I was wondering when this would happen, as Queen Tut aka Susan Lutzke had failed as of November 15, 2017 to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint. The Plaintiff is asking $15.5 million dollars for defamation in this Federal lawsuit. On January 23, 2018, the Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Entry of Default Against Defendant, “Queen Tut” a/k/a/ Susan A. Lutzke. see queen tut default
Joseph Edward published his hour long January 24, 2018 interview with Robert Baty regarding the Baby Holm Case, which I have linked here.
In and of itself, the Baby Holm Case has no great import, when one considers the many cases which various state Child Protective Services personnel routinely encounter. What is of interest in this matter is that Sovereign Citizen Movement, anti-government and anti-CPS groups have been using this case to gather supporters, by promoting a false story which undermines the evidential and judicial aspects of this case. Robert Baty, among others, has sought to counter those falsehoods with real evidence and logical arguments.
Joseph Edward, the Interviewer in this audio, is thirteen years old, a young man who attempted to take on the “structuring” proposition which Robert Baty, a former IRS Appeals Officer, had dared Kent Hovind or his “champions” to openly debate. There is a 50 year difference in the ages between Joseph Edward and Robert Baty, which makes it an uneven debate match. However, Joseph displays an intelligent mind, and I am hoping that once he enters into those areas of life’s responsibilities which force a different real world type of knowledge and wisdom on us, he will one day prove a good debater. That said, all Christians need to observe that rule laid out in the Bible about not respecting persons and about becoming impartial judges. If it is truth we are after, how one searches out evidence and the meaning of laws, rules and regulations is important in the application of judgment and justice.
Joseph Edward also became interested in that side branch of the Kent Hovind Story, which is under discussion at Robert Baty’s FaceBook group called Understanding the Baby Holm Case. As a result, he interviewed Baty on January 24, 2018, posting his audio to his YouTube channel. The purpose of this closed group Facebook discussion of Baby Holm is to “provide a more open and honest environment in which to present information about the child custody case which has been developing in Alabama since October 2016.” And I think that Joseph Edward accomplished a good interview with Baty.
Baty also adds that with regard to the Baby Holm case, “of particular interest to me is the involvement of a sovereign citizen type by the name of Brady Bynum. He appears, along with the parents themselves, to be the architect of a plan of action designed to thwart any serious effort to return custody of the child to the parents in an expeditious manner.”
Brady Bynum is also friends with Ernest Land and Kent Hovind, which I had been writing about. And here at Tracking the Leopard Meroz, I have been taking a closer look at those Christian Alternative Media radio hosts, who have subtly promoted sovereign citizen movement legal theories, via the guests which they exalt before their large audiences.
“Find something to do for God with your life. Even if you don’t know how to serve Him, you can serve God as a bad example”. Kent Hovind, quoted in a 9/20/16 article by George B. Lujack “The Late, Great Kent Hovind; Kent Hovind’s Fall From Grace”
Let’s hit the ground running with this one: Theodore Valentine Valenzuela II AKA Theo V. Valenzuela AKA Theodore Valentine, AKA Racer-X AKA Mr. Wilson, a 31-year-old man, has a website with his wife Lenae, called Lies of The Devil.com. His logo features a blood-red V in the middle of the word devil. I suppose this V represents the Victory sign which Theodore often displays with his hands in his videos, or perhaps it features the V’s in his full name. At any rate, the V is centered in the word deVil.The Who Is Record for this domain gives as its creation date, August 7, 2016. The Registry Registrant ID is Theodore Valentine. The Registrant Organization is AZMMVP, with address of 44823 W. Desert Garden Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85139. The Registry Admin. and also the Registry Tech ID is Theodore Valentine, and the Admin. Organization is Lion of Judah Ministry, LLC, of 1111 Private RD, Private City, DC 11111.
There are several falsehoods in this registration.
*The legal name of Theodore Valentine is Theodore Valentine Valenzuela, II.
*The address given for AZMMVP, Arizona Multi Media Video Production, AKA Az Media Production, legally belonged to another party on the date of this registration, as Theo had sold his house at that address on April 26, 2016, more than 3 months earlier to Stanley and Cara Foster, for $162,000.
*Lion of Judah Ministry, LLC was not a legally registered LLC until December 5, 2016, four months after this website was registered. I looked in the Arizona and Florida and District of Columbia Secretary of State records and found nothing; however, Lion of Judah Ministry LLC ID#377-948 was formed on 12/5/2016 and registered in Alabama, by Theodore Valenzuela of 3651 Woodley Road, Apt. 2, Montgomery, AL 36116. The address given for the website registration as 1111 Private Road, Private City, DC 11111 is a false location.
What we are looking at today is a bad example of a Christian ministry, which serves to undermine Biblical truth as the lies of the deVil. The subtitle to this website heading is Ripping Souls Away From Satan and Delivering Them To Jesus Christ; a dramatic, but theologically unsound representation of a Christian ministry’s work in preaching salvation by faith alone.
When I first began to take a look at this website, I found this resume:Note the use of a misleading version of his birth name. Others have questioned this, and he has yet to prove that he has legally changed it. Why is this a problem? Because it makes it more difficult for others to discover if he has lived a life of integrity or whether he is trying to cover over past indiscretions. Theodore implicates his wife in this falsehood, because her surname would not be Valentine, but Valenzuela.
Theo does not identify where or when he obtained any degrees in investigative journalism and media production. He did at one time have a webpage and an active Facebook page for his business, Arizona Multimedia and Video Production. He describes his business as providing, “web design, development, e-commerce and programming”, as well as “photography, video production, and editing services, flash animation and graphic design, CD and DVD duplication, social networking and media integration” since 2008.
The Subtle Takeover of the Kent Hovind Vindicators
Theodore Valentine Valenzuela, II was once touted as Racer-X, the anonymous, behind the scenes defender of Kent Hovind, whose voice can be heard on Rudy Davis’ and Doug Hagmann’s internet broadcasts.
On January 24, 2015 Free Kent Hovind.com was created using the Registrant name of #FreeKent Hovind with the false address of 111 N. Free Kent Hovind Campaign, Anonymous City, state of BC, and zip code of 70101, which is for Costa Rica. The Registry Administrator was Theodore Valentine, of Lion of Judah Ministries, LLC. As noted in the beginning of this post, this LLC was registered in Alabama on December 5, 2016, 22 months after this website was created.
After Theodore had departed from the shadows of the Kent Hovind Alabama compound, a message was publically posted on a Facebook page called 2 Peter 3, which would indicate that his departure as technical expert, left some matters unfinished. Kent Hovind wrote, “Theodore why are you using my name and reputation to promote your new business without my permission after you left and refused to give Steve the passwords to our web site? You did great damage to us for no reason. I trusted you brother and I feel that you betrayed me and the cause of Christ. You do not represent me- Kent Hovind nor 2 peter3. Please call Steve and give him all the passwords and stop using my name or reputation in any of your promo or advertising like this. I pray your efforts to serve our Lord bare fruit but you chose to leave CSE and DAL under bad terms and need to make it right before God can bless. You need to fix this brother.” (This message was documented by Robert Baty on a 2/8/2017 post on his website kehvrlb.com.)
Another source of anecdotal history of Theodore Valenzuela is found in a June 25, 2017 Rudy Davis’ Lone Star 1776 YouTube broadcast, The Video I hoped didn’t have to be made. Davis claimed that he had worked very closely with Theodore over a period of several months, up until the July 8, 2015 release of Kent Hovind from prison.
