nothing wrong with you and I speculating about possible motives, methods, perpetrators who would be involved in this murder (i.e. JonBenet Ramsey)…”

Alchemical symbol “The All is One”

Continuing at the 6.37 mark, Jason Goodman introduces a Canadian serial killer who was a military man, saying, “…fascinating as we delve into the mind of a serial killer and I want people to understand the differences between a mass murderer and serial killers.  Now again this is all going back to the use of open source tools, certainly David, myself and you, we haven’t been trained as crime-scene investigators…”. And then Goodman justifies the use of amateur crime scene investigators by which their unique talents can be utilized to observe “open source publicly available tools that allow a crowdsource investigation into this type of thing to have such tremendous power that it can’t be overlooked...”.The man chosen as their serial killer model just so happens to have been an Air Force Colonel for Canada who is totally unrelated to the Jonbenet Ramsey murder. As seen in the screenshot below, the purpose of this choice is to produce a psychological transference of the crimes committed by one Air Force murderer onto their most recent prey who is an Air Force veteran, who is totally unrelated to all of the facts of the crime scene storyboard which Hawkins is inventing.

Jason Goodman is referring to Dave Sweigert, who is that “certain other Air Force veteran”, while the image shows the Canadian military Air Force serial killer dressed in women’s skimpy apparel.

At the 9.24 mark, Jason Goodman says, “the other thing I want to point out David, is that there are a number of military veterans who have taken to criticizing you ( i. e. besides Dave Sweigert, there is  Kevin Alan Marsden, who is investigating the credentials of Hawkins), criticizing me, seizing on individual’s statements in a way that’s intended to disparage us or discourage people from participating in these Crowdsource investigations or the financing of them by becoming subscribers on Patreon.com/Reverse CSI Storyboards or Patreon.com/Crowdsource the Truth.”

“But I  want to reiterate my personal opinion that the simple fact of being a military veteran does not afford someone an automatic pass, it does not earn them respect automatically because it is a fact that there are psychopathic killers who join the military and even when they are veterans may have evil tendencies, so we must scrutinize each person equally and that is with the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, but of course Russell Williams’ confession to multiple rapes, torture, and brutal murder certainly supersede any accolades he would have earned as a distinguished member of the Canadian forces.”

“So I want to talk a bit about this today David, and there is a certain other Air Force veteran who may be disappointed that we have not included his, uh, well his likeness, let’s leave it at that in today’s image but quite frankly I’ve become bored with this individual in his persistent attempts to shut us down so I just want to point out a few things in the confession of Russell Williams and then I’ll turn it over to you and stop talking,  David.”

Jason Goodman is confessing that he replaced his usual mocking image of Dave Sweigert in his photographic collage, with a cross dressing Canadian Air Force serial murderer.

Jason Goodman continues his discussion later on, and at the 13.09 mark says, “…and of course David, you have speculated, I would underscore that a lot of our investigations begin with speculation based on technological signatures at the crime scene, evidence at the crime scene connecting that to methods, things, individuals that would have access to this technology etc. and there are remarkable connections between Russell Williams and the way in which the Jonbenet Ramsey murder was perpetuated.”

Not all of the accused are corrupt, but just vulnerable to hackers

At the 20.25 mark, David Hawkins is looking at the collage image of four of the largest defense contractors in the world, and he remarks, “…just to clarify it, I’m not saying that the Lockheed Martin Directors are corrupt, or the Boeing directors are corrupt, I will say they are vulnerable to the kind of man-in-the-middle attack or hacking attack allegedly executed by people such as the ethical hacker, Mr. Sweigert.”

Cause and Effect of The Port of Charleston dirty bomb incident

Jason Goodman at the 33.15 mark says, “These are all extremely valid questions David and it seems that the more you and I ask these questions, the more we come under fire so that’s a curious set of circumstances in and of itself.  You’ve referenced this contact that’s been made to the Coast Guard.” (the screen shows a partial return address of Sweigert with the date February 22, 2019).

