FYI: Robert David Steele lawsuit: Filed 11/20/2017 Plaintiff’s Memorandum In Opposition to Negron’s Motion To Dismiss

Click on the above link to read Plaintiff’s Memorandum In Opposition To Defendant, Patricia A. Negron’s Rule 12(b) (6) Motion to Dismiss.

Of interest is that Robert David Steele argues that he is not a public figure.  Also note the use of the word co-conspirator.  It is argued that Negron is responsible for Goodman and Queen Tut’s defamation, as well as her own words.

    • This case is interesting on several levels, and I am interested to see how the Judge interprets these motions. When I think about some of the things I have viewed online by all parties involved, which could be brought in by the defendants, I find it difficult to believe that RDS would not be considered a public figure. But I am not a lawyer, so I will just wait and see how this all plays out.

      • I’m not sure how you can claim you are not a public figure when you go on a crusade to champion on behalf of the public on a platform of voter reform, all the while trying to drum up public support. It’s only when the money dries up do you see the real fruit of RDS. He’s not claiming a wrong against the people and his supporters, “butt” a personal “hurt”. This is too obvious to point out. If he has no support, then he should move on and find another calling in life. I don’t know another way of putting it.