Rudy Davis explained, “The history is that Randall Boaz Owens who was Kent Hovind’s trusted cell mate, I guess, had made a promise to Kent, I don’t know the details, but when he went to start this webpage called 2 Peter 3, well Randall did that, and we were, you know I had taken 6 months off work, and we were working with Randall and thousands of people across this country, maybe tens of thousands of people, to make noise and shine light about Kent Hovind being unjustly incarcerated and facing an additional 20 years in prison for mailing a letter. Well, Theodore comes out of nowhere and calls me up and of course he runs a business, he has a business that makes websites. That’s his, that’s his job is to build websites, so he had experienced, a you know, in that area, and we put him in contact with Randall Boaz Owens and they got together and eventually somehow Theodore finagled his way to take over the whole website and Randall was out of it and in hindsight that was a very bad decision and it probably, I somehow contributed to that because I thought it was very, like a blessing from God to get someone with experience to build this website; but in hindsight we should have stuck with Randall Boaz Owens because he was the trusted individual…”
2 Peter 3.com was created April 16, 2011 by Randall Owens, which shows that this former cell mate of Kent Hovind was interested in this project some four years before Hovind was finally released from prison. Presently, search engines redirect this address to Dr. Dino.com. The original website was titled, Kent Hovind Official Website/2 Peter 3, Creation Flood End Times.
The Hypocrite Who Attempted A Take-Over Attempt of the ministry of Exposing Kent Hovind
On April 20,2017, in a Lies of The DeVil YouTube video, Theodore Valenzuela published Part I-Kent Hovind Official: Fraud, Huckster, and False Prophet which has now seen almost 12,000 views with 3.4 thousand subscribers. At the 4:15 mark, Theodore says, “I literally believed that this guy was telling the truth wholeheartedly and when I believed it, I prayed to God and God just put it in my heart to just do everything I could to help this guy and I put 4 or 5 months of my life on hold without building my business- everything on hold- to try to help this individual. I spent tireless hours so did a lot of people but I helped him form his defense. I, I helped form the defense he used in court that got him out of prison, OK?”
At the 5.23 mark, Theodore continues, “he’s going to come out and he’s going to call me a drug addict, I don’t know why he might call me a drug addict, I don’t have no idea; he might call me a drug addict…”
A drug addict? Perhaps this might be the reason?
Back on October 26, 2012, a Theodore Valentine Valenzuela II, was charged in Pinal County, Arizona, where his home was located, with resisting arrest, and the use of physical force on a peace officer while being questioned for a DUI offense. Probation followed, ending in 2014.
Is it believable that Theodore, who will not disclose where or when he got his “degrees in investigative journalism and media production”, provided the legal defense to get Kent Hovind out of the legal scrape he was in, at the beginning of 2015? Was Theo really so self-sacrificial for a noble cause, that he left his business in Arizona to flounder, to come out east to Pensacola, to help Kent Hovind? Or did Theodore have something else in mind? After Hovind’s release from prison, he was not permitted to be around felons on his DAL property. How was it helping Kent Hovind to meet his probation requirements, for Theodore to hide his face and identity as he stayed on the CSEM properties, just after he had finished his own probation in Arizona?
Theodore Valenzuela, Board of Directors Secretary of CSEM, Inc. 2/23/2016
Well apparently, Theodore so impressed Ernest Land and Kent Hovind with his credentials that when the Articles for Incorporation for Creation Science Evangelism Ministries, Inc. were filed in Florida on February 23, 2016, Theodore Valenzuela was made a Director and Officer, serving as Secretary. His address was noted as 29 Cummings Road, Pensacola, FL 32464, one of Kent Hovind’s former properties.
In an article, Liability of the Directors of a Nonprofit Corporation, Elizabeth Rayne of Legal Zoom addresses the Board of Director’s Secretary position, by noting, that there is a process called piercing the veil which allows the court to address potential liability…”It can occur if the board does not keep appropriate records or minutes, hold required meetings, or follow the correct voting procedures for Board Resolutions or Actions”.
Is it reasonable to believe that Theodore Valenzuela, who has a proven propensity for falsifying registrations with false information, hid his face in photos, and hid his legal identify, had faithfully performed his legal and fiduciary responsibilities as Secretary of CSEM in Florida? I am not sure on what date Theodore was removed from that position. On July 24, 2017, months after Theodore V. Valenzuela moved out of the Alabama Dinosaur Adventure Land compound, the Florida corporation became inactive, and was replaced by Creation Science Evangelism Ministries, Inc., registered in Alabama as entity ID #397-041.
Kent Hovind’s Perpetual Money Machine Ministry
Recently, Robert Baty noted that Guidestar had published two details from a 990 for CSEM,Inc. EIN 81-1424226 showing receipts of $680,103 and assets of $456,048. Despite all of Kent Hovind’s problems, he still is able to attract donations for his new enterprise, which may explain why so many persons from questionable backgrounds have hovered around the celebrity of Dr. Dino, whose claim to fame was to obtain a PHD from a diploma mill, based on a notoriously badly written PHD thesis, which became available to the public by Wikileaks, of all places.
The Lamentations of Theo for Kent Hovind’s Punk Dude Hypocrisy, but Not For His Own
Continuing with the April 7, 2017 Part I of Theo’s expose of Kent Hovind as a fraud, at the 5.34 mark, he continues his lament about his part in the Kent Hovind campaign, saying, “I gave a lot of my life to help him get out of prison. I helped form his defense, raised a lot of money for him, on top of other people, to get him out of prison and then went and then and I actually helped, went to Pensacola, sold everything I had eventually, I might get to this, eventually. So everything I had to help him build CSE on lies, OK? So, it’s my word against his. It’s my word. The guy who helped him and did everything to help him get back up there. My word against his, OK?”
“I just understand that, um and in fact people that are trying to expose Kent, they’re more of a Christian than Kent Hovind who say he’s, at you know um Lord help me, because honestly, like I’ve gone through times I was just so angry, I was so angry and, and, and the people the people that most of those people are good people, most people that go there are good people that want to help the Lord and go to DAL to help the Lord, people that like Kent Hovind, they don’t know he’s a fraud. They watch him on YouTube and they think that, that’s who he really is, they see his DVD’s, they think that, that’s who he really is. (Shouting) ANYBODY that gets to know Kent Hovind turns on him, not because they’re Judas Iscariot or whatever the case may be, because they know he’s a fraud and I’m gonna go piece by piece into this and I’m telling you, I can’t, him, you’re a punk, you’re a punk, you’re a spoiled brat who your parents gave everything to you, OK.”
“You’re, they might have taught you all this, others but you’re a punk dude, OK. You’re not going to fool me. You’re not going to punk me. I know that you thought I was just some kid or whatever the case may be who was lying about what I did with the Free Kent Hovind Campaign, and maybe lied about my history, or I don’t know what you think, dude, you’re a narcissist, you’re a punk and here is the thing, I, you are such an evil bastard, you were such an evil person and I hope that people wake up and they figure it out who you are. You have no idea how many times I ranted and raved to people who are trying to call me and saying, Oh, just need to forgive him….”
(10.28) “people at DAL, you know, it’s a cult, OK..”
After defaming Robert Baty, Jim Lott, Randy Dunn and Peter J. Reilly because they confronted the “Hovindicators” with the factual realities of Kent Hovind’s legal problems, Theo now tells us that Kent Hovind is a Tax Protestor and that he is the Exposer of Kent Hovind!
(10.52) “Kent Hovind literally broke the law…he says he’s not a tax protestor, but I’m going to show you proof that he’s a tax protestor…I’m going to show you proof he’s a tax protestor…fooled big time that I didn’t dig deeper into this guy’s past…” (11.11) “I should have digged into his past. I would have never helped him get out of prison, never, never, never, never. I would have seen right through him, but here’s the thing, I’m a good person and I got fooled so…”
Let’s travel back in time through the Wayback Machine, where 101 pages of FreeKentHovind.com have been preserved. It was on November 21, 2016 that Robert Baty on his kehvrlb.com website had commented that this website had disappeared. Here is an example of an article, which I presume Theo wrote as an investigative reporter. This article was written April 24, 2016. The unnamed author, presumably Theo, because he liked to hide his true identity at that time, has an interesting anecdote about the effect which Kent Hovind’s material had upon one mass murderer. It reads, “Jeffrey Dahmer, a mass murderer and cannibal, admits that evolution cheapens life and led him to destruction. Thank God he was saved right before he died. Jeffrey Dahmer was led to Jesus Christ via Creation Science Evangelism material. Dr. Kent Hovind was told that his “non-crime” was worse than rape…He has helped countless people turn away rom the psychopathic tendencies our public education system breeds and was treated like a monster…”.