“I don’t know if people are fully aware of this.  I think we’ve spoken about it in previous shows, but of course there’s an individual out there who’s taken it upon himself to contact Captain Jason Tama of the United States Coast Guard Sector, New York, with a rather alarming letter indicating to the Captain, (reads from letter) “As you may be aware, the true target of a dirty bomb hoax appears to be the Port of New York, in New York and in New Jersey.”Continuing to read from the Sweigert letter to the Coast Guard, Jason Goodman relates, “New evidence available via open sourced intelligence (in social media) provides indicators about the true intended target of dirty bomb hoax of June 14, 2017…”.  Goodman stops reading in mid-sentence, but the screen shot of the letter shows the sentence is finished with was not the Port of Charleston, South Carolina.  The apparent terrorist-style controllers of the event (alleged to be Jason David Goodman and George Webb Sweigert) were misinformed about the position of the MEMPHIS MAERSK container ship and executed their “cyber-attack” a day late.  Based on the totality of newer OSINT evidence it appears Goodman/Sweigert learned that the MEMPHIS MAERSK was underway to the Port of Charleston, that port became the new target of opportunity.  Therefore it may be prudent to reopen the investigation by the U. S. Coast Guard, which…(the rest of the letter is not shown).

The use of the legal phrase “limited purpose public figures” as it relates to defamation liability

Jason Goodman continues to say, “And I think everybody knows the author of this letter is a certain individual who we have depicted in previous shows in a rather comedic political cartoon.  I definitely consider my photographic collages to be political cartoons and when people inject themselves into public discourse that we’re having here, they may be inadvertently be making themselves into limited purpose public figures and when they make certain statements whether that be that it’s their belief that NASA has a colony of slave children on Mars (Goodman is referring to Robert David Steele who has a federal civil defamation lawsuit against him), or commentary on the investigations that you and I are doing, those individuals become defacto limited purpose public figures, not to mention the very act of sending such an alarming letter to the Captain of the Coast Guard here in New York alerting him to a potential bomb hoax threatening his area of command.  I’ve been instructed by the Coast Guard Counterintelligence here in New York that of course a letter like this would automatically trigger an investigation..”

In a similar manner to casually equating Air Force veteran Dave Sweigert with the Canadian Air Force serial killer, Jason Goodman conflates two different men who have filed separate federal civil lawsuits against him.  Without distinguishing by name, he discusses Dave Sweigert and then inserts a remark about a Robert David Steele interview on Infowars, as if they are the acts of the same person.

Goodman adds, “Certainly I knew nothing about,  until Mr. David Sweigert wrote this letter which in and of itself seems like evidence that he has planned this alleged bomb hoax much in the same way I suspect he had something to do with the planning of the alleged dirty bomb hoax on June 14, 2017.… (36.22)  I certainly had nothing to do with the planning of that.  This was information brought to me by a guest on Crowdsource the Truth.  That guest’s being David Sweigert’s brother George-George Webb Sweigert, and George’s associate who is now known to be a former contract FBI informant named Okey Marshall Richards.  Curiously, Mr. Richard’s identity was revealed to us by David Sweigert, so there’s a bizarre connection between all of these individuals sharing this information with me that they now attempt to attribute to me, but of course David, any guest who appears on Crowdsource the Truth and shares their evidence or information, I don’t necessarily agree with them or support them…”.

We do not know the entirety of the Sweigert letter to the Coast Guard, as it was not shown in this video. Based on documents Sweigert has submitted to federal courts, I have to believe that he has exhibits to back his statements. If Sweigert had been involved in the planning of the dirty bomb hoax, why has not Jason Goodman documented the evidence of that connection?  After all, Goodman is the one claiming there IS a connection.

The problem Goodman has is that when George Webb came on CSTT on June 14, 2017, Jason Goodman supported this “live-in” regular co-host/guest’s storyline by actively encouraging his viewers to flood the Coast Guard Twitter account with a dirty bomb warning. Goodman’s warning is reported to have been retweeted 8,000 times. He cannot now backtrack and say he doesn’t necessarily agree with his guest’s opinions, when he actively participated in the dirty bomb hoax by allowing CSTT to publicize this hoax and spread it on the internet via social media.

In a recent CryptoBeast interview with Queen Tut, she disclosed that she is the source of the discovery of the identity of Deep Uranium.  Thus Dave Sweigert was not the source, but someone who passed along this information in his report on the Port of Charleston incident.

Spoliation of Evidence:  Has Jason Goodman ever sent a “preservation of evidence” letter request to Dave Sweigert?

Near the end of this video (1.03.10), Jason Goodman comments, “…but against this is how we are conducting our investigation; this is crowdsource investigative journalism.  We ask questions, and the vast knowledge of the thousands of people who view our videos helped us get to answers, so it causes me to question the motives David, of people who would seek to stop us from doing that, you’ve spoken quite a bit about Spoliation of Evidence and how it affords us a, what is the word that you use, a presumption of guilt?

David Hawkins responds, (1.03.42)  “An aggressive inference of guilt you see, and, and again I mean this clown Mr. Sweigert, I hope I don’t seem disrespectful, I’m sure he’s got other talents, I just don’t see a lot of them, but why would you put an email address, Spoliation-Notice @ mailbox.com and then send messages to the Coast Guard there’s a hoax when your email address that you’re probably spoliating evidence of a hoax that has been generated by your brother?  Over to you.”

What does Jason Goodman’s commentary on Dave Sweigert’s videos prove?

Jason Goodman in response to David Hawkins:  (1.04.08)  “Or himself.  We don’t know who’s generated the hoax but certainly there is a lot of  evidence that points to him.  One last note on the  spoliation of evidence, David, and I apologize, you, you won’t be able to see this but Mr. Sweigert has also been aggressively spoliating evidence from his own YouTube channel.”

This seems to be Jason Goodman’s Bitchute account where he preserves video evidence on “Crazy Dave”

“He made a video at the Mesa, Arizona post office on December 1, 2018, where it’s my understanding that he presented himself to, with the cooperation of the owner of P. O. Box 152 in that post office- he added himself officially as a recipient of mail at that post office and he’s used that address as his official address of record with the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York, where he’s brought a frivolous lawsuit against me in what I believe is an effort to stop Crowdsource the Truth from moving forward with these types of investigations.”

“So again it raises the question of why does Mr. Sweigert delete this video.  You Tube certainly does not charge to store videos…(1.05.27)  Unless it is some sort of attempt to send a message and then remove it from the internet so that I cannot refer to it in answers to his lawsuits indicating that he is present at the post office on December 1st when I allege he met with the owner of the post office box and conspired with that owner to add himself to the box, which I believe is a furtherance of a fraud on the court…”.

If Jason Goodman presents his opinions without proof, then indeed it will be up to the court to judge whether there is a fraud on the court being committed. I am unable to understand Goodman’s reasoning here without reference to the law which he thinks applies to his accusation.

Back Doors, and all that

David Hawkins, discussing Dave Sweigert as an ethical hacker:  (1.08.31) “…so how do we know that ‘not as smart as he thinks he is’, left a back door into the continuity of government on 911…?

Again Hawkins asks leading questions without having a factual foundation to even hypothesize such a situation.

Speaking of the GHIDRA hacker tool just released to the public, NSA cybersecurity adviser Rob Joyce said, as quoted in the WIRED article, “There’s no backdoor in Ghidra,” he said.  “Come on, no backdoor.  On the record. Scout’s honor.”

Perhaps David Hawkins should investigate the connection between Dave Sweigert and the Boy Scouts…wasn’t he one of those, too?  What kind of badges did he get that led to the 9/11 disaster or the shutdown of the Port of Charleston?  It ought to be easy for Hawkins to get Goodman to swallow THAT TALE, since it is all just part of Crowdsource the Truth investigative journalism.

The Framework in which Truth is Examined

When you find a man playing “tough”, it is because he knows he has an advantage. All you have to do is shift the scenery to an environment where he doesn’t have the advantage then, nine times out of ten, his TOUGHNESS disappears.” (page 61 from Custer’s Last Stand by Dr. Peter S. Ruckman)

Back in June 2017 I began to look at the major “players” which were gathered around the Port of Charleston dirty bomb incident. I wrote a number of  posts on some of those persons based on the observations I had made at that point in time.  Back then, I could see a RICO lawsuit coming. In fact, I still have an unfinished post from August of 2017 which I never got around to publishing called RICOcheting and RACKETeering, using the cartoon below to illustrate the end game of all those adversarial standoffs which were happening back then.