Whereas heaven rejoices when one sinner repents, it seems these sensationalists prefer a questionable tale about Jeffrey Dahmer who was delighted to discover a new legal defense to explain his murdering lusts: “the theory of evolution made me do it! defense” Thank God Kent Hovind faked a PHD thesis to become Dr. Dino!
Robert Baty is one person who has argued that the quote about a judge saying that Kent Hovind’s crimes were “worse than rape” was a falsehood; one among many, which are part of the false legal narrative of the defenders of Kent Hovind.
The Wayback Machine Archive of Free Kent Hovind.com shows the following page, which is one of several, attacking the persons who had made a concerted effort to counter the falsehoods which were being publicized by the Free Kent Hovind Campaign.
Some of the accusations made by the Free Kent Hovind website against those who were exposing Kent Hovind as a fraud (i.e.Robert Baty, Jim Lott, Randy Dunn and Peter J. Reilly), included: harassment, intimidation, obsessed criminal internet stalking, malice, being crazy, dangerous terrorists, paid government agents, stalking children and teenagers, causing emotional and financial distress, making false claims, laughing at them, and making “multiple death threats towards Theodore, who is helping CSE Ministries”.
Now that Theodore is claiming to be revealing the fraud of Kent Hovind, it is interesting that he got rid of his website, Free Kent Hovind which documented that he was very well aware of the facts and evidence which supported the finding of the court that Kent Hovind was a tax protestor. He knew what the facts were, because he attempted to shut up the voices of those who were exposing the evidence of Kent Hovind’s fraud. And now that Racer-X has come out of hiding, and attempting to play the hero who warns others about Kent Hovind, it does not appear that he has publicly apologized to those who spoke the truth and were defamed by the Kent Hovind Defenders.
In this post on Theodore Valentine Valenzuela on Robert Baty’s website, it was noted that on February 9, 2017 that Baty had written Theodore, saying, “If you cannot even admit, clearly, openly, unequivocally to your important history with Kent Hovind, there is likely little else we might properly advance by the way of conversation in an effort to explore just what that history involved in all its relevant aspects and your role as a “star witness” regarding Kent’s antics since his release from prison.” He then quotes Theodore regarding Theo’s desire to be left alone to pursue his new ministry, and notes that Theo had said, “I commend you in an effort to show the truth regarding who Kent Hovind really is”.
That last crumb thrown to Robert Baty in a personal email does not undo the scathing accusations which had been thrown against Baty and others who had taken a public stand for the truth against the “false legal narrative” which had been promoted by Theodore Valenzuela and others. That statement does not represent a proper apology and admission of wrongdoing for covering over the fraud of Kent Hovind.
The Ministry of Offering Free Book Downloads that anyone can already get for free from Amazon Books
One of the ministries of Theodore and Lenae Valentine Valenzuela’s Lion of Judah Ministry, LLC is the website LaymansBookstore.com. On this site, they have been displaying an increasing inventory of free books to download, much like they do at Amazon.com. The book which they have been featuring for awhile, which one can purchase for $49.95 is shown below. The author of Mysteries of The Scriptures Revealed: Shattering The Deceptions Within Mainstreams Christianity Deciphering and Revealing End Times Prophecies Making A Straight Path for the End times Saints is George B. Lujack.
George Lujack, who has written articles at the Cowger Nation website, is friends with Steve Quayle who had quoted him as being influential in his decision to promote the cause of Kent Hovind on the February 10, 2015 show of the Hagmann Report. [Update as of 2/20/2018: George Lujack has commented on this article, stating “I do not know Steve Quayle. I never met him. I am not friends with him”. Because Mr. Lujack has provided this statement, the source of my comment that he and Steve Quayle had been friends in 2015 was derived from the transcript of the February 10, 2015 The Hagmann & Hagmann Report broadcast found in Exhibit A, document 82, of civil action no. 1:17-cv-00259-CB-SPB wherein Steve Quayle is speaking to Doug and Joe Hagmann. Steve Quayle says on line 68 states, “Our friend George Lujack writes….” as if he has personal familiarity with Mr. Lujack, as well as with his writings on Kent Hovind’s legal problems in 2015.]
Lujack says that he was raised a Lutheran but later he became a “non-denominational, biblical Christian”. He had been employed as a New York City police officer for 20 years, from 1987-2007, and an International police officer for the UN Task Force in Croatia and also in Kosovo on two separate occasions. He claims to be an “independent, non-ordained, Messianic minister”.
Promoting the Spurious Theologies of George Lujack and the Old School Armstrongians
It is curious that Theodore and Lenae are promoting Lujack’s book because as their Lies of The DeVil website “The Front Line in Spiritual Warfare” shows as part of their Statement of Faith: “We worship love, serve, and believe in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit-three persons that make up one God/Creator of all things.” In other words, they claim to believe in the Trinity. Lujack is not a Trinitarian.
Now one thing I know from my experience in the Independent Fundamental Baptist churches is that they concentrate on sound doctrine and also separation from those that hold beliefs that depart from what they have defined as sound doctrine. In the Mysteries of the Scriptures Revealed book which Theo and Lenae are selling for $49.95, George Lujack devotes a chapter on The False Doctrine of the Trinity: Why The Holy Spirit is Not a Person and also another chapter entitled, GOD: Triune or Biunial? Why are they selling an expensive book which espouses what most Christians would consider to be false doctrine?
George Lujack explains in his Introduction that he was influenced by Herbert W. Armstrong, and he complains about those who took over that ministry after Armstrong died. As I recall, those who took over did overturn many of Armstrong’s teachings, and brought this ministry back into what might be termed more traditional teachings, similar to the Baptists. But Lujack prefers the false teachings which Armstrong publicized during his lifetime.
Also, Theo has called Kent Hovind a fraud, and while Lujack has come out and expressed his dismay with Kent’s second marriage, he still promotes Kent Hovind in this book as “perhaps the greatest refuter of Evolution who has ever lived”. That statement is disturbing if true, for not only evolutionists, but other creationists have shown that Hovind does not display any depth of understanding of his own material.
The Desire to Have a Hand in Building Another Person’s Ministry, When Your Own is Built on The Lies of the DeVil
The other website of Theo’s, called Workers In Christ.net, reflects the aspect of the Lion of Judah Ministry, where Theo desires to counsel others on how to build their own ministries, based on his personal experiences. One of the things which Theo and Lenae have done recently was to travel to various cities and “evangelize” on the streets.
I looked at a few of the videos documenting his techniques and it is clear that he has not sought the wisdom of those who are experienced street preachers and evangelists. In Miami they were out walking the streets in darkness, which is very unnerving to others on the streets who probably think Theo is nuts or a potential robber. If you want others to engage in Christian conversation on the streets, it must be done in daylight or a well lighted protected area, so others feel safe in your presence. I looked at the Seattle street walking, which was done in daylight, and Theo’s asking total strangers if they liked DVD’s was not a good conversation starter. All I can say is that if a person wants that type of ministry, wisdom and commonsense needs to prevail, and if you lack that, stay home!
Rudy Davis Gives His Summation of Theodore
One cannot cover over past wrongdoing by creating a ministry which presents a new self image. It should be remembered that Theodore claimed that it was God that sent him to Kent Hovind, leaving behind his Arizona business to flounder. Then he was enraged when things did not go his way. But if God had sent him, why should he complain about the consequences of doing God’s will?
Perhaps Rudy Davis was right about Theo when he wrote Peter J. Reilly a letter which was reprinted on the ytmp.blogspot.com in an April 26, 2017 article, Theodore Valentine The Hovindicator With Buyer’s Remorse. In summary, it is difficult to persuade others of the truth of Christianity, if it has had no real impact on your own being.
On the December 12, 2017 Hagmann Report, Dave Daubenmire commented to Doug Hagmann, “…you know for people to take stuff out of context-you guys get a lot of that stuff as well. Those who aren’t watching my show every day and don’t understand what, what came before this morning’s program are not, not going to understand what it is that we’re talking about.”