Prior to Robert David Steele filing his defamation lawsuit,  I had been observing Dave (Acton) Sweigert, and learning about preservation of evidence and spoliation. He had been warning several individuals of possible copyright or trademark violations, wire fraud, obstruction of justice or criminal investigations, intimidation or coercion of government, monetization of YouTube accounts, harassment, and  crowdstalking, which are all aspects of filing a successful RICO lawsuit.  All of these words, or derivatives of these concepts, are found in the definition of racketeering activity in the U.S. Code sections which outline the provisions of the RICO Act.

Although Dave Sweigert refers to himself as a non-attorney layman, he has a hands on experience with legal matters,  stemming from being the Pro Se Plaintiff in several Qui Tam lawsuits many years ago. Thus Sweigert is in a category all his own, in this strange saga.  One year later, we find that Jason Goodman is facing two Federal Civil Court lawsuits; one structured on defamation and conspiracy laws, and the other based on the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. The framework in which truth is examined is shifting from YouTube striking competitions to an arena where federal civil court procedures, statutes, regulations and case law are argued before a Judge.  Even when a jury trial is requested, it is a long winding road through a legal  forest before discovery and trial by a jury of peers becomes a reality.

From his YouTube platform,  Jason Goodman vacillates between being a tough guy who is comfortable breaching the boundaries of good taste and decorum when accusing his adversaries, and a woe is me, I’ve been framed cry baby. So while we all wait for the summons to be served,  I came across these oblique, but provoking words from Jason Goodman just two days ago. (But first, it is necessary for me to post a screenshot of the applicable CSTT show, in order to ward off a team of monkeys who are headed my way.)

In case you have misplaced your binoculars, the message below “500 Internal Server Error” reads, “Sorry, something went wrong. A team of highly trained monkeys has been dispatched to deal with this situation. If you see them, send them this information as text (screenshots frighten them).”  As you can see, I chose “B”, the screenshot option.

Getting back to the Jason Goodman quotation I was referring to, we hear,  “I may not necessarily know exactly what may or may not have happened to Quinn Michaels, but the second we started discussing it, it was met with derision, it was basically described as you know crazy talk and Star Trek Technology by someone who we have evidence was actually tracking Quinn Michaels and knew of his location when the injury occurred.” (Jason Goodman, 1.02.59 mark of the June 19, 2018 Crowdsource the Truth You Tube video, “The Hidden Triggers of Mass Mind Control with Special Guests Ole Dammegard and Cody Snodgres”.)

Evidence.  It seems we are always waiting for the evidence…..and if any is presented, has it been tainted?

To provide context for Jason Goodman’s comment, we must go back to April 6, 2018 when Lift The Veil published a YouTube video called, Jason Goodman Calls Lift the Veil. One point of interest in this rambling monologue is found at the 13.14 mark, when Jason Goodman references what he terms, a decentralized distributed defamation attack.  He follows this with a broad discussion of various persons which he names, who he has had problems with in the prior year, and then at the 26.35 mark he again declares, “a new type of crime is taking place; a distributed decentralized defamation attack“.

At the 26.52 mark, Jason Goodman states,  “I called the FBI and I submitted a complaint that took about 45 minutes and in less than 24 hours I got a return phone call and I spent over three hours on the phone and have shared extensive evidence with the FBI and I find it very interesting how agitated Mr. Dave Acton has become.  I think everyone knows I have good contacts at the FBI. I’ve had retired FBI agent Robyn Gritz on my program many times.  I’ve had Thomas Paine of True Pundit, whose real identity I know very well and will not share with anyone, but I have verified that this person is a person who has a great deal of credibility and a tremendous amount of very well vetted law enforcement, active law enforcement sources and these people have assisted me and guided me as to what to do with the information.”

“And they’ve even shared things with me that I’m not prepared to share with you on this program, but tell me that everything Dave Acton is saying is false.  Dave Acton is also at best delusional, at worst psychotic, but he’s you know almost everything that guy says is a crazy manipulation and he seems to be becoming unhinged, primarily because his operation is failing and if he’s the magnificent genius who’s involved in Homeland Security and all these depositions that he talks about, why is he so ineffective for the past nine months that’s stopping little old me, a retired cinematographer who has designed a couple of 3D cameras…” (28.24) Then Jason Goodman continued to discuss his problems with various individuals.