CONTEXT refers to those parts of writing or speech coming before or after a statement, which contribute to the full meaning intended by the author or speaker. An argument which narrows the words of a speaker or writer to the extent that the true intention and meaning has been altered, becomes falsehood.
Thus, as I was reading the motions for dismissal filed December 15, 2017 in an ongoing lawsuit, it was interesting to observe that one defendant’s attorney was arguing that the plaintiff had failed to provide the entire context of certain statements which had been made by the defendants. On the same day, a transcript of the entire radio broadcast in question was provided to the Court by the other co-defendant, in order to give the complete context of the quotations.
Since this is an ongoing lawsuit, I am not going to identify the details, but suffice it to say, that in my “unlearned ordinary citizen” opinion, that when the attorneys for the defendants decided to put into the legal record, the full context of the contested words, they opened a closet door which allowed an embarrassing skeleton to fall out. For the very first item in the broadcast under scrutiny, regarded the 2015 legal problems of Kent Hovind. At that time, Hovind had already served 8 plus years in jail for tax fraud, but in this broadcast, he was being held up as an innocent man who had been persecuted by the IRS and the judicial system because of his religious beliefs.
Some of Hovind’s legal and tax problems had stemmed from his reliance on the counsel of various persons involved in the Sovereign Citizen Movement who are anti-government and who consider themselves above the law.
It is curious that an attorney who is attempting to show that his client’s controversial words against a plaintiff were within the legal boundaries of protected free speech, would place on the Court record, documentation which proves that the CONTEXT of the contested words included a defendant’s public misrepresentation of the facts of a lawsuit involving Kent Hovind, who was both a civil and criminal law-breaker.
The context of one’s words and actions is indeed an interesting topic to examine, especially where the subject has developed a severe case of amnesia with regard to their own personal history. (See this short video for a reproval of Kent Hovind’s statement that he does not know what a sovereign citizen is).
As I scan the panorama of the recurring themes of the Christian Alternative Media over the years, the antigovernment rhetoric which is routinely pushed onto Christian audiences, is beginning to standout as the silhouette of the false legal theories of the Sovereign Citizen Movement. This will become apparent as we take a cursory look at the website and broadcasts of Victurus Libertas, which one of my readers asked me to review. I had noticed this site when I had written about Robert David Steele and his #UNRIG campaign. But when I went in for a closer look, I was surprised by what I found that ties VL into the Sovereign Citizen worldview.
One has to wonder why 5 months ago the Hagmann Report, which claims 70 million downloads a year, decided to promote one of Robert David Steele’s favored internet broadcast co-hosts, Jim and Angie Blake of Victurus Libertas to greater prominence. VL now has 65,000 YouTube subscribers, which is 63% of the 103,000 subscribers which the long standing and the very popular Hagmann Report attracts. One of the things which the Hagmanns, Robert David Steele, and Victurus Libertas share in common, is that in the recent past they all had heavily pushed the fake Pedogate stories into the public view.
On the surface, Victurus Libertas presents the image of believing in God, as their motto is based on Romans 8:31. Yet, as we shall later observe, their governing principle is in fact based on that opposing principle of God called Mammon.
THE FREEDOM PROJECT
At the Victurus Libertas.com website, owners Jim and Angie Blake claim that they are in the process of unveiling the Freedom Project, declaring “This is a MIND BLOWING project that will cost you absolutely NOTHING except exiting the Matrix. In fact, you will be guaranteed sustainability and security against those who impose against us now.”
On this undated page titled, The Freedom Revolution, the Blakes claim that, “Last week, out of nowhere, we were contacted by an individual who has the means, the plans, the ideology AND the resources to help us all achieve what we so desperately want and need to do in order to free ourselves from the chains of the federal, state and local governments who have illegally enslaved us…Every Tuesday a new portion of insight will be released leading up the final unveiling of the project in it’s entirety-which is expected to be completed in early 2018. The revolution is HERE. How you deal with it is up to you. You can do nothing and hope for the best, or you can control your own destiny and be a PART of the FREEDOM REVOLUTION!”
WHAT, NO VERIFIABLE CREDENTIALS?
Jim and Angie Blake reveal little of themselves, except that on their Facebook pages it appears that they live in Fort Worth, Texas, were married in 2009,and have 6 children between them from prior relationships. Without any supporting evidence, they claim to be activists, truthers, investigative reporters, and even critical thinkers. Angie admits to having once been employed with Parkway Tavern, and Jim reveals on his Facebook page that he made an unpleasant discovery in the men’s room at some unknown job location. That’s quite a resume!
In September of 2017, the Hagmann Report featured a special interview of Jim and Angie Blake to discuss their Youtube broadcast channel, Victurus Libertas. This promotion from The Hagmann Report, as well as the repeated guest interviews of former CIA agent, Robert David Steele and former Congress woman, Cynthia McKinney, helped to advance their visibility and credibility. But without a proper resume of Jim and Angie Blake’s employment history, we will have to rely once again on the vetting skills of the premier father/son private investigator team, Doug and Joe Hagmann, whose famous words of assurance, Trust me, folks!, caused their listeners to gloss over various fake “Insider” sources.
It needs to be noted that Victurus Libertas (VL) also has relied on unnamed Insiders as their sources. One of them claimed to be from the DHS, which caused me to wonder if Doug Hagmann’s Rosebud or DHS Insider, was being recycled. And then there is FBI ANON…. Hagmann has claimed to have once worked undercover as a FBI operative, so I guess we should ask him to vet that person’s credentials.
MEMBERSHIP FEES: THE DOOR TO INSIDER ENGAGEMENT (something Ex-Con Tax Defier, former IRS Agent, Sherry Peel Jackson knows all about)
On the VL website which Angie heads as the Editor-in-chief, a page on Membership Levels provides a door to their world of secret insider sources. The Basic Membership is $2 per month to support their efforts to “bring the truth forward for all to see while exposing corruption”. This level gives the member “access to ALL worldwide news stories, be included in the weekly newsletter to stay updated on the website, as well as the VL Channel and you will have first access to EXCLUSIVE interviews from our CREDIBLE INSIDE SOURCES before anyone else.”
The Gold Membership is $5 per month which gives the Basic package plus “In addition, you will have access to 1-HIGHLY EXCLUSIVE interview per month, in which YOU will ask questions of a POLITICAL EXPERT, such as Robert David Steele, Field McConnell or possibly even Ron Paul. We will have these HIGHLY EXCLUSIVE interviews set up each month….Your name will be used when we present the questions. It will be just like you are interacting directly (with) the expert!”
The website, Galactic Connection.com featured a May 15, 2017 Victurus Libertas Channel Update called Under Attack But We Will Not Quit-Targeted Individuals. As shown below, Readers and Viewers of VL can ask FBI ANON their own questions.
In the above screenshot, the Blakes ask for prayers, saying, “I never knew what the term targeted individuals meant until now. I have empathy for all those that have been targeted by the deep state for telling the truth and exposing evil. Pray for all those that have the courage to take on the swamp creatures.” In the post dated May 16, 2017, which accompanies the video, Angie says, “We are fortunate and grateful to work with some really great insiders who want the truth to come out about the inner workings of our governments. FBI Anon, most known for showing up on 4Chan from time to time with his AMA, has agreed to allow our audience to ask questions…”.
That is, those may ask who have paid for the $5/month Gold Membership. When I was writing about Robert David Steele several months ago, I noticed that he limited his communications with the public by stipulating that he would only answer emails where the writer was also a supporter; i.e., gave him money for his #UNRIG campaign. Some of the donations he received for Earth Intelligence Network he used to fund the various YouTube broadcasters which interviewed him.
So why would Field McConnell of Abel Danger, or “even Ron Paul” want to buy into this exclusive interview situation which might be viewed by only a handful of persons? Well, Field McConnell has interviewed Sovereign Citizen “Judge” Anna Von Reitz, which is a common denominator with the Victurus Libertas website. And we do not know if Ron Paul is even aware that his name has been dropped for commercial purposes by the Blakes.
Many Tax Defiers and Sovereign Citizen Believers Prefer the MLM model of defrauding their customers
There is an interesting link between Sovereign Citizens and the use of MLM companies; one example which had been noted by this blog was that of Ernest Land, the Director of Creation Science Evangelism Ministries, connected with tax fraud Kent Hovind.
The exclusive interview method of enticing members as used by VL, has the overtones of a common MLM strategy, where if the participant gets to a certain level, the customer gains access to an online resource center where certain vendors are allowed an exclusive arrangement. Whether selling MLM Zurvita energy drinks, or VL Mugs, hoodies and shirts, or Sherry Peel Jackson’s Healthy Place products, Victurus Libertas raison d’être is for commercial profit. Truth is subordinate to commercial profit at Victurus Libertas; it is just another commodity to be bought and sold, like an over priced coffee mug.
Healthy Place’s Sherry Peel Jackson was once involved in the MLM Pinnacle Quest International (PQI), which got into legal problems with the Department of Justice. PQI was discussed in an October 12, 2010 article by Steve Rhode, called, Promoters of Debt Elimination and Tax Relief Scheme Get Hard Jail Time. Rhode explains, “PQI was an umbrella organization for numerous vendors of tax and credit card debt elimination scams. Some of the PQI vendors, such as Southern Oregon Resources Center for Education (SORCE), sold bogus theories and strategies for tax evasion. For fees starting at $10,000 SORCE assisted its customers in the creation of a series of sham business entities in the United States and Panama. Other tax-related PQI vendors denied legitimacy of the income tax system on various theories and provided customers with a “reliance defense” that consisted of a paper trail of frivolous correspondence which a client could allegedly use as evidence of good faith if the client were prosecuted”.
Steve Rhode also notes that one of the speakers on the PQI’s Q1 audio course included “Sherry Peel-Jackson, a tax defier“. He goes on to say, “These individuals make false and fraudulent statements about the internal revenue laws..”.
In the screenshot below, Jim and Angie Blake of Victurus Libertas extol ex-con Sherry Peel Jackson as one of their heroes; therefore they have partnered with her to sell her Healthy Place products.
Sherry Peel Jackson is now out of prison, but nine years ago on September 11, 2008, the Department of Justice had issued a news release headlined, Four Year Prison Sentence Affirmed for Georgia Tax Defier: Former IRS Employee Convicted of Tax Crimes. This notice begins, “The U. S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirmed a four-year prison sentence for tax defier crimes committed by Sherry Peel Jackson, a former Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employee and tax preparer, the Justice Department announced today.”
The DOJ press release explained, “…beginning in 2000, Jackson willfully and intentionally did not file her own individual tax returns. At that time, she also operated a tax preparation business and continued to prepare, submit and file individual tax returns for her customers. For the next three years, Jackson intentionally did not file her tax returns, despite an income of more than $400,000 in that time period…In May 2008, a federal court in Florida found Jackson to have been advancing frivolous tax arguments at a Pinnacle Quest International (PQI) sales conference and in PQI promotional materials. The court barred PQI and its principals from publicizing tax fraud schemes.”
Victurus Libertas features 3 interviews with Sherry Peal Jackson; the one on August 28, 2017 proclaims, Former IRS Agent Sherry Peel Jackson Reveals Her New Master Plan For Being Debt-Free and Healthy, and the April 23, 2017 interview was titled, Exclusive-Former IRS Agent, Sherry Peel Jackson Exposes Income Tax/Federal Reserve Connection.
Given the past history with the fraudulent MLM PQI, and the tax defier conviction and imprisonment of Jackson, I cannot understand how Victurus Libertas can view her counsel as worthy of consideration. But perhaps it has to do with their admission that they endorse the legal theories put forth by Anna Von Reitz, who is well known in Sovereign Citizen circles.
An Interview with self-proclaimed Superior Court Judge Anna Von Reitz aka Anna Maria Riezinger
On December 6, 2017 Victurus Libertas posted their full interview of Judge Anna Von Reitz on YouTube. Then on December 16, 2017, Jim Blake claimed that they were being “targeted and attacked after (their) interview with Judge Anna Von Reitz”. In the comment section, the Blakes added this information: “FAQ – What kind of targeting? – A. Petty Vandalism, Electromagnetic, 3 dead batteries at the same time, Financial (not disclosing at this time), Prank phone calls by Private #’s, door knocking, window tapping…Also feel like a spiritual battle going on”.
One person commented that they were praying in the name of Jesus for them, and “I bind those targeting you!”, while another offered some white witchcraft advice, saying, “Stay full of love and compassion for each other and the ones around ya, the scalar energy weapons and phyic(sp) attacks are more or less beat the same way, Practice the good energy Magic I have used the defense spells successfully…basically a boosted prayer”. Jim Blake also quoted a scripture in the book of Revelation about the inability of anyone to close a door which God opens, and also their Victurus Libertas motif, If God is for us, who can be against us?
The Full Interview began with an advertisement for their 16 ounce mug and shirts, and at the 1.15 mark, Angie says, “Hey guys, I’m so excited tonight, our guest is a state Superior Court Judge…”.
The very first statement of the interview is a lie, and Angie Blake, if she were honest would have stated that their guest, Anna Von Reitz, has falsely claimed to be a State Superior Court Judge of Alaska. But I suppose their guest would not have granted an interview at all, unless the co-hosts had pledged to lie on her behalf. According to Snopes.com on December 10, 2015 The Mind Unleashed published an article that had discussed the actions of “Judge” Anna Von Reitz’s attempt to get U. S. Marshalls and the FBI to arrest Congress and the President. In the screenshot below, we see this “Judge” title discussed.
At this juncture of the Victurus Libertas interview, there is a distinct fork in the road. If you want to honor and exalt a LIAR who claims she is an Alaskan Superior Court Judge, listen to the rest of the interview. If you prefer to stay within the bounds of reality, click the interview off. I am not surprised that after publicly endorsing a woman who is delusional, that the Blakes are hearing tapping on the windows, etc. which they call targeting.
Victurus Libertas has entered the twilight zone known as the Sovereign Citizen Movement. Except don’t ever call Judge Anna a sovereign citizen, she prefers state national. Her website is Anna Von Reitz.com, and I have been reading some of her articles and noting the links to other sites, which I will comment on at a future date, as I continue to review the antigovernment biases of the Christian Alternative News Media.
Here is what Jim Blake summed up in his Targeted and Attacked video: “Well, folks, it’s become painfully obvious that for the last 2 weeks we have been targeted by some very bad people and some people that did not like the message that was disseminated a couple of weeks ago by Judge Anna Von Reitz in an interview that we did, an hour and fifty minutes that we did with her a couple of weeks ago and if you haven’t seen it, you need to, because it is a well of information, it’s incredible. Basically, basically she outlines how we as Americans have all been bamboozled by the Federal government, by England, by some very rich people, and powerful people, and people that are very greedy, that want to enslave all of us. And the Federal government deems us all as corporate entities, instead of God’s creation with inalienable rights and we have all been bamboozled into thinking that we live in the land of the free, but how free are we really when 60 or 70 percent of our money goes into taxes.”
“We’re told every morning what time to get up, what time to have lunch, what time to go home, how much sleep we need, so we can continue doing this day after day after day, to put into the system to make others rich and powerful. Well, Judge Anna Von Reitz does a very eloquent job of telling everyone what, what happened, how it’s still happening and how we can take our lives back all of us. These people are not very happy with that message because when the numbers, when the people, find out what has been going on for so long, they’re not going to be very happy. Well, we’ve been targeted pretty severely and so I’m just getting our message out saying once again, please pray for us. We’re probably going to go dark for the rest of the year- we will not be deterred, we will not quit….”
Besides indicating that he does not like to have to be told to be at work by a certain time, as I suppose he prefers to sleep in, I was curious by Jim Blake’s resentful claim of being taxed at the 60-70 percent level, since the Federal Income tax brackets peak out at about 39 percent. Even at that level, income is taxed in progressive steps, other types of taxes are deductible, etc., so it appears that Jim Blake is unable to give a credible analysis of the most basic realities affecting the middle and upper middle classes of the United States.