When Jason Goodman said that he has “evidence” of someone tracking Quinn Michaels, this matter was duly noted on May 29, 2018, in Document 55 (Third Declaration of D. George Sweigert) which had been filed in Robert David Steele’s federal civil court defamation lawsuit.  Exhibit 2 of this declaration shows a screenshot of Crowdsource the Truth 2‘s April 21, 2018 broadcast where Jason Goodman says at the 1:12:22 mark, “Right.  And Dave (the undersigned) implores me to present the evidence that we have that indicated that he (the undersigned) knew your (Quinn) location in Vaughn, New Mexico right before his (Quinn) lung collapsed spontaneously.”

So Dave Sweigert had implored Jason Goodman to present his evidence!  I assume that nothing tangible was ever presented in the public domain, as Goodman is still dangling that invisible carrot on the end of a stick.

In response to the above quotation of Jason Goodman, D. George Sweigert declared,  “I hereby DENY all allegations and accusations made by Mr. Goodman that I had ANY knowledge-whatsoever-that CSTT 2.0’s researcher (Quinn Michaels) was in New Mexico-much less the city of Vaughn- when Quinn Michaels suffered a collapsed lung. This entire stream of logic is denied in all its forms by the undersigned.”

Jason Goodman’s racket ball game has now entered the Big Leagues:  Pro Se Plaintiff versus Pro Se Defendant in the Federal Civil Court

At some point in the future, Jason Goodman will have to reply to the Federal Civil court RICO complaint filed by Sweigert. The court has sanctions for making false and unproved statements, and so this new environment will test the veracity of everyone who will be included in this case.

One of the acts of Jason Goodman, which I had not known about till recently, was described on  page 23 of the RICO complaint as, “…the plaintiff has had to endure Goodman telephoning every ambulance Emergency Medical Service system in Mt. Shasta, CA to report that Goodman has contacted the F. B. I. concerning the plaintiff”. Considering that we have seen no proof of these allegations which had been made to the FBI, I find Goodman’s behavior to be over-the-top, in his attempt to discredit Sweigert’s reputation before his professional peers.

What we are viewing in all of this Youtubing “war of the worlds” is the systematic dissolving of the boundaries of social discourse which allow all Americans to freely speak their own viewpoints, as long as defamatory statements,  as defined by law, are not made.  Whether one describes the speech activities on YouTube as personal or as investigative journalism, there is no place for making serious unfounded allegations when no genuine supporting evidence is presented.

I am hopeful that the filing of a RICO lawsuit which embodies a complaint and inquiry into the strange circumstances of the Port of Charleston dirty bomb incident, will benefit the public’s interest in protecting our fragile economic infrastructure. It took a non-attorney layman, Dave Sweigert, to bring this incident into the structured, reasoning, boundaries of the judicial system, and I commend him for doing so.

So why wasn’t Robert David Steele’s lawsuit structured as a RICO complaint?  After all, the beginning of his troubles with Jason Goodman and CSTT started because of the Port of Charleston incident, and his defamation lawsuit displays many of the same  elements which are found in a RICO case.  For example, take a look at this screenshot of a remark made by Robert David Steele to Benjamin Fulford which I quoted in my March 21, 2018 article, And in this corner:  A Man Called SUE Contending Against Leviathan, Behemoth and God Almighty!

RICO lawsuits allow triple damages and are against conspirator/racketeer types

In addition, Steele has suggested that others with similar legal complaints might “band” together as a sort of unified force, similar to the class action concept,  against the Deep State. Robert David Steele is quoted in this screenshot  below, taken from my November 12, 2017 article, Robert David Steele & His List of Crowdstalkers & Co-Conspirators:  Is Your Name On This List?

One of the major elements of Dave Sweigert’s RICO lawsuit is the Port of Charleston dirty bomb incident.  In addition to naming Jason Goodman as defendant, others are included as wrongdoers, including George Webb Sweigert,  Okey Marshall Richards and Joe Napoli. In a personal defamation lawsuit, the plaintiff has no standing to represent the interests of others, such as the Coast Guard or the Port of Charleston.  However, in a RICO lawsuit, which is a form of class action complaint, those entities can be included as victims of the wrongdoing of the named racketeers.

I am no attorney, but it seems to me that the primary reason Steele would structure his lawsuit as a personal defamation, asking for triple damages due to the conspiracy of his defendants, rather than as a RICO lawsuit, is because he was instrumental in trying to cover over George Webb’s complicity in the dirty bomb false report incident. The following two screenshots are taken from my September 21, 2017 article Operation WHIPLASH.  (RDS’s words are in black, mine are in blue.)I  had three motivations in coming down hard on Dave Sweigert’s Port of Charleston report which he sold on Amazon.com. The first had to do with its unfinished presentation, which defeated the stated purpose of being a report which could be sent to interested Congressional members.  The second reason was that the report was  weighted more heavily against Jason Goodman than George Webb who was the primary connection to the source of false information which came from a former FBI agent provocateur.  I did not want Sweigert’s arguments to be nullified in the same manner as Robert David Steele had done in the above screenshots.  And thirdly, when presenting a legal argument, it is better to show the plain facts succinctly, without embellishment.

After reading through Dave Sweigert’s RICO complaint which was filed in federal court on June 14, 2018, I find it to be a crisply worded legal document that touches on all of the important aspects of his case, without becoming too lengthy.  Because he has attached his exhibits at the end, the overall look is professional.  This is in contrast to the Robert David Steele amended complaint which includes numerous screenshots of ridiculous images which have been embedded within the complaint itself.  One is left with the impression that attorney Biss took a PDF of  Robert David Steele’s research and poured it into a template of a defamation lawsuit, without editing it.  We shall see how things progress in both lawsuits over the coming months.

Thumbs up to Dave Sweigert for representing the public’s interest in protecting our social media and economic infrastructures from individuals who are lowering the bar of journalism and jeopardizing our societal protections.

The framework in which truth is examined is essential to the cause of justice and social stability, and I am glad Sweigert has shifted some of these issues, which were being trampled under foot in the social media, to the federal court system. While his lawsuit is a RICO civil case, we may yet see in the future that the U.S. Attorney General, as representing the government’s interests in the Port of Charleston incident, will be induced to file a criminal RICO lawsuit.

FLAG DAY

June 14th is Flag Day in the United States of America, and commemorates the June 14, 1777 resolution of the Second Continental Congress’s adoption of our nation’s flag.Last year on June 14, 2017 Crowdsource The Truth memorialized Flag Day by shutting down the Port of Charleston with the false report of a dirty bomb.  This year on Flag Day,  Jason Goodman’s CSTT operation was honored by the filing of a RICO lawsuit against them by plaintiff  D. George Sweigert in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. This complaint can also be read as Document 60 in the Robert David Steele defamation lawsuit.

Those documents are linked here:  sweigert south carolina rico 1 and sweigert south carolina rico 2

So what was Jason Goodman doing on this year’s Flag Day? He was interviewing, along with Quinn Michaels, a man named Ted Visner about Corruption Within Child Protective Services.

Does anybody know who Ted Visner is?  Looking over the comments under this video, one CSTT Vetting Agent knew, but did not elaborate further.  The rest of the Vetters were asleep on their watch; some even thought it was a great interview.  At the beginning of this video, Jason Goodman offers his disclaimer, as duly noted in the following screenshot.

Disclaimer of Jason Goodman with regard to Ted Visner: “You and I have only just become acquainted today”. I suppose that lays the foundation for not asking reasonable questions of his guest.

In keeping with the Flag Day theme, we should first note that on Visner’s website, visner4sheriff.wordpress.com, he had posted the following patriotic notice 3 years ago, on August 10, 2015.So in addition to Visner’s readiness to take over in the event of  the imminent collapse of the current structure of government, his past desire to run for Sheriff, and his recent legal problems involving marijuana,  we must ask why Jason Goodman’s first question to him is, “Ted, you’ve got a harrowing tale to tell us about the Child Protective Services, is that correct?” This particular topic has been brought up to help us to sympathize with Quinn Michaels’ own woeful tales of his CPS encounters.  And there Quinn is seen sitting in the same room as Jason Goodman as they are now constant companions, and will continue to be so far into the future,  as they are both highlighted in Dave Sweigert’s RICO lawsuit.