So how reliable are the opinions of the Blakes and the guests which they interview at Victurus Libertas? If you are looking for an honest and truthful discussion of the “evidence” upon which Angie and Jim Blake, Judge Anna Von Reitz, Robert David Steele, the Hagmanns or Sherry Peel Jackson rest their arguments on, you would be better off to do your own independent research.
Ironically, Anna Von Reitz accused the government, in the Victurus Libertas interview at the 5.14 mark, that “they’re doing a bunch of legalistic chicanery and semantic deceits in order to bring forward these false claims…”. This was stated by a woman who illegally claims to be an Alaskan Superior Court Judge, and who employs a bunch of legalistic chicanery and semantic deceits in order to support her false claims! And I did not take her words out of context.
CONtext! The whole CONtext! And nothing but the CONtext! Say, that would make a nice logo on a very large coffee mug or hoodie.
END NOTE: This article on Victurus Libertas was written in response to the following comment by Danny posted under the Tracking the Leopard Meroz January 7, 2018 article on Dave Daubenmire and Doug Hagmann.
Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; but have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God. 2 Corinthians 4:1-2
The day this “Paying Taxes Is Sin” former high school coach got himself a Non Profit Ministry.
On July 15, 2002, Dave (Coach) Daubenmire registered his Ohio non-profit corporation, Pass The Salt Ministries, Inc., as a church. Organized for the purpose of furthering the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Articles of Incorporation allow Pass The Salt Ministries to conduct worship services, prepare and ordain ministers, conduct missionary work in all places and to establish local churches. In 2015, reported income was $158,070, with assets totaling $57,976.
Dave Daubenmire has publicly stated that it is a sin for Christians to pay taxes to the government, and apparently he avoids doing so through his non-profit corporation. This position is explained in this screenshot of an article published by Right Wing Watch.
So are Christians expected to follow in the footsteps of Dave Daubenmire and get their own tax exempt church ministry? What about the God ordained aspects of government that are presently being administered properly? Who does Daubenmire think is responsible for funding those benefits? Somehow, Pass The Salt Ministries, Inc. fails to explain, in commonsense terms, the implications of all those questions which it raises continually in the public sphere, as we shall discover in today’s post.
The Coach Who Never Lost a Game
This Non-Payer of Taxes, “Coach” Dave Daubenmire, is recognized for his videos where he sports a baseball cap and T-shirt style uniform in front of a photo backdrop of an empty sports coliseum. He views ordinary and political life in America as a game which must be won. And if he should lose, he declares a Win, anyway.
An example of this form of walking in craftiness was displayed on December 14, 2017,in an article Coach Dave wrote for News With Views, asking Is It Ever OK For A Christian to Lie? The core issue at hand concerned the various allegations which had been made against Judge Roy Moore, who was seeking the office of United States Senator for Alabama. Those allegations, involving inappropriate behavior many years ago towards teenage girls, caused many voters to withdraw their support.
Daubenmire, in this December 14th article, said he personally believed Judge Roy Moore, that the charges against him were bogus. However, we are going to take a look at what happened two days prior, when the words of Daubenmire could have been easily taken to mean that he was convinced that the accusations against Moore were true.
In this December 14th back peddling article, Daubenmire wrote, “Whether we realize it or not, Christian values WON in Alabama on Tuesday. The vote was not a rejection of values but an upholding of them. However, the Christian community was divided about whether or not Judge Moore was worthy of their vote. Cast aside the arguments about his guilt or innocence…his right to the presumption of innocence…the political tactics involved in the accusations, Christian values carried the day. Those who voted for Judge Moore did it to advance the Kingdom. Christians who didn’t vote for him believed they were advancing the Kingdom by demanding honesty.”
The problem with Dave Daubenmire and also with Doug Hagmann who promotes the “Coach” and defends him against his critics, is that both men have a record of protecting liars, whether it be Kent Hovind, the tax fraud with his false credentialed PHD, or V-the Guerrilla Economist‘s fraudulent securities and banking credentials.
Kyle Mantyla of Right Wing Watch Was Accused by Hagmann of Stalking Dave Daubenmire, when all Mantyla had done was exercise his Freedom of the Press journalistic rights.
So what event, or should we say, WHO was the primary cause which prompted the public waffling by Dave Daubenmire? There are several possibilities, but there seems to be one critic of both Daubenmire and Hagmann that has gained a special place in their world.
In this Hagmann Report of October 16, 2017 on Forgotten Hurricanes, at the 2.30 mark, Doug Hagmann remarks, ” ..what really gets me is you’ve got this, this organization known as Right-wing Watch and I, that’s the last time I’m gonna say that name of that, of that despicable website and, and some snowflake by the name of Kyle. Let me ask you, Kyle who apparently you, you believe or who you, I don’t know, is stalking Coach Dave Daubenmire, in my view, anyway. What in the hell Kyle have you done to help other people? My bet is zero. What, have you been on the ground in Texas? Have you been on the ground in Puerto Rico? And here you sit behind some, some website and do nothing but be critical of guys like Dave Daubenmire. And, and that Coach, I gotta tell you, that pisses me off to no end.”
On December 12, 2017, two months after that particular Doug Hagmann rant, Coach Dave TV published a one hour video broadcast called A Man After God’s Own Heart, Judge Moore. Dave Daubenmire’s opinions prompted Right Wing Watch’s Kyle Mantyla to issue a short article with the headline, Dave Daubenmire: Roy Moore Should Lie About Misconduct Allegations ‘If It Advances The Kingdom of God“.
Kyle Mantyla began by saying, “On his ‘Pass The Salt Live’ webcast this morning, Religious Right activist Dave Daubenmire said that Roy Moore has no obligation to tell the truth regarding multiple allegations that he pursued sexual relationships with teenage girls when he was in his 30’s and that, in fact, it is better for him to lie about it if doing so will help to advance the kingdom of God. Daubenmire, who has been an ardent Moore supporter for years and even interviewed Moore on his program back in 2013, likened Moore’s efforts to become a U. S. senator from Alabama to using misdirection in a football game, employing subterfuge during a military battle or hiding Jews from the Nazis, saying that deception and dishonesty in such endeavors is acceptable because doing so furthers a greater good”.
The Right Wing Watch article links to the full Daubenmire broadcast, and also features a 1.20 minute excerpt from this same show, from which author Kyle Mantyla quotes a a shortened version. I have transcribed the entire excerpt below, as it illustrates more completely the core attitude of Daubenmire.
Dave Daubenmire: “…I heard somebody say the other day… this, this is Judge Roy Moore Day, I’m kind of heading that way, OK. I get, I want to scream on Facebook, I just screamed on Facebook, I want to scream more on Facebook when I hear people say, ‘Well, Judge Moore is not worthy of the office, if he’s lying about what he did’. I want to grab him and I want to slap him upside the stinking head. Because Judge Moore is trying to infiltrate an ungodly system and Judge Moore, the stakes in this uh campaign are so great for the cause of Christ, and Judge Moore is being lambasted by the holier-than-thou Christians who think it says we can never lie. And that is not what that says! In fact, it’s best to lie if it advances the kingdom of God. Oh, there I said it, there I said it.”
Much of the full broadcast features an unpolished “discussion” of scriptures such as Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor, and claims that the man after God’s own heart, King David, was a liar, etc. As Dave Daubenmire had restated in his December 14th article, he focuses on his assertion that “The Ten Commandments never mention the act of lying..” and then he offers the strange view, “It is my belief that ALL of the Commandments are in place as a means of protection of the innocent…Is it ever wrong to tell a falsehood in order to PROTECT an innocent person?”
Somehow, I had thought that Dave Daubenmire was promoting lying on the part of Judge Moore to cover his past sins, so he could “infiltrate an ungodly system” for the cause of Christ. But now, the ground of Daubenmire’s argument has shifted where Judge Moore is innocent of the allegations made against him, and it was Coach Dave’s intention that Moore’s supporters were the ones being encouraged to “tell a falsehood”. The source of all this confusion is rooted in Daubenmire’s inability to study the Scriptures in any depth, where he can compare “spiritual with spiritual”, for the purposes of teaching, preaching or exhortation.
The Bible says the Christian is to bear witness to the truth
Jesus Christ said to Pilate in John 18:37, “…to this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.” Do you not hear his voice, Mr. Daubenmire? In contrast, Jesus Christ said in John 8:44 regarding the devil, that he “abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”
When the Devil tempted Jesus in Luke 4:5-8, “taking him up into a high mountain” to show him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time, he stated, “If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.” But Jesus Christ who came into this world to bear witness to the truth, reproved the offer of Satan and quoted the scriptures declaring, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
Doug Hagmann comes to the rescue of Dave (Coach) Daubenmire from holier-than-thou Christians
That evening on the December 12, 2017 Hagmann Report, entitled, Thank You For Your Service, Dave Daubenmire was invited to explain his morning broadcast, and the response made by Right Wing Watch’s Kyle Mantyla.
Just prior to Daubenmire being brought on the show as a guest, Doug and Joe Hagmann surprisingly included in their introduction, oblique remarks about the author of this blog, Tracking the Leopard Meroz. In my transcription of these remarks, I link to the articles which I had written in times past which correspond to Doug Hagmann’s complaint.
Doug Hagmann: (17.21) …look, we need, we need to clean out the rot, the infestation in, inside the beltway and we’re not gonna do it by playing by their rules.
Joe Hagmann: No, no…we’re not, which brings us to our segment two guest, Coach Dave Daubenmire.
Doug Hagmann: Yes.
Joe Hagmann:…who made some waves today and I’m not gonna get into it now, we’re gonna, we’re gonna save it for the next 15 minutes when he comes on, but he was quoted by, called out by, Right Wing Watch.
Doug Hagmann: Kyle…I hate Kyle.
Joe Hagmann: And we’re going to get into why that is…
Doug Hagmann: How ya doing?
Joe Hagmann: And they’re trying to, it’s like a “AHH, see? We got Coach, you see what he said, we got him, he’s a bad, this isn’t Christian like!”
Doug Hagmann: Yeah, and I guarantee you people who are so Christian, I guarantee you some little old lady who’s knitting a sweater in Mississippi, and typing everything that we say ( see Haranguing It All Out To Dry, March 7, 2016 by Jacquelyn Weaver) is gonna be saying, “he’s a bad Christian, the same is the same person, the same people who say you know, Center for Medical Progress, they were really, they were unchristian like for infiltrating Planned Parenthood and exposing the infanticide. That’s not very Christian like to lie, to lie to, under pretext. ( referring to the April 10, 2016 article by Jacquelyn Weaver, The Professional Liar as Hero) well let him explain that, but you know something though see that’s why, that’s why, when I was in court one day I tossed the TV toward a Judge because he said, pretext in, in the legal sense, you can go in and under a pretext undercover, undercover operations require you know, legally you got to kind of change your identity, you got to go in as someone else, otherwise, what do you do, go and say, Hi, I’m Doug Hagmann, I’m an investigator, I’m here to investigate? NO! NO! NO! anyway…(19.07)
Joe Hagmann: (34.07)..we have with us Coach Dave Daubenmire, Pass The Salt Ministries, and he has created a small firestorm on the internet on places like Right Wing Watch and Democratic Underground.
Doug Hagmann: Kyle’s upset with Dave Daubenmire.
Joe Hagmann: Please bring the Coach on and have him talk about what it is that he said today that has so many people upset on the left side of the aisle. Coach, it’s great to have you back on the show.
Dave Daubenmire: Joe, Doug! Thanks. You know, they say if you pick a rock and you throw a rock into a bunch of pigs, the one that squeals is the one you hit, so anytime those other guys are a little bit upset at me, I, I think it’s a pretty good situation to be in.
Doug Hagmann: I like that analogy.
DD: You know, well if the truth isn’t introduced..
DH: Yes, it is…
DD: I’m not, I’m not trying to make them friends, with them, Doug, you know I, I, you know for people to take stuff out of context-you guys get a lot of that stuff as well. Those who aren’t watching my show every day and don’t understand what, what came before just this morning’s program are not, not going to understand what it is that we’re talking about.
But the whole lot, the whole premise that we were making was, was this whole debate about what’s going on with Judge Roy Moore and the fact that, that we are being forced, Doug, Joe, to live by, to play by two sets of, different sets of rules; in other words, we have the set of rules for the Christians and then we have a set of rules for everybody else. And it’s in an ungodly, see the political process, government used to be righteous.
Government’s no longer righteous and those of us who studied this at all as I have, now know that Saul Alinsky and his Rules for Radicals, one of the number one rules, I think it was number four, I don’t have it right in front of me right now, was to make the opponent live up to his own set of values. And Alinsky said that’s impossible to do, you can never, none of us Doug can ever live up to all of the Christian values that are put out before and so what I’m trying to have, what I was alluding to today in this whole Judge Roy Moore, see this Doug, this thing’s so deep, let me try to unpack it a little bit if I can.
DD: First of all, Doug, I got, I got as much grief from Christians as I have them from the left.
DH: Hey, welcome to the club and it’s a big club.
DD: As if we live in a perfect world, brother, we do not live in a perfect world and like it or not, we are constantly faced with what I call situational ethics, now right is always right and wrong is always wrong, and faith teaches us that we are to do right, but there are some things I think that we need to discuss, we need to think about especially as it applies to the whole Judge Roy Moore thing. I hear from Christians who said, “well, I can’t vote for him because ah, he, he has not come clean. Judge Moore hasn’t come clean.”
Well, I try to take them back to the Bible, which by the way, if the Bible were the basis, we wouldn’t be in the mess, this mess that we’re in right now. The Bible requires that if you have aught against your brother, in other words, if Judge Moore did something to somebody , they have an obligation to go one-on-one first of all, and get it cards on the table. If that doesn’t work for you, take another brother with you and if that doesn’t go work, then you then you announce it to the whole church, announce it to everybody. In other words, you as we, as we all know, you are innocent until proven guilty.
Well, Judge Moore has been faced with something that was clearly, from a Biblical standpoint now, I’m always talking from a Biblical standpoint, these accusations that have come 40 years after the supposed event took place; it’s clearly beyond what is a Biblical response forty years later. It’s an accusation Judge Roy Moore has no obligation, in my opinion, to have to answer to the public in a public venue something that happened forty years ago…” (38.11)
The interview of Dave Daubenmire continues, but I have stopped the transcription for the sake of discussing the main points presented in the above dialogue. The reader is welcome to review the entire broadcasts linked to in this post, in order to get the complete context of these videos.
Tracking The Leopard Meroz commentary on the above dialogue
Judge Roy Moore allegations which concerned acts which took place many years ago. When those allegations came out just prior to election day, I ignored them because of the possibility it was a set-up–after all the statute of limitations had expired on the so-called acts which I had heard about. But it was the responsibility of Alabama voters to decide whether or not these accusations, true or false, affected their decision to elect Moore as their Senator.
Daubenmire tries to apply to this situation, the Matthew 18 method of dealing with personal sins against another church member. But were those young girls members of Roy Moore’s church? If so, given their ages, they would need to have had an adult represent them so as to protect them from the abuse of power and authority of an older man who was a District Attorney at the time. The stories which came out about these types of incidents sound as if they were taking place at a mall, and high school games, and most likely did not involve Christian girls attending his church. Flip Benham’s defense of Moore, in which he asserted that when Moore had gotten out of the military, eligible women had already married, and therefore he had to seek out pure young girls, seems far fetched in light of the secular locations he was noted for attending.
Daubenmire’s assertion that because America is not ruled by the Bible, this nation is in a mess.