Visner’s sad story is about his girlfriend’s three children that had been removed by the state of Michigan “because she had a dirty house and there were dirty dishes”.  This is not really HIS story, unless he was the one who left the house messy when CPS happened to show up. Visner considers himself a noble and worthy advocate for persons who have been unjustly treated by Child Protective Services.  He knows all about children in untenable situations, for around that time he owed $30,000 in back child support for his own children in Washington State.

Ted Visner complains about the following Officer Safety Caution which features him. Here is a video which Ted Visner put out on his YouTube channel on July 11, 2015 which got him almost 427,000 views.  He has titled it, First Shots of the Revolution About To Be Fired in Isabella County Michigan. The description under this video says,  After being denied due process (defenses to eviction) I am making a stand and fulfilling my oath to defend this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic as an American Patriot.  Apparently, Ted Visner is a real flag waver. At the 1.08 mark, Ted Visner says, “This is the start, folks.  I would imagine that they’d show up with a SWAT team, a bunch of armed men and it’ll go down like the Bundy Ranch, only with no opposition.  And I will be executed by the same Sheriff’s Department that stole a different house in 2010.  These guys have taken plausible deniability to an entirely new level.”

So what is the story behind the house evictions? An article by the morningsun.com dated September 17, 2015, says, “Visner, 48, was arrested early Thursday morning at Maxfield’s restaurant in Edmore on a warrant charging him with squatting and trespassing at a home at 7287 W. Fremont Road in Rolland Township.  That home was formerly owned by Kathy Smith, whom Visner refers to as his wife, but is listed in court documents as his longtime girlfriend. Smith had not been living in the home but Visner remained after Judge Eric Janes signed an eviction order in Junge giving possession to the legal owner, Bank of America. Bank of America purchased the unfinished home at auction because Smith defaulted on mortgage payments.”

“Police using bomb squads and tracking dogs searched the home and surrounding property as a precaution because Visner vowed armed resistance to being removed, and Sheriff Leo Mioduszewski said he didn’t want to take any chances. Mioduszewski said police arrested Visner in the parking lot of Maxfield’s restaurant in Edmore, where he was apparently going to attend a meeting of his self-formed People’s Unified Militia of Michigan…Mioduszewski said process servers typically handle evictions but police chose to evict Visner because of his previous threats.”

MFI-Miami.com wrote an article in January of 2016, called Wannabe Domestic Terrorist, Convicted Squatter and Deadbeat Dad Ted Visner Goes Full Blown Sovereign Citizen Crazy on Federal Bankruptcy Judge.  This article describes some of Visner’s background, but what I found interesting was his attempt to play lawyer based on the sovereign citizen movement point of view. One of the sentences in his legal papers which is interesting says, “This court is being ORDERED to show cause as to why it unlawfully converted the Debtors Objection Hearing on October 6, 2010 to a Creditor’s Motion Hearing and calling the prophylactic filed on September 20, 2010 by Shelly Sweet and Bruce Havens titled “Notice of Intent to Self/Take Possession” a Motion when it was clearly NOT A MOTION.”  MFI-Miami comments, “Prophylactic?  It appears the only disease Sweet and Havens was trying to prevent was Visner’s apparent mental illness.”

It must be remembered that Visner never had any legal standing with regard to the foreclosure.  His name was not on the documents; which meant that he was a squatter on the property. In other words, he lied about having his rights denied. Given the threats he had openly made, why would anyone think he is fit to be around children?

Here is how other militias came to regard his “plight”. All of this information was online from a couple of years back, and could have been easily discovered by the Crowdsource the Truth community.

It seems that vile men are being exalted as just men in the Alternative News Media these days. And because they are being hailed as heroes fighting against corruption, that means that the reputations of law enforcement, Child Protective Service employees, and Judges are being routinely slandered in order to distort the facts and evidence of what really took place.  Will Jason Goodman set the record straight? Is he asking Ted Visner’s “legal” advice on how one files a prophylactic in a RICO lawsuit? Will Flag Day ever return to normal again?