Again, Daubenmire appears to be ignorant of the Bible, and the history of Israel as a theocracy in the Old Testament. Israel had the Scriptures, and a God ordained form of government, yet the sins and unbelief of the individual citizens caused repeated judgments from the LORD, after repeated pleas for repentance from his prophets. Much of American law is Biblically based, and what we call case-law has been developed from the Scriptural model of using actual historical cases to exemplify a legal principle. While many of these laws and government institutions in America have been built on just principles, there has never been a point in our history where it can be said, Government is righteous. Daubenmire uses the excuse that our government is now wicked to justify his refusal to pay taxes. Much of American government at various levels still functions as it should, and the credit for that belongs to the individuals who are employed in government jobs, attempting to do their jobs properly.
Are the reports from Kyle Mantyla of Right Wing Watch on Dave Daubenmire fair and accurate?
I have read a few articles in this respect, and overall, I found that Mantyla writes in a very precise style. He has a good ability to summarize a main point and support it with facts and quotes.
The main problem with Dave Daubenmire is that his style of speaking is sloppy and he enjoys making statements which attract attention, but are not edifying to his listeners. He is a poor expositor of the Bible, and he has no one to blame but himself, if he cannot be understood. There is no reason why the context of his arguments should be outside of each individual video which he produces, for he is not giving a series of in-depth Biblical studies, where precept is built upon precept.
Journalists are not stalking others, if they continue to report on an ongoing topic of interest obtained from open sourced material.
Daubenmire brings up Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals as if this seventies book carries any real weight in present day leftist politics.
I read this book when I attended the University of Washington, during those long ago times when student demonstrations were taking place in the late sixties and early seventies in Seattle. It affected very few, and was not a mainstream book. So what if rule four, as Daubenmire says, advises that a radical leftist force his adversaries to live up to their own values? Who cares? When it comes to Christians, there should be a sincere concern for trying to live up to the high expectations of the Bible. If an adversary comprehends that the Christian is privileged to have wisdom and insight into the higher principles of life, is that not a good thing? Why do we find that the Christian Alternative Media ministries are always lowering the bar, and encouraging Christians to live as liars and law breakers in this world?
One of my readers sent me a link to Jason Goodman’s Crowdsource The Truth video dated December 27, 2017, Meme Wars-Are Deceptive Operatives Conducting Psychological Warfare In Plain Sight?, with the suggestion that I listen to a comment by Jason Goodman on his former guest, Queen Tut.
It was Jason Goodman who claims to have invented the pseudonym, the mighty Queen Tut, for his previously hidden source, Susan A. Lutzke. However, since September 1, 2017, Queen Tut, and Patricia Negron, along with Jason Goodman were named as co-defendants in the Robert David Steele defamation lawsuit filed in Federal Court. And we are beginning to see that this lawsuit has permanently changed the dynamics of the relationships between them.
At the 14.24 mark, Jason Goodman says, “…Queen Tut is no longer a source. Queen Tut has revealed herself to be someone who wanted to infiltrate this organization and made false statements on Hoax You Tube channels with the specific intent of damaging me. If Queen Tut decided that what you and I were talking about were not true and went onto a channel to share her opinion of what was true or talked about something that we’re doing that was criminal or wrong, that would be one thing, but she hasn’t done that.”
On the same day, December 27, 2017, the Hoax Wars YouTube channel featured their video, The Queen Tut Tapes #1: Trish Has Spent Over $8,000 Defending RDS Lawsuit Thanks to Jason Goodman. This video starts with a partial display of a letter from Queen Tut saying, “Charles, I have always admired your work. As you know, I was a part of many shows that were produced by JG. I was responsible for a lot of research and work that went into each show that I did. I also provided public Trello links where people could access the research that supported my information provided in the CSTT shows. I have been doing research and analysis as a career for a number of years.”
She adds, “It came to my attention that Jason may have been nominated for an award that in my perception he really does not deserve. One of the reasons that I will not do a public show with Jason has to do with his proclivity to date 18 & 19 year old girls…”.
As Tracking the Leopard Meroz had observed on September 29, 2017, in this article on Queen Tut, her research on at least one Trello board concerning Robert David Steele, was dishonest in her conclusion as the evidence she presented was distorted to “prove” her point. That particular display was mentioned in the Robert David Steele lawsuit against Queen Tut.
In the second paragraph of the letter which she wrote to Charles of Hoax Wars, she claims she has heard that Jason Goodman may possibly be eligible to receive some kind of award, but she does not state any details. Given that her justification for leaving Goodman’s show concerns his dating women who are 25 years younger than himself, one has to wonder if the 62 year old Lutzke’s disaffection was rather that she felt slighted in not also being nominated for whatever award Jason Goodman was eligible for.
During the period of time that Queen Tut was a hidden source for Jason Goodman’s shows, she did not concern herself with having her research attributed to her real name. In fact, she was gleeful in being able to create confusion for Robert David Steele by her false name, and thus it was Carla Howell who was falsely identified in the lawsuit as the woman behind the Queen Tut persona. While Queen Tut on air had said that Carla Howell was an innocent party, the fact remains that Lutzke did not do the honorable thing at that point in time and take responsibility for her own public words and research.
The 12/27/2017 Hoax Wars video which published the letter from Queen Tut, also featured an audio of her voice. Beginning at the 2.43 mark, she is heard to say, “…and she (referring to Patricia Negron) spent thousands of dollars and Jason’s strategy, and he told me this, I have it in an email, is that, if they’re waiting to let Trish’s attorney get the case dismissed, then he doesn’t have to spend any money. So that’s the status of the lawsuit. He’s basically hanging Trish on this one, too.”
The voice of a male interviewer is heard to respond, “Wow, when you say hanging her out to dry…”. And then Queen Tut continues, “He’s hanging it out because she is the one who’s spending all the money but he was really the prime target of the, of the whole lawsuit, yet she’s the one who’s taken action and had to pay an attorney to do a number of motions, so Jason’s just decided to sit back and let her do it, so once she gets the case dismissed after paying thousands of dollars, he can go forward with what her attorney did, take the actions her attorney did and not spend any money.”
A general review of the docket of the Robert David Steele defamation lawsuit filed September 1, 2017 in the U. S District Court, Easter District of Virginia (Richmond) shows that three parties are being sued: Jason Goodman (PRO SE), Patricia A. Negron (represented by the law firm Kaufman & Canoles PC out of Richmond), and Queen Tut, who is still shown on the case title as “a woman believed to be known as Carla A. Howell”.
On October 6, 2017 Jason Goodman filed his Answer to the Complaint which had been presented against him by Robert David Steele and Earth Intelligence Network. There have been no further actions on the docket regarding Goodman’s answer.
In the mean time, Patricia Negron had asked for a time extension, and having received it, filed a MOTION to Dismiss on November 8, 2017. There has been activity on the part of both the plaintiff and defendant Negron regarding her motion, up until December 8, 2017. Thus Jason Goodman is in the position to gain some pointers from Negron’s attorneys, who are being paid at her expense.
However, should Patricia Negron succeed in getting her part in this lawsuit dismissed, the lawsuit still stands with regard to the other two defendants. Each must plead their own case, even though Robert David Steele is trying to group them as co-conspirators. What stands out is not Jason Goodman’s PRO SE strategy, but docket item 19 on November 6, 2017 stating, SUMMONS Returned Executed. Queen Tut served on 10/25/2017, answer due November 11/15/2017. (Attachments: #1 Letter) (jsmi,) (Entered 11/06/2017).
Queen Tut has not answered this lawsuit at all, and it is a month and a half past due the November 15, 2017 deadline. As I understand it, she is claiming that she has not been served properly. Here are the documents on file in regard to The Summons of Susan Lutzke. It would seem that Susan Lutzke is tempting fate, in that she could lose this case by Default, if in fact the Judge deems the Summons to have been properly served. We shall have to wait to see how this matter progresses.
At the very least, Susan A. Lutzke aka Queen Tut is a hypocrite for criticizing Jason Goodman for his PRO SE strategy of trying to glean some legal arguments for free from Negron’s attorneys. Is that not what Queen Tut is also doing, when she drags her feet, hoping that the other two defendants will come forth with the legal arguments necessary to overturn their cases?
